Abstract

本发明涉及输配设备设计领域,公开了高压柔性软管,包括了凸面焊接法兰、接管、护套、端环、波纹管和网套,通过零件结构优化,通过凸面焊接法兰与其他管道配件相连,通过接管和护套将波纹管于凸面焊接法兰连接起来,并且在波纹管外侧包覆有网套可以进一步保护波纹管不受损伤,波纹管采用Incoloy825全奥氏体镍铁铬合金板材制备,该材料具有比普通不锈钢材料更优异的机械性能,屈服强度和抗拉强度更高,并且合金板材具有在氧化和还原环境下都具有抗酸和碱金属腐蚀性能,其中的高镍成份使合金具有好的耐应力腐蚀开裂性能,好的耐点腐蚀和缝隙腐蚀性能,很好的抗氧化性和非氧化性热酸性能,在室温和高达550℃的高温时都具有很好的机械性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及输配设备设计领域,特别是高压柔性软管。
背景技术
天然气压缩机为往复式压缩机,管线在运行中承受交变载荷和冲击载荷,一般设计选用管线连接,实际应用中经常出现管线焊接部位压缩机频繁连续的振动而造成管线焊缝裂纹,发生泄漏。而且也存在由于设计对管线应力、膨胀考虑不准确,管线在冷热状态下,不同的安装环境下管线对压缩机缸体有外应力,造成压缩机缸体受力位移,影响压缩机缸体同心度,造成压缩机运行中发生振动、偏磨等故障。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供高压柔性软管,能有效避免天然气介质对管线的氢腐蚀,该高压软管具有良好的角向和轴向补偿性能,能吸收管线对设备的应力,也能吸收压缩机运行过程中自身的振动引起的管系振动,安全可靠性大大提高。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明公开了高压柔性软管,包括了凸面焊接法兰、接管、护套、端环、波纹管和网套,波纹管两端通过端环与接管相连,接管外侧设置有凸面焊接法兰,波纹管外侧包覆有网套,端环外侧包覆有护套。
其中,凸面焊接法兰包括了小法兰和松套法兰。
优选的,波纹管采用Incoloy825全奥氏体镍铁铬合金板材制备,耐水压大于15MPa,耐气压大于10MPa。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1.本发明通过零件结构优化,通过凸面焊接法兰与其他管道配件相连,通过接管和护套将波纹管于凸面焊接法兰连接起来,并且在波纹管外侧包覆有网套可以进一步保护波纹管不受损伤。
2.本申请高压柔性软管中的波纹管采用Incoloy825全奥氏体镍铁铬合金板材制备,该材料具有比普通不锈钢材料更优异的机械性能,屈服强度和抗拉强度更高,并且合金板材具有在氧化和还原环境下都具有抗酸和碱金属腐蚀性能,其中的高镍成份使合金具有好的耐应力腐蚀开裂性能,好的耐点腐蚀和缝隙腐蚀性能,很好的抗氧化性和非氧化性热酸性能,在室温和高达550℃的高温时都具有很好的机械性能。

实施例1
如图1所示,本发明公开了一种高压柔性软管,包括了凸面焊接法兰、接管3、护套4、端环5、波纹管6和网套7,波纹管6两端通过端环5与接管3相连,接管3外侧设置有凸面焊接法兰,波纹管6外侧包覆有网套7,端环5外侧包覆有护套4。其中,凸面焊接法兰包括了小法兰1和松套法兰2。
波纹管6采用Incoloy825全奥氏体镍铁铬合金板材制备,水压压力为15MPa,保压5分钟,无渗漏,零件无损坏;气压试验:试验压力为10MPa,保压10分钟,无漏气现象。

1.高压柔性软管,其特征在于,包括凸面焊接法兰、接管、护套、端环、波纹管和网套,所述的波纹管两端通过端环与接管相连,所述的接管外侧设置有凸面焊接法兰,所述的波纹管外侧包覆有网套,所述的端环外侧包覆有护套。
2.如权利要求1所述的高压柔性软管,其特征在于:所述的凸面焊接法兰包括了小法兰和松套法兰。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的高压柔性软管,其特征在于:所述的波纹管采用Incoloy825全奥氏体镍铁铬合金板材制备,耐水压大于15MPa,耐气压大于10MPa。
