Abstract

本发明提供的是一种海上热采油蒸汽输送管。由多段具有连接帽和螺纹接头的管体组合构成输送管。在连接帽内设有球形头;在螺纹接头内装有球形密封垫;在连接帽与螺纹接头之间通过活动环连接有多条导气细管,在导气细管组外侧包裹有保温矿棉毡,在保温矿棉毡外侧包裹有钢丝护网。导气细管环形间隔排列。由于本发明输送管由多条细管组合而成,因而,能够随外力作用产生应力变形,使管路具有柔性,从而既能吸收海浪冲击力,又能正常输送高温高压蒸汽。适应蒸汽输送管路的自由弯曲,具有连接方便,使用寿命长,安全和环保的效果。适宜作为海上石油热采蒸汽输送管路应用。也适用于地面各种管线补偿及转弯应用。

一种海上热采油蒸汽输送管
技术领域
本发明提供的是海上采油领域的蒸汽输送管路。具体地说是一种海上热采油蒸汽输送管。
背景技术
目前,国内海上采油将锅炉安装在锅炉船上,通过连接管向钻井平台输送高温高压蒸汽,为油井注气,实现热采油。
由于所使用的蒸汽输送管为单腔直管,所以容易受到海浪冲击使船体的晃动造成蒸汽输送管路变形或断裂,因此当直管连接时,解决不了管路变形和断裂的技术问题。
发明内容
为了解决直管容易坏损的缺陷,本发明提供了一种海上热采油蒸汽输送管。该管通过在管体内由多条细管组合,解决蒸汽输送管路变形的技术问题。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的方案是:
由多段具有连接帽和螺纹接头的管体组合构成输送管。在连接帽内设有球形头;在螺纹接头内装有球形密封垫;在连接帽与螺纹接头之间通过活动环连接有多条导气细管,在导气细管组外侧包裹有保温矿棉毡,在保温矿棉毡外侧包裹有钢丝护网。导气细管环形间隔排列在输送管内,导气细管相邻间距在10~20毫米之间。导气细管为无缝不锈钢或碳钢材质管状体。
积极效果:由于本发明输送管由多条细管组合而成,因而,能够随外力作用产生应力变形,使管路具有柔性,从而既能吸收海浪冲击力,又能正常输送高温高压蒸汽。适应蒸汽输送管路的自由弯曲,具有连接方便,使用寿命长,安全和环保的效果。适宜作为海上蒸汽输送管路应用。

具体实施方式
据图所示,由多段具有连接帽1和螺纹接头7的管体组合构成输送管。
在连接帽内设有球形头2。
在螺纹接头内装有球形密封垫8。
在连接帽与螺纹接头之间通过活动环6套装有多条导气细管5,在导气细管组外侧包裹有保温矿棉毡3,在保温矿棉毡外侧包裹有钢丝护网4。
导气细管环形间隔排列在输送管内,导气细管相邻间距在10~20毫米之间。
导气细管为无缝不锈钢或碳钢材质管状体。
本发明工作原理:
由于管体由多条细管组成,所以管径小,能够产生应力变形。由于海浪作用,管体随之晃动。如果是直管连接时,容易造成密封破坏,而且管路容易出现断裂。采用发明的管体则不同,管体在总管径不变的情况下,通过细管输送蒸汽,由于细管管径较细,所以容易产生应力变形,起到管路弯曲缓冲的作用。由于在管体外包裹有保温矿棉毡和钢丝护网,所以具有保温性和整体强度。本管体能够随海浪自由摇动,形成动态蒸汽传输,不会造成管路的破坏。
性能指标:
1、承受压力范围8-24Mpa。
2、使用温度380℃。
3、通径10-125mm。
4、弯曲半径R500-1000mm。
5、适用介质:油、蒸汽和水。
结构特点:
1)连接帽,球形头。螺纹接头采用不锈钢铸造成型,强度高耐腐蚀。
2)球形密封垫采用纯铜制作耐高温,密封成型效果好。
3)连接头采用小螺距梯形螺纹紧固,安全可靠。
4)工作时球形头可转动同时可摆动30°。
5)球形头,接头螺纹与软管端环氩弧焊接。
6)软管部分采用多根不锈钢细管组成,多根不锈钢细管具有柔软性,能产生弯曲特点。
7)多根细管头用端环板将细管头氩弧焊接,多根细管间隔500毫米用活动环支撑。
8)活动环上孔径大于细管外径,保证细管伸缩有活动间隙。
9)管外用钢丝矿棉保温,管表层用不锈钢网防护。
10)根据性能指标及通径规格,细管内径4-10,管壁厚0.5-1.5,材质不锈钢冷拉管。
11)细管内径过小时,阻尼增加,设计软管通径时应对N根细管内径总和应大于软管通径面积。

Claims (3)

1.一种海上热采油蒸汽输送管,其特征是:
由多段具有连接帽(1)和螺纹接头(7)的管体组合构成输送管;
在连接帽内设有球形头(2);
在螺纹接头内装有球形密封垫(8);
在连接帽与螺纹接头之间通过活动环(6)套装有多条导气细管(5),在导气细管组外侧包裹有保温矿棉毡(3),在保温矿棉毡外侧包裹有钢丝护网(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种海上热采油蒸汽输送管,其特征是:所述导气细管环形间隔排列在输送管内,导气细管相邻间距在10~20毫米。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种海上热采油蒸汽输送管,其特征是:所述导气细管为无缝不锈钢或碳钢材质管状体。
