技术领域
本公开总体上涉及用于将末端执行器选择性地连接到手术装置的致动单元的接合器组件。更具体地,本公开涉及具有用于将外壳可旋转地稳固至基部的锁定机构的接合器组件。
背景技术
用于在手术操作中使用的动力装置通常将来自致动组件的旋转运动转换成直线运动,用于实现一个或多个功能,例如夹紧、吻合、切割。为了允许附接到致动组件的末端执行器旋转对准而操作者不必在不舒适或棘手的位置操纵该致动组件,接合器组件已被开发用于使末端执行器相对于致动组件能够选择性地旋转。这种接合器组件通常包括固定地稳固到致动组件的基部和附接有末端执行器的主体,所述主体能够相对于基部和致动组件旋转。

发明内容

具体实施方式

现在参照图9和图10,按钮160具有限定盲孔162、开口163和凸轮槽164的按钮主体161。开口163从按钮主体161的底部表面161a向内延伸,以在主体161的远侧表面161b中限定远侧开口163a。远侧开口163a包括与按钮主体161的底部表面161a相反的搁板状物163b。盲孔162从按钮主体161的底部表面161a沿着与由底部表面161a限定的平面正交的方向在开口163的两侧上基本竖直地延伸。盲孔162可以基本上是圆柱形的并且被设计成接收偏置构件179(图4)。
凸轮槽164完全地穿过按钮主体161的侧表面161d。凸轮槽164从按钮主体161的邻近按钮主体161的底部表面161a和按钮主体161的近侧表面161e的第一端164a延伸到按钮主体161的邻近按钮主体161的远侧表面161b和顶部表面161c的第二端164b,使得当从侧面上观察按钮160时凸轮槽164远侧向上地倾斜。凸轮槽164与开口163连通并且构造成接收锁定构件150的凸台157,使得按钮160的竖直运动(即,基本上朝向和远离如图11中所示的纵向轴线X-X的移动)会影响锁定构件150的纵向平移,如下面详细描述的。
参照图3、图11和图12,锁定机构60设置在限定在外壳42中的通道142中。锁定机构60邻近远侧环形凸缘126地定位在基部构件50上。在锁定机构60的锁定位置,锁定件156设置在限定在远侧环形凸缘126中的锁定切口152a至152c中的一个锁定切口内,以将外壳42相对于基部构件50可旋转地固定。按钮160位于锁定构件150的径向外侧,使得锁定构件150的主体153设置在按钮160的开口163内。当主体153设置在开口163内时,锁定构件150的凸台157滑动地接收在凸轮槽164内。另外,偏置构件179被接收在盲孔162内以推动按钮160远离锁定构件150。在该位置,锁定构件150由于与按钮160的限定凸轮槽164的部分接合而被向近侧推动到锁定位置。
具体参照图12,偏置构件179被支撑在主体壳体44的突出部144上,以将按钮160远离锁定构件150偏置。然而,可以想到,偏置构件179可以被沿着止动件155的顶部表面支撑且能够沿着该顶部表面滑动。
简要地返回参照图3,锁定构件150的指形部153a在按钮160的开口163内向远侧延伸,使得指形部153a定位在按钮160的搁板状物163b上方,以将按钮160保持在外壳42的通道142内。此外,按钮160的近侧表面161e(图9)可包括保持钩形部166,该保持钩形部166从按钮160的近侧表面161e向近侧延伸到与外壳42接合以将按钮160保持在通道142内。
参照图11,在锁定机构60的锁定位置,按钮160被偏置构件179向上推动,使得锁定构件150通过凸台157凸轮运动到近侧位置。在近侧位置,锁定件156定位在基部构件50的凸缘126的锁定切口152a至152c内,以防止外壳42相对于基部构件50旋转。现在参照图13和图14,为了将锁定机构60移动到解锁位置,按钮160在外壳42的通道142内抵抗偏置构件179被下压。随着按钮160被下压,按钮160被限制为在外壳42的通道142内基本上竖直的运动(朝向或远离纵向轴线X-X运动)。随着按钮160被下压,凸台157在凸轮槽164内滑动,以影响锁定构件150相对于外壳42的远侧纵向运动。具体地,限定凸轮槽164的壁与凸台157接合,以将锁定构件150在基本上平行于纵向轴线X-X的方向上平移。随着锁定构件150相对于按钮160向远侧移动,锁定件156从切口152a至152c内移动到远侧环形凸缘126的远侧的位置,从而自锁定切口152a至152c离开。在这个位置,外壳42可绕基部构件50自由旋转。随着锁定部件150向远侧移动,近端腿部158的足部159在远侧环形沟槽127内滑动并且可抵接远侧环形凸缘126以限制锁定构件150的远侧移动。在实施例中,锁定构件150的足部159与远侧环形凸缘126之间的接触可以向临床医生提供如下的触觉反馈:按钮160被完全下压和/或锁定机构60处于解锁位置。此外,当按钮160完全下压时,锁定构件150的主体153可接合开口163的顶部163c以限制按钮160的下压和/或锁定构件150的远侧移动。
