背景技术
现有的胶塞产品硅化程度较高，无法满足生物制剂等高端产品的需求，通过在胶塞表面反应上一层硅树脂，可使表面有更好的滑爽性，提高产品光洁度，降低产品的硅化，但是，该工艺在实际操作过程中，使用人工喷涂作业的方法，不能保证产品的一致性，且作业效率不高。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：提供一种结构简单，喷涂效果好且喷涂效率高的胶塞喷涂装置。
本实用新型为解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：所述的胶塞喷涂装置，包括传送带、支撑传送带的支架及驱动传送带的减速电机，其特征在于：传送带上方设置喷雾箱，喷雾箱内设有由压力桶驱动的自动喷枪，自动喷枪分别与进气管和进液管连接，喷雾箱底部设置排气管，排气管连接风机。
压力桶驱动自动喷枪将涂料喷洒到胶塞上，通过自动喷枪的自动喷涂，可实现喷涂均匀，提高产品质量；喷雾箱下方设有由风机驱动的排气管，可将喷涂时产生的废气排出，提高喷涂质量。
所述的喷雾箱设置两个，两排气管相连后连接风机。设置两喷雾箱，可提高喷涂效率及喷涂质量。
所述的传送带为不锈钢金属网带。

结构简单，喷雾箱内设置自动喷枪，可提高喷涂效果和喷涂效率；喷雾箱下设置排气管可将喷雾箱中的废气排出，提高喷涂质量。

下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步描述：
如图1～图2所示，本实用新型所述的胶塞喷涂装置，包括不锈钢金属网带1、支撑不锈钢金属网带1的支架5及驱动不锈钢金属网带1的减速电机4，不锈钢金属网带1上方设置喷雾箱2，喷雾箱2内设有由压力桶9驱动的自动喷枪3，自动喷枪3分别与进气管7和进液管8连接，喷雾箱2底部设置两个排气管6，两排气管6相连后连接风机10。
使用时，打开减速电机4，驱动不锈钢金属网带1运行，将胶塞放置在不锈钢金属网带1上，此时，分别打开进气管7、进液管8的阀门，当胶塞进入喷雾箱2时，压力桶9驱动的自动喷枪3开始对胶塞进行喷涂，打开风机10，将在喷雾箱2内喷涂时产生的废气排出，胶塞随不锈钢金属网带1继续运行，进入下一个喷雾箱2进行喷涂，喷涂好的胶塞进入下一工序。

1.一种胶塞喷涂装置，包括传送带、支撑传送带的支架及驱动传送带的减速电机，其特征在于：传送带上方设置喷雾箱，喷雾箱内设有由压力桶驱动的自动喷枪，自动喷枪分别与进气管和进液管连接，喷雾箱底部设置排气管，排气管连接风机。
2.根据权利要求1所述的胶塞喷涂装置，其特征在于：喷雾箱设置两个，两排气管相连后连接风机。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的胶塞喷涂装置，其特征在于：传送带为不锈钢金属网带。
