本发明公开了一种绝缘配电柜,包括柜体,所述柜体从上至下依次设有绝缘层、第一钢板层、第一胶黏剂层、聚氨酯层、第二胶黏剂层、第二钢板层和背涂层;其中,所述绝缘层包括:聚乙烯;聚亚烷基二醇;乙烯乙酸乙烯酯;三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯;所述背涂层包括:环氧树脂;丙烯‑丙烯酸羟乙酯共聚物;对苯二甲酸二丁酯;氧化镱。本发明提供的绝缘配电柜,绝缘性好、耐热性高、安全可靠。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种配电柜,特别涉及一种绝缘配电柜。
背景技术
配电柜是电动机控制中心的统称,其分动力配电柜、照明配电柜和计量柜,是配电系统的末级设备;配电柜用于负荷集中、回路较多的场合,负责把上一级配电设备某一电路的电能分配给就近的负荷。配电柜在使用过程中,一旦使用不当极易产生漏电,继而引发火灾,因此,有必要提供一种可绝缘的配电柜。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的不足之处,本发明提供一种绝缘配电柜,其绝缘性好、耐热性高、安全可靠。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:一种绝缘配电柜,包括柜体,所述柜体从上至下依次设有绝缘层、第一钢板层、第一胶黏剂层、聚氨酯层、第二胶黏剂层、第二钢板层和背涂层;
其中,所述绝缘层包括以下重量份的材料:

所述环氧树脂的数均分子量为3500~3600。
所述丙烯-丙烯酸羟乙酯共聚物中,丙烯的含量为28~30wt%。
所述丙烯-丙烯酸羟乙酯共聚物的数均分子量为2400~2500。
所述绝缘层还包括0.6~0.8重量份的硅粉。
所述绝缘层还包括0.2~0.3重量份的钛粉。
优选的,所述聚乙烯的数均分子量为3000~3200。
优选的,所述聚亚烷基二醇的数均分子量为4000~5000。
所述聚亚烷基二醇的PH值为6~8.5。
本发明的有益效果是:通过在绝缘配电柜的柜体最上层设置绝缘层,大大提高了柜体的绝缘性能和耐热性;通过在绝缘配电柜的柜体最下层设置背涂层,大大提高了柜体的耐撞击性能,安全可靠。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。
本案提出一实施例的绝缘配电柜,包括柜体,其从上至下依次设有绝缘层、第一钢板层、第一胶黏剂层、聚氨酯层、第二胶黏剂层、第二钢板层和背涂层。
其中,绝缘层为柜体的内表面,所述绝缘层包括以下重量份的材料:
绝缘层需要具备优异的绝缘性能和耐热性能。聚乙烯和聚亚烷基二醇的结合,大幅提升了其绝缘性能;引入乙烯乙酸乙烯酯则加强了绝缘层的稳定性;引入三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯使其起到助剂的作用,并加强了绝缘层的耐热性能。
其中,背涂层为柜体的外表面,背涂层包括以下重量份的材料:
背涂层需要具备优异的抗刮耐磨性能、耐腐蚀性能及耐撞击性能。丙烯-丙烯酸羟乙酯共聚物经丙烯酸羟乙酯改性后,大幅提升了其耐撞击性能,而与丙烯-丙烯酸羟乙酯共聚物结构相似的乙烯-丙烯酸羟乙酯共聚物、丙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物、丙烯-丙烯酸丁酯共聚物等则没有这一功能,因此,丙烯-丙烯酸羟乙酯共聚物的成分及其添加量应受到限制,否则将对柜体的最终性能造成影响。
对苯二甲酸二丁酯被发现在与丙烯-丙烯酸羟乙酯共聚物结合后,可提高环氧树脂的耐磨性能,而当苯二甲酸二丁酯仅与环氧树脂结合时,则发现苯二甲酸二丁酯对环氧树脂的阻燃性没有提升作用。因此相应地,苯二甲酸二丁酯的添加量也应和丙烯-丙烯酸羟乙酯共聚物一起被限制。
氧化镱被发现在与丙烯-丙烯酸羟乙酯共聚物结合后,可提高背涂层的耐磨耐腐蚀性能和抗冲击性能,而当背涂层中不存在丙烯-丙烯酸羟乙酯共聚物时,氧化镱对背涂层的改进效果将大打折扣。因此相应地,氧化镱的添加量也应和丙烯-丙烯酸羟乙酯共聚物一起被限制。
作为本案又一实施例,本案所用环氧树脂的数均分子量优选为3500~3600。
作为本案又一实施例,其中,丙烯-丙烯酸羟乙酯共聚物中,丙烯的含量为28~30wt%,丙烯-丙烯酸羟乙酯共聚物的数均分子量为2400~2500。研究发现,当对丙烯-丙烯酸羟乙酯共聚物的数均分子量和丙烯的含量进行限定后,可使得柜体获得更优的性能。
作为本案又一实施例,其中,所述聚乙烯的数均分子量为3000~3200。实验结果显示在此范围内,可使聚乙烯发挥最佳效果。
作为本案又一实施例,其中,聚亚烷基二醇的数均分子量为4000~5000。实验结果显示在此范围内,可使聚亚烷基二醇发挥最佳效果。
作为本案又一实施例,其中,聚亚烷基二醇的PH值为6~8.5;实验结果显示在此范围内,可使聚亚烷基二醇起到催化绝缘作用。
作为本案又一实施例,其中,绝缘层还包括0.6~0.8重量份的硅粉。硅粉可提高绝缘层的耐热性。而其同族的其他金属粉末则没有这一功能,因此硅粉的添加量应受到限制,若小于0.6重量份,则无法产生实际效果;若大于0.8重量份,则又会影响绝缘层的耐热性能。
作为本案又一实施例,其中,绝缘层还包括0.2~0.3重量份的钛粉。钛粉也可提高绝缘层的耐热性。而其同族的其他金属粉末则没有这一功能,因此钛粉的添加量应受到限制,若小于0.2重量份,则无法产生实际效果;若大于0.3重量份,则又会影响绝缘层的耐热性能。

尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节。

1.一种绝缘配电柜,包括柜体,其特征在于,所述柜体从上至下依次设有绝缘层、第一钢板层、第一胶黏剂层、聚氨酯层、第二胶黏剂层、第二钢板层和背涂层;