参照图15至图18,在锁定机构60处于解锁位置的情况下,外壳42可围绕基部构件50、联接组件22和驱动组件80旋转。外壳42的旋转还通过突起72(图14)与外壳42的接合而使细长联接主体70围绕纵向轴线X-X旋转。
具体参照图17和图18,当外壳42从第一径向位置(图17)旋转到第二径向位置(图18)时,延伸组件290随着细长联接主体70的远侧端90旋转。延伸组件290在其远侧部上具有工具联接器294,该工具联接器294将工具组件380(图1)可释放地固定到延伸组件290。如所示的,外壳42围绕接合器组件10的纵向轴线X-X的旋转改变了工具联接器294的位置,并因此改变了稳固到工具联接器294的工具组件380相对于联接组件22的位置。当外壳42旋转时,驱动组件80维持其相对于联接组件22的位置。应当理解,当联接组件22稳固到致动组件300(图1)时,外壳42相对于致动组件300的旋转允许临床医生重新定位工具组件380(图1),而不必重新定位致动组件300。
如果外壳42在锁定切口152a至152c与锁定件156不对准的情况下相对于基部构件50旋转,并且按钮160被释放,则锁定件156将抵接远侧环形凸缘126,直到锁定件156对准锁定切口152a至152c中的一个锁定切口。当锁定件156与锁定切口152a至152c中的一个锁定切口对准时,偏置构件179将推动按钮160远离纵向轴线X-X并影响锁定构件150的近侧移动,使得锁定件156将滑入到所对准的锁定切口152a至152c中。当锁定件156滑入到所对准的锁定切口152a至152c中时,滑块155可接触远侧环形凸缘126,以提供外壳42被可旋转地稳固到基部构件50上的可听到的指示(“咔哒声”)。
尽管在上面对外壳42围绕基部构件50的旋转进行了详细描述,但可以想到,基部构件50可以在外壳42内旋转,使得致动组件300可相对于工具组件380重新定位,而同时工具组件380在手术部位内保持基本静止。
旋转组件可以集成到手术器械中,该手术器械诸如为超声波切割器械、手术吻合器、手术施夹器等。在一个示例中,如已知的那样,手术器械具有用于施加圆形行列的吻合钉的圆形砧座和圆形吻合钉钉仓。直线型内窥镜吻合器是另一个例子。旋转组件可以集成到手动操作的或电动的手术器械的细长轴中。该细长轴可以与手柄成一体,或者可以设置为附接到手柄并且还附接到装载单元的接合器。此外,该旋转组件可以集成到用于与机器人手术系统一起使用的装置中。
考虑到强度、耐久性、耐磨性、重量、耐腐蚀性、制造容易性、制造成本等,本文所述的任意部件可以由金属、塑料、树脂、复合材料等中的任一种制造。
虽然已经在附图中示出了本公开的几个实施例,但是并不意图将本公开限于此,因为意图是本公开在范围上与本领域将允许地一样宽泛,并且该说明书类似地解释。上述实施例的任何组合也是可以想到的,并且在所附权利要求的范围内。本公开不限于圆形吻合装载单元,而是适用到用于直线型吻合器械或其他类型的器械(诸如电烙术或超声波器械)。因此,上面的描述不应被解释为限制性的,而仅仅是特定实施例的示例。本领域技术人员将想到在所附权利要求的范围内的其它修改。
Claims (31)
1.一种接合器组件,包括:
基部构件,其限定纵向轴线;
外壳,其可旋转地稳固至所述基部构件,所述外壳能够相对于所述基部构件在多个位置之间旋转;以及
锁定机构,其支撑在所述外壳上,所述锁定机构包括:
锁定构件,其能够从锁定位置移动到解锁位置,在所述锁定位置中,所述锁定构件的锁定件与所述基部构件接合以将所述外壳稳固在所述多个位置的一个中,在所述解锁位置中,所述外壳能够相对于所述基部构件旋转;以及
按钮,其定位在所述基部构件上并且能够被下压以将所述锁定构件沿着平行于所述纵向轴线的方向从所述锁定位置平移到所述解锁位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的接合器组件,其中,所述锁定构件具有凸台,并且其中所述按钮限定接收所述凸台的凸轮槽。
3.根据权利要求2所述的接合器组件,其中,所述按钮具有未下压位置和下压位置,在所述未下压位置中,所述凸台邻近所述凸轮槽的第一端定位,在所述下压位置中,所述凸台邻近所述凸轮槽的第二端定位,并且其中,限定所述凸轮槽的壁在所述按钮朝向所述下压位置移动时接合所述凸台,以随着所述凸台朝向所述凸轮槽的所述第二端移动而将所述锁定构件沿着所述平行于所述纵向轴线的方向平移。
4.根据权利要求3所述的接合器组件,进一步包括布置在所述按钮和所述锁定构件之间的偏置构件,所述偏置构件将所述按钮朝向所述未下压位置推动。
