Abstract
异型结构转子轴承,包括内圈、外圈、滚子和保持架,所述轴承内圈向一侧延长,并在延长部分外径设计螺纹,轴承与外部结构通过螺纹连接。本发明可以应用在航空液压泵中,用于支承液压泵转子,能够承受较大的径向载荷及较高的运动转速,受力性能好、使用寿命长、可靠性高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种异型结构转子轴承,属于轴承技术领域。
技术背景
在一些航空液压泵中,用于支承液压泵转子的轴承工作时主要承受径向载荷及一定的倾覆弯矩,轴承转速高、设计空间小、套圈壁厚薄并且联接方式特殊,为满足所需工况的使用要求,急需设计一种受力性能好、使用寿命长、可靠性高的异型结构转子轴承。
发明内容
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种用于航空液压泵中支承转子的异型结构的转子轴承,它能够切实得满足用户安装及使用工况需求,节约使用空间,提高轴承寿命。
具体的技术方案为:异型结构转子轴承,包括内圈、外圈、滚子和保持架,所述轴承内圈向一侧延长,并在延长部分外径设计螺纹,轴承与外部结构通过螺纹连接,外部结构带动轴承内圈旋转。所述轴承内圈延长端螺纹处设置均匀分布的定位槽。所述轴承内圈中部设置均匀分布的注脂孔。所述轴承内圈内径为阶梯形式。所述轴承外圈无挡边。所述保持架窗梁外径表面上设置凸台。所述滚子由保持架外径装入。所述保持架外径凸台上设计压印,压印大小根据锁量要求而定,需要锁量越大,压印越大。所述轴承内圈延长端螺纹处设置三个均匀分布的定位槽。所述轴承内圈中部设置三个均匀分布的注脂孔。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明可以应用在航空液压泵中,用于支承液压泵转子,能够承受较大的径向载荷及较高的运动转速,受力性能好、使用寿命长、可靠性高。

具体实施方式
异型结构转子轴承,包括内圈2、外圈1、滚子3和保持架4,所述轴承内圈2向一侧延长,并在延长部分外径设计螺纹,轴承与外部结构通过螺纹连接,外部结构带动轴承内圈2旋转。为使该轴承螺纹联接紧固,轴承内圈2延长端螺纹处设置三个均匀分布的定位槽5,三角形具有稳定性,三个均匀分布的定位槽5保证轴承与外部结构连接稳定,与外部结构配合固定后,防止转速过高使内圈周向旋转;轴承内圈2中部设置三个均匀分布的注脂孔6,便于对轴承及相关联系统进行润滑保养,减少轴承磨损,提高轴承寿命;内圈内径设计为阶梯形式,延长端内径小于非延长端内径,以防止与其配合的转子末端在工作时产生干涉。轴承外圈1无挡边,保证轴承在工作时有一定的轴向窜动空间。轴承安装时,滚子3可由保持架4外径方向装入,保持架4窗梁外径表面上设置有凸台7,滚子装配完成后,在保持架外径凸台7上进行压印8,压力使凸台向两侧扩散,形成锁量,压印8大小根据锁量要求而定,使滚子旋转灵活且不能从外径方向掉出,如此结构可保证轴承内圈2、滚子3及保持架4成为一体(即内组件),便于安装及拆卸;保持架内径与内圈挡边引导,该种结构提高了轴承的高速旋转性能。
Claims (10)
1.异型结构转子轴承,包括内圈、外圈、滚子和保持架,其特征在于:所述轴承内圈向一侧延长,并在延长部分外径设计螺纹,轴承与外部结构通过螺纹连接,外部结构带动轴承内圈旋转。
2.根据权利要求1所述的异型结构转子轴承,其特征在于:所述轴承内圈延长端螺纹处设置均匀分布的定位槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的异型结构转子轴承,其特征在于:所述轴承内圈中部设置均匀分布的注脂孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的异型结构转子轴承,其特征在于:所述轴承内圈内径为阶梯形式。
5.根据权利要求1所述的异型结构转子轴承,其特征在于:所述轴承外圈无挡边。
6.根据权利要求1所述的异型结构转子轴承,其特征在于:所述保持架窗梁外径表面上设置凸台。
7.根据权利要求6所述的异型结构转子轴承,其特征在于:所述滚子由保持架外径方向装入。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的异型结构转子轴承,其特征在于:所述保持架外径凸台上设计压印,压印大小根据锁量要求而定。
9.根据权利要求2所述的异型结构转子轴承,其特征在于:所述轴承内圈延长端螺纹处设置三个均匀分布的定位槽。
10.根据权利要求3所述的异型结构转子轴承,其特征在于:所述轴承内圈中部设置三个均匀分布的注脂孔。
