本实用新型涉及一种喷淋吸尘装置，属于化工设备领域。 
背景技术
目前技术中硫化促进剂M、DM生产最后工序，在最后干燥成品料的过程中，因为成品料目数细，又是引风干燥，使物料跟随引风通过加热载体起得干燥效果，得到合格产品，所以在最后排风口处，还是有细小的物品不可避免的跟随气流排出，这样物料排空既造成了空气污染，又给企业带来损失。 
发明内容
根据以上技术的不足，本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：提供一种喷淋吸尘装置，回收干燥后随气流排空的物料，减少污染，降低成本。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：提供一种喷淋吸尘装置，其特征在于包括：旋风分离器、储罐、滤网、喷淋头和循环泵，旋风分离器下端的放料口处安装储罐，储罐内安装滤网，滤网下通过管路连接循环泵，循环泵通过管路连接到安装在旋风分离器的出风口处的喷淋头。 
使用时，储罐内有水或其他溶液，气体通过旋风分离器的进风口进入旋风分离器，在旋风分离器内形成旋风，然后通过旋风分离器的出风口排出，在通过旋风分离器出风口时，经过喷淋系统，通过喷淋，使得颗粒物料沉降下来，到达旋风分离器底部，通过出料口，进入到储罐，储罐中有滤网，通过滤网把物料过滤，固体留在滤网上面，液体漏过滤网，滤网下的液体通过管道连接循环泵，循环泵通过管路连接喷淋头，喷淋头安装在旋风分离器的出风口处。 
本实用新型的有益效果是：通过喷淋系统的安装，使得尾气中的粉尘能通过旋风分离器留下来，即避免了粉尘的污染，保护了环境，又避免了物料的浪费，降低了生产成本，提高了利润空间。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的实施例做进一步描述： 
如图1所述，喷淋吸尘装置包括：旋风分离器1、储罐2、滤网3、喷淋头4和循环泵5，旋风分离器1下端的放料口8处安装储罐2，储罐2内安装滤网3，滤网3下通过管路连接循环泵5，循环泵5通过管路连接到安装在旋风分离器1的出风口处7的喷淋头4。 
使用时，储罐2内成有水或其他溶液，气体通过旋风分离器1的进风口6进入旋风分离器1，在旋风分离器1内形成旋风，然后通过旋风分离器1的出风口7排出，在通过旋风分离器1出风口7时，经过喷淋头4的喷淋，使得颗粒物料沉降下来，到达旋风分离器1底部，通过出料口8，进入到储罐2，储罐2中有滤网3，通过滤网3把物料过滤，固体留在滤网3上面，液体漏过滤网3，滤网3下的液体通过管道连接循环泵5，循环泵5通过管路连接喷淋头4，喷淋头4安装在旋风分离器1的出风口7处，通过循环泵5使储罐2内的水或其他溶液循环利用。

1.一种喷淋吸尘装置，其特征在于包括：旋风分离器(1)、储罐(2)、滤网(3)、喷淋头(4)和循环泵(5)，旋风分离器(1)下端的放料口处安装储罐(2)，储罐(2)内安装滤网(3)，滤网(3)下通过管路连接循环泵(5)，循环泵(5)通过管路连接到安装在旋风分离器(1)的出风口处的喷淋头(4)。