5.根据权利要求1所述的接合器组件,其中,所述基部构件包括限定第一切口和第二切口的环形凸缘。
6.根据权利要求5所述的接合器组件,其中,所述锁定构件具有锁定主体、远侧腿部和近侧腿部,所述远侧腿部和所述近侧腿部限定位于其间的间隙,所述环形凸缘能够当所述锁定构件处于所述解锁位置中时在所述间隙内旋转。
7.根据权利要求5所述的接合器组件,其中,所述锁定构件的所述锁定件从所述远侧腿部朝近侧延伸,并且能够布置在所述第一切口或所述第二切口中的一个内以将所述外壳稳固在所述多个位置中的一个中。
8.根据权利要求5所述的接合器组件,其中,所述环形凸缘限定第三切口,所述第一切口和所述第三切口在直径上彼此相对且所述第二切口定位在所述第一切口和所述第三切口之间。
9.根据权利要求8所述的接合器组件,其中,所述第二切口相对于所述第一切口和所述第三切口是等距的。
10.根据权利要求1所述的接合器组件,其中,所述外壳限定通道,所述按钮设置在所述通道内。
11.根据权利要求1所述的接合器组件,进一步包括从所述外壳延伸的联接主体,所述联接主体可旋转地固定至所述外壳。
12.根据权利要求11所述的接合器组件,其中,所述联接主体具有包括突起的近侧部,并且其中所述外壳限定凹部,所述凹部接收所述突起以将所述联接主体可旋转地固定至所述外壳。
13.一种手术装置,包括:
手柄;
工具组件;以及
接合器组件,其将所述手柄和所述工具组件互连,所述接合器组件包括:
基部构件,其限定纵向轴线;
外壳,其可旋转地稳固至所述基部构件,所述外壳能够相对于所述基部构件在多个位置之间旋转,所述外壳的旋转影响所述工具组件相对于所述手柄的位置;以及
锁定机构,其支撑在所述外壳上,所述锁定机构包括:
锁定构件,其能够从锁定位置移动到解锁位置,在所述锁定位置中,所述锁定构件的锁定件与所述基部构件接合以将所述外壳稳固在所述多个位置的一个中,在所述解锁位置中,所述外壳能够相对于所述基部构件旋转;以及
按钮,其定位在所述基部构件上并且能够被下压以将所述锁定构件沿着平行于所述纵向轴线的方向从所述锁定位置平移到所述解锁位置。
14.根据权利要求13所述的手术装置,进一步包括延伸组件,所述延伸组件包括具有第一端和第二端的轴,所述轴的所述第一端可释放地联接至所述接合器组件的远侧端并且所述轴的所述第二端支撑所述工具组件。
15.根据权利要求14所述的手术装置,其中,所述轴在所述第一端和所述第二端之间是弯曲的。
16.根据权利要求13所述的手术装置,其中,所述接合器组件包括从所述基部构件延伸的联接主体,所述联接主体可旋转地固定至所述外壳。
17.根据权利要求13所述的手术装置,其中,所述接合器组件包括从所述基部构件朝近侧延伸并且可释放地稳固至所述手柄的联接组件。
18.根据权利要求17所述的手术装置,其中,所述接合器组件包括延伸穿过所述联接组件、所述基部构件和所述外壳的驱动组件,并且其中所述手柄接合所述驱动组件以致动所述工具组件。
19.根据权利要求18所述的手术装置,其中,所述驱动组件包括设置在所述联接组件内的第一连接器和第二连接器,所述第一连接器相对于所述纵向轴线偏移。
20.一种用于可旋转手术器械的锁定机构,包括:基部构件、按钮和锁定构件,所述锁定构件具有主体、远侧腿部和近侧腿部,所述主体具有延伸穿过所述远侧腿部和所述近侧腿部的轴线B-B,所述主体包括在正交方向上延伸并且相对于所述轴线B-B偏移的凸台,并且进一步包括与所述远侧腿部形成T形的止动件,所述远侧腿部限定锁定件。
21.根据权利要求20所述的锁定机构,其中,所述主体包括在所述远侧腿部上方延伸的指形部。
22.根据权利要求20所述的锁定机构,其中,所述近侧腿部具有与所述止动件相对的足部。
23.根据权利要求20所述的锁定机构,其中,所述锁定构件能够围绕所述凸台旋转。
24.根据权利要求22所述的锁定机构,其中,所述基部构件具有环形沟槽,所述足部被设置在所述环形沟槽中。
25.根据权利要求24所述的锁定机构,其中,所述基部构件具有用于接收所述止动件的多个锁定切口。
26.根据权利要求20所述的锁定机构,其中,所述按钮具有与开口相交的凸轮槽以及位于所述按钮的近侧端的保持钩形部,所述锁定构件的所述凸台被接收在所述凸轮槽中。
27.根据权利要求26所述的锁定机构,其中,所述按钮进一步包括用于接收偏置构件的孔。
28.根据权利要求20所述的锁定机构,其中,所述按钮的竖直运动引起所述锁定构件大致纵向的平移。
29.一种具有根据权利要求20所述的锁定机构的可旋转手术器械。
30.根据权利要求29所述的可旋转手术器械,其中,所述锁定机构是旋转组件的一部分。
31.根据权利要求29所述的可旋转手术器械,其中,所述锁定机构是接合器组件的一部分。
