一种液晶基板间隔纸,用于衬垫液晶基板间,防止生产过程中产生擦痕、划痕;纸张单位面积定量50±2g/m2,成纸挺度小于10度;纵向抗张强度大于等于4.5kN/m;纸张厚度50~110μm;成纸表面强度16~18A;水分重量百分比为4~8%;同时每张垫纸表面尘埃颗粒总数小于120个。制造方法,针叶浆、阔叶浆,其质量比为2~3:0.5~1,打浆度40~45°SR,湿重≧7g;抄造调整浆网速比0.92~0.95,正压减压至0.4~0.45MPa,复压0.4MPa;二次涂布浸透式施胶,一次涂氧化淀粉浓度6~8%,分切后纸张经二次涂聚乙烯醇,浓度7~9%,纸张经干燥、ACE非接触式除尘设备除尘,检验。

Description

一种液晶基板间隔纸及制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及特种纸,一种在液晶基板生产过程中衬垫的间隔纸,起到防护作用,及其制造方法。
背景技术
液晶基板的表面平坦,前板和后板之间的间隔需控制在几个μm之内。为了避
免生产过程中基板玻璃有效面划伤、污染等表面缺陷的产生,需要在前板和后板之间衬垫一种间隔纸。
液晶基板与一般玻璃有着很大的不同,表面对尘埃度要求极高。尘埃颗粒大小主要分为三种,1-3μm为小颗粒,3-5μm为中颗粒,大于5μm为大颗粒,每张隔离纸要求尘埃总颗粒小于120个,大颗粒小于20个,中颗粒小于20个,小颗粒小于80个。同时由于液晶基板在生产过程中,铺垫衬纸是使用机器吸盘逐张衬垫,因此纸张的倾斜度和表面强度要达到要求。目前,国内纸张很难满足该使用要求,同时没有专门针对液晶基板隔离纸的生产制造方法的发明专利。液晶基板生产厂家大都使用进口纸张,如购买日本特种东海制纸株式会社生产的玻璃垫纸。但由于进口纸张到货时间的不定性,距离较远,严重影响用户的使用,每吨进口垫纸价格约为1.5~1.7万元,增加用户生产成本。国内常规纸的生产工艺中,为了保证纸张强度,纸厂一般在生产过程中都添加一系列助剂,但助剂中某些成分会对液晶基板表面造成污染,产生难消除污渍,不能满足使用要求。

用作显示屏玻璃板的衬纸,有两项中国专利局公开的日本申请文献:
CN103879657A“玻璃衬纸及玻璃衬纸捆包体”,其特点是玻璃衬纸金属元素含量为质量0.1%以下,透气度10~20秒。
CN106103302A“玻璃衬纸”,显示器的玻璃板中使用,其特点是衬纸的莫氏硬度4以上的异物为小于0.01个/m2,纸重20~100g/m2,纸厚0.030~0.130mm,水份质量计2~10%。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种液晶基板间隔纸及制造方法,专用于在生产过程中防护液晶基板的表面防止擦痕、划痕及尘埃,替代进口用纸,即能及时满足用户使用要求又可降低生产成本。
本发明的一种液晶基板间隔纸,用于衬垫液晶基板间,防止生产过程中产生擦痕、划痕;纸张单位面积定量50±2g/m2,成纸挺度小于10度;纵向抗张强度大于等于4.5kN/m;纸张厚度50~110μm;成纸表面强度16~18A;水分重量百分比为4~8%;同时每张垫纸表面尘埃颗粒总数小于120个。
所述液晶基板间隔纸的制造方法,采用湿法造纸的工艺和设备,其特征在于原料浆采用进口硫酸盐漂白针叶浆、阔叶浆,其质量比为2~3:0.5~1,原料浆板碎浆前在浆仓内润胀时间≧30min,碎浆浓度控制在4~6%,磨浆温度30~40℃,打浆度40~45°SR,湿重≧7g;抄造前彻底清洗成型网,调整浆网速比0.92~0.95,正压减压至0.4~0.45MPa,复压0.4MPa,进行抄造;施胶方式采用二次涂布浸透式施胶,第一次涂布采用氧化淀粉为涂布液,浓度为6~8%,经杨克氏干燥,压光、卷曲、分切;分切后纸张经第二次涂布,采用聚乙烯醇为涂布液,浓度7~9%,车速控制在60~100m/min,纸张经干燥、ACE非接触式除尘设备除尘,检验、根据上述工艺条件生产的液晶基板隔离纸表面颗粒总数、纸张强度及挺度完全满足液晶基板间隔纸的使用要求,包装,保证纸张表面清洁度。
本发明的突出贡献是解决了纸张厚度达到75~80μm时的挺度、强度、尘埃颗粒问题。二次涂布技术:调整浆网速比使纤维纵向分布均匀,采用氧化淀粉为一次涂布液,增强纤维间的结合力,同时具有助流作用,延迟流体的渗透性能。保证成张具有一定的挺度。二次涂布采用聚乙烯醇为涂布液,与纸页表面结合度高,成膜性能良好,进一步增加纸张的表面强度。纸张包装前经ACE非接触式除尘设备除尘,该设备工作原理在于可调节高压吹吸频率,使之到达高频振荡,细尘在无静电引力的状况下极易剥离,从而被吸嘴吸走,保证纸张表面洁净度。
依据本发明方法制出的液晶基板隔离纸比常规垫纸的性能更好,表面状态良好,表面洁净,每张垫纸表面尘埃颗粒总数在87个,见表2,更有利于对液晶基板板面的防护。同时计算生产成本、运费,每吨纸出厂价格初步核算12000~13000元/吨,远低于进口纸张价格,为客户节省成本。

