本发明公开了一种呢绒织物的退浆处理方法,包括如下步骤:1)将1~2重量份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐、1.3重量份聚丙烯酸钠、1.7重量份十二烷基磺酸钠、0.9重量份苯并三氮唑、23重量份淀粉分解酶依次投入70重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;2)再依次投入1.5重量份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、1.2重量份碱木质素、1.6重量份嵌段聚氧乙烯‑聚氧丙烯醚、0.4重量份纳他霉素,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得退浆液;3)将织物在退浆液中浸轧处理,取出后水洗并晾干。本发明呢绒织物的退浆处理方法,其退浆率高,退浆处理后的织物具有较高的毛效和力学性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及呢绒织物的退浆处理方法。
背景技术
棉、粘胶以及合成纤维等织物的经纱,在织造前大都先经过浆纱。浆料在染整过程中会影响织物的润湿性,并阻碍化学品对纤维接触,因此织物在染色前一般都进行退浆处理。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种呢绒织物的退浆处理方法,其退浆率高,退浆处理后的织物具有较高的毛效和力学性能,有利于后续印染工艺的进行,保证了后续印染质量;并且因浆料的有效去除,改善了织物的手感。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种呢绒织物的退浆处理方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将1~2重量份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐、1.3重量份聚丙烯酸钠、1.7重量份十二烷基磺酸钠、0.9重量份苯并三氮唑、23重量份淀粉分解酶依次投入70重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
2)再依次投入1.5重量份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、1.2重量份碱木质素、1.6重量份嵌段聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯醚、0.4重量份纳他霉素,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得退浆液;
3)将织物在退浆液中浸轧处理,取出后水洗并晾干。
优选的,呢绒织物的退浆处理方法,包括如下步骤:

“退浆液”的性能和用途是由其组分及配比所决定的,且“退浆液”中的不同组分会相互影响,组分及其配比会决定“退浆液”的最终性能,如果组分及其配比不相互协调,单个组分所带来的有益效果,会被其他组分消减甚至消除,严重的时候,不同组分相互抵触,起不到整体综合作用,产生负作用和次品。本发明通过大量创造性劳动、反复验证,得到“退浆液”的最优组分及配比,使得多个组分综合在一起、相互协调、并产生正向综合效应。

3)将织物在退浆液中浸轧处理,取出后水洗并晾干。
