Abstract

技术领域
本公开主要涉及用于将末端执行器选择性地连接至动力手术装置的致动单元的接合器组件。更具体地,本公开涉及用于将动力手术装置的旋转手柄相对于致动组件可旋转地紧固的闩锁机构。
背景技术
在手术操作中使用的动力装置通常用于将来自致动组件的旋转运动转换成线性运动以实现一种或多种功能,例如,夹紧、吻合、切割。为允许附接至致动组件的末端执行器在不必使操作者必须在不舒服或别扭位置下操纵致动组件的情况下旋转对准,已经开发了用于使末端执行器能够相对于致动组件选择性旋转的接合器组件。这样的接合器组件通常包括:基座,其固定地紧固至致动组件;旋转手柄,其附接有末端执行器且用于使末端执行器相对于基座和致动组件旋转。提供具有闩锁组件以允许旋转手柄相对于基座的选择性旋转的接合器组件将是有益的。
发明内容
因此,提供了一种用于将末端执行器操作性地连接至致动组件的接合器组件。所述接合器组件包括:基座,其构造为操作性的连接至致动组件;手柄,其支撑在基座上并且能够围绕基座的纵向轴线旋转;以及闩锁机构,其支撑在手柄组件上并且能够与基座选择性地接合。基座限定至少部分地围绕基座的圆周分隔开的多个槽口。闩锁机构包括闩锁构件和从闩锁构件延伸的锁定构件。闩锁构件能够在第一位置和第二位置之间移动,其中,在所述第一位置,锁定构件接收在多个槽口中的一个内以将手柄相对于基座锁定,在所述第二位置,锁定构件从所述多个槽口分隔开以将手柄相对于基座解锁。

具体实施方式
参照附图详细描述本公开的用于手术装置和/或手柄组件的接合器组件的实施例,在附图中,在几幅视图的每个中,相同附图标记指代相同或相应的元件。如本文所用的,术语“远侧”指的是接合器组件或者手术装置或其部件的较远离用户的部分,而术语“近侧”指的是接合器组件或者手术装置或其部件的较靠近用户的部分。

现在参照图3至图5,闩锁机构130的闩锁构件132可滑动地布置在旋转手柄114中的凹槽115(图3)内并且构造为由用户可操作地接合。闩锁构件132能够在远侧位置(图4)和近侧位置(图5)之间移动。压缩弹簧136(图3)将闩锁构件132偏置到远侧位置。当闩锁构件132在远侧位置时,闩锁机构130处于锁定位置,即,旋转手柄114相对于基座112可旋转地紧固。当闩锁构件132移动到近侧位置时,闩锁机构130处于解锁位置,即,旋转手柄114能够相对于基座112旋转。
继续参照图4和图5,手柄组件110的基座112限定了围绕基座112周向延伸的狭槽111。如图所示,狭槽111围绕基座112延伸大约八十度(80°),允许旋转手柄114相对于基座112的大约八十度(80°)的旋转。可以设想,狭槽111可延伸大于或小于八十度(80°),并且在实施例中,完全围绕基座112的圆周。多个槽口113从狭槽111向远侧延伸。如将在下面进一步详细描述的那样,槽口113构造成当闩锁构件132处于远侧位置时选择性地接收闩锁机构130的柱构件134。如图所示,槽口113关于狭槽111的长度等距隔开。以这种方式,旋转手柄114可以相对于基座112紧固在旋转的相等的间隔处。可以设想,槽口113之间的间隔可以变化。在一些实施例中,基座112可仅包括两个槽口113,一个形成为邻近狭槽111的第一端,并且第二槽口113形成为邻近狭槽111的第二端。
虽然示出通过使闩锁构件132沿近侧方向移动以使柱构件134从槽口113内缩回而使闩锁机构130可操作,即,解锁闩锁机构130,但是可以设想,为了便于使用和/或用户偏好,闩锁机构130可构造成使得闩锁构件132沿远侧方向移动以解锁闩锁机构130。这样的布置将需要基座112中的槽口113从狭槽111向远侧延伸。
接合器组件100的基座112可以限定维修槽(未示出),以在旋转手柄114相对于基座112旋转时容纳布置成线圈或线轴的电缆(未示出)。更具体地,维修槽允许电缆在旋转手柄114相对于基座112旋转期间膨胀和收缩。
参照图6和图7,根据本公开的替代实施例的闩锁机构总体示出为闩锁机构230。闩锁机构230构造成使得旋转手柄(未示出)可相对于基座212旋转大约一百八十度(180°)。闩锁机构230基本上类似于如上所述的闩锁机构130,因此仅详细描述关于其间的差别。闩锁机构230可与基座212操作。基座212限定狭槽211和第一槽口213和第二槽口(未示出)。