具体实施方式
液晶基板间隔纸的制造方法,采用湿法造纸的工艺和设备,其特征在于采用二次施胶技术增加纸张的强度,同时采用高能除渣器和ACE非接触式除尘设备除尘保证纸面洁净度。原料浆采用进口硫酸盐漂白针叶浆、阔叶浆,其质量比为2~3:0.5~1,碎浆前,向浆仓内加水,对原料浆板进行≥30min左右的润胀后碎解,控制碎浆浓度4%~6%;浆料经盘磨磨浆,温度控制在30~40℃、打浆度控制在40~45°SR、磨浆浓度3~3.5%,湿重要求大于7g,磨浆后浆料经过高能除渣器进行除渣,进浆压力0.2~0.5Mpa,出浆压力0.1~0.3Mpa,除渣率要求达到95%以上。浆料经压力筛,筛选面积控制在0.25mm2以下,到达流浆箱,进入网部。抄造前彻底清洗成型网,上网浓度控制在0.35~0.5%,调整浆网速比0.92~0.95,提高网速,调整纸浆纤维的纵向分布,增加纸张强度。压榨部,将正压胶辊适当减压至0.4~0.45MPa,复压0.4MPa,纸页出压榨水分控制在小于等于55%,进入干燥前部。施胶部采用浸透式施胶,浓度为6%~8%的氧化淀粉为涂布液,进行第一次涂布,后经干燥后部,压光部、卷曲、分切成客户要求尺寸。分切后成纸进行第二次涂布,成纸水分控制在4~8%,采用聚乙烯醇作为涂布液浸透式施胶,浓度7~9%,车速控制在60~100m/min,后经干燥,烘缸温度设定为100~130℃,干燥后纸张经过ACE非接触式除尘设备进行除尘,保证成纸表面洁净度,后卷曲,速度设定为50~60m/min,包装、成品入库。同时计算生产成本、运费,每吨纸出厂价格初步核算12000~13000元/吨。工人着装要求,进入复卷包装车间之前要求衣服帽子穿戴整齐,经过风淋室吹扫时间要求至少三分钟。即可得液晶基板隔离纸。
液晶基板隔离纸的检测结果见表1:

通过专业实验室检测分析,根据上述工艺条件生产的液晶基板隔离纸表面颗粒总数小于120个/张,大中小颗粒数量均满足标准要求,纸面状态良好,完全符合液晶基板生产使用要求。

Claims (3)

1.一种液晶基板间隔纸,用于衬垫液晶基板间,防止生产过程中产生擦痕、划痕;纸张单位面积定量50±2g/m2,成纸向后倾斜角度小于10度;纵向抗张强度大于等于4.5kN/m;纸张两表面距离50~110μm;成纸表面强度16~18A;水分重量百分比为4~8%;同时每张垫纸表面尘埃颗粒总数小于120个。
2.一种制造权利要求1所述的一种液晶基板间隔纸的方法,采用湿法造纸的工艺和设备,其特征在于原料浆采用进口硫酸盐漂白针叶浆、阔叶浆,其质量比为2~3:0.5~1,原料浆板碎浆前在浆仓内润胀时间≧30min,碎浆浓度控制在4~6%,磨浆温度30~40℃,打浆度40~45°SR,湿重≧7g;抄造前彻底清洗成型网,调整浆网速比0.92~0.95,正压减压至0.4~0.45MPa,复压0.4MPa,进行抄造;施胶方式采用二次涂布浸透式施胶,第一次涂布采用氧化淀粉为涂布液,浓度为6%~8%,经杨克氏干燥,压光、卷曲、分切;分切后纸张经第二次涂布,采用聚乙烯醇为涂布液,浓度7~9%,车速控制在60~100m/min,纸张经干燥、ACE非接触式除尘设备除尘,检验、根据上述工艺条件生产的液晶基板隔离纸表面颗粒总数、纸张强度及挺度完全满足液晶基板间隔纸的使用要求,包装,保证纸张表面清洁度。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种液晶基板间隔纸的制造方法,其特征在于磨浆后浆料经过高能除渣器进行除渣,进浆压力0.2~0.5Mpa,出浆压力0.1~0.3Mpa,除渣率要求达到95%以上;浆料经压力筛,筛选面积控制在0.25mm2以下,到达流浆箱,进入网部;上网浓度控制在0.35~0.5%。
