Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种气液混合喷头装置，包括有喷头，喷头上分别连接有空气管和液相管，空气管的一端连接有空压机；液相管的一端插入在液罐里，液相管中间连接有柱塞液泵，柱塞液泵上连接有溢流阀。本实用新型使雾化面积大，涂层均匀，减少了动力，又降低了成本，操作十分方便。

本实用新型涉及复合肥表面包膜防结块设备领域，主要是一种气液混合喷头装置。
背景技术
在复合肥包膜过程中，需要很大的动力，通过高压油泵，利用压力才能形成雾状，但这样雾化程度较低，影响效果；同时也浪费了动力，增加了防结剂用量，这也就增大了成本，因此现在的装置不但影响产品的质量，而且设备受压，故障率较高，操作难度大。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种气液混合喷头装置，不用空气压力把液体气化，且扩大雾化面积，减少防结剂用量，也使复合肥表面涂层均匀，同时减少了动力，又降低了成本，操作十分方便。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用的而技术方案是：
一种气液混合喷头装置，包括有喷头，喷头上分别连接有空气管和液相管，空气管的一端连接有空压机；液相管的一端插入在液罐里，液相管中间连接有柱塞液泵。
柱塞液泵上连接有溢流阀。
本实用新型中的柱塞泵间断供液，气液混合喷头通过0.8MPa的空气压力进行气喷形成雾状。
本实用新型的优点是：
本实用新型使雾化面积大，涂层均匀，减少了动力，又降低了成本，操作十分方便。

参见图1，一种气液混合喷头装置，包括有喷头1，喷头1上分别连接有空气管4和液相管5，空气管4的一端连接有空压机3；液相管5的一端插入在液罐6里，液相管5中间连接有柱塞液泵2，柱塞液泵2上连接有溢流阀7。