如图所示,基座212包括滑环(slip ring)240,滑环240用于适应电力在致动组件10(图1)和从旋转手柄(未示出)延伸的细长主体部(未示出)之间通过基座212传递。滑环240可以是任何合适的市售滑环。滑环240使旋转手柄能够相对于基座212旋转一百八十度(180°)。
现在参照图8和图9,根据本公开的闩锁机构的另一个实施例总体表示为闩锁机构330。闩锁机构330包括闩锁构件332、从闩锁构件332延伸的柱或锁定构件334、以及用于将闩锁机构330偏置到锁定位置(图8)的偏置构件,即,压缩弹簧336。
继续参照图8和图9,基座312限定至少部分地围绕基座312周向延伸的狭槽311。多个槽口313形成在从狭槽311向近侧延伸的基座312中。多个槽口313可以等间隔地围绕狭槽311。虽然未示出,但是可以想到,狭槽311可完全地围绕基座312的圆周延伸。
当闩锁机构330处于锁定位置(图8)时,闩锁机构330的锁定构件334的与闩锁构件332相反的端部334a接收在多个槽口313中的一个内,以防止旋转手柄(未示出)相对于基座312的移动。闩锁构件332的如图9箭头“C”所指示的近侧移动引起锁定构件334围绕枢转构件338枢转,从而使锁定构件334的端部334a从槽口313内移动并与狭槽311对准。以这种方式,闩锁机构330移动到解锁位置(图9)从而旋转手柄(未示出)可相对于基座312旋转。闩锁构件332的释放允许闩锁机构330返回到锁定位置(图8),从而将旋转手柄相对于基座312紧固。

Claims (17)
1.一种接合器组件,其用于将末端执行器操作性地连接至致动组件,所述接合器组件包括:
基座,其构造为操作性地连接至致动组件并限定至少部分地围绕基座的圆周分隔开的多个槽口;
手柄组件,其支撑在基座上并且能够围绕基座的纵向轴线旋转;以及
闩锁机构,其支撑在手柄组件上并且能够与基座选择性地接合,所述闩锁机构包括闩锁构件和从闩锁构件延伸的锁定构件,其中所述闩锁构件能够在第一位置和第二位置之间移动,其中,在所述第一位置,所述锁定构件接收在多个槽口中的一个内以将手柄相对于基座锁定,在所述第二位置,所述锁定构件从所述多个槽口分隔开以将手柄相对于基座解锁。
2.根据权利要求1所述的接合器组件,其中,所述基座还限定至少部分地围绕基座的圆周延伸且与多个槽口互连的狭槽。
3.根据权利要求2所述的接合器组件,其中,当所述闩锁构件处于第二位置时,所述锁定构件接收在所述狭槽内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的接合器组件,其中,所述多个槽口围绕基座的圆周等间隔地分隔开。
5.根据权利要求1所述的接合器组件,其中,所述闩锁构件定位成当用户抓握手柄组件时通过用户的拇指接合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的接合器组件,其中,所述闩锁机构包括用于沿远侧方向偏置所述闩锁构件的偏置构件。
7.根据权利要求1所述的接合器组件,其中,所述基座包括滑环,所述滑环用于容纳在手柄相对于基座旋转时延伸通过基座的电缆。
8.根据权利要求1所述的接合器组件,其中,所述多个槽口包括第一槽口和布置为与第一槽口相对一百八十度(180°)的第二槽口。
9.根据权利要求1所述的接合器组件,其中,所述锁定构件可枢转地紧固至所述闩锁构件。
10.一种接合器组件,其用于将末端执行器操作性地连接至致动组件,所述接合器组件包括:
基座,其构造为操作性地连接至致动组件并限定至少部分地围绕基座的圆周分隔开的多个槽口;
手柄组件,其支撑在基座上并且能够围绕基座的纵向轴线旋转;以及
闩锁机构,其支撑在手柄组件上并且能够与基座选择性地接合,所述闩锁机构包括闩锁构件和操作性地连接至闩锁构件的锁定构件,其中所述闩锁构件能够在第一位置和第二位置之间移动,其中,在所述第一位置,所述锁定构件接收在多个槽口中的一个内以将手柄相对于基座锁定,在所述第二位置,所述锁定构件从所述多个槽口分隔开以将手柄相对于基座解锁。
11.根据权利要求10所述的接合器组件,其中,所述闩锁构件和所述锁定构件中的每一个包括多个齿并且通过小齿轮操作性地连接。
12.根据权利要求11所述的接合器组件,其中,所述闩锁构件被压缩弹簧沿径向向外的方向偏置。
13.根据权利要求10所述的接合器组件,其中,所述闩锁构件与所述锁定构件通过连杆构件连接。
14.根据权利要求13所述的接合器组件,其中,所述连杆构件被扭簧沿顺时针方向偏置。
15.根据权利要求10所述的接合器组件,其中,所述闩锁构件和所述锁定构件中的每一个构造成相对于基座径向移动。
16.根据权利要求10所述的接合器组件,其中,所述闩锁构件和所述锁定构件沿彼此相反方向移动。
17.根据权利要求10所述的接合器组件,其中,所述闩锁构件的从所述第一位置到所述第二位置的移动是径向向内的。
