本发明公开了一种卷帘浸色工艺,依次包括以下步骤:S1、进行坯布水洗;S2、浸色配方调制:浸色配方包括按重量计分的树脂35~50份、水50~60份、色浆0.3~2份、分散剂0.1~0.5份、渗透剂0.2~0.8份、消泡剂0.1~0.5份、交联剂0.3~1份;S3、将步骤S1水洗完成的坯布放入步骤S2调制的浸色配方中浸浆;S4、将浸浆完成的坯布经过轧车去除多余的浆料,轧车的轧棍选用橡胶辊,轧棍的表面粗糙度设置在10丝以内,所述轧辊的硬度为70A‑85A;S5、将步骤S4浸色完成的坯布依次经过100℃、110℃、130℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、130℃七个单独控制的烘干箱进行交联定型。本浸色工艺产生的清洗废水量仅为传统染色工艺的约十分之一,同时生产耗时短,提高生产效率,节约能耗。

卷帘浸色工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种卷帘浸色工艺。
背景技术:
现代纺织品涂层染整出来的产品虽然颜色艳丽漂亮很吸引眼球,但这颜色艳丽漂亮背后付出的代价是水质污染;印染废水是加工棉、麻、化学纤维及其混纺产品为主的印染厂排出的废水;70-80% 左右的纺织品废水是来自印染。印染废水水量较大,每印染加工1 吨纺织品耗水100 ~ 200 吨,其中80 ~ 90% 成为废水。纺织印染废水具有水量大、有机污染物含量高、碱性大、水质变化大等特点,属难处理的工业废水之一,废水中含有染料、浆料、助剂、油剂、酸碱、纤维杂质、砂类物质、无机盐等。印染整理行业一大难题是降低污水产生。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种减少污染、降低能耗的卷帘浸色工艺。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种卷帘浸色工艺,依次包括以下步骤:
S1、进行坯布水洗;
S2、浸色配方调制:所述浸色配方包括按重量计分的树脂35~50份、水50~60份、色浆0.3~2份、分散剂0.1~0.5份、渗透剂0.2~0.8份、消泡剂0.1~0.5份、交联剂0.3~1份;
S3、将步骤S1水洗完成的坯布放入步骤S2调制的浸色配方中浸浆;
S4、将浸浆完成的坯布经过轧车去除多余的浆料,所述轧车的轧棍选用橡胶辊,所述轧棍的表面粗糙度设置在10丝以内,所述轧辊的硬度为70A-85A;
S5、将步骤S4浸色完成的坯布依次经过100℃、110℃、130℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、130℃七个单独控制的烘干箱进行交联定型,所述坯布经过烘干箱的车速为10m/min~20m/min。
作为优选,所述树脂选用Tg值在10℃-25℃纯丙乳液。
作为优选,所述色浆选用分散性好的且易于分散于水性体系的色浆。
作为优选,所述分散剂选用阴离子体系或者非离子体系的分散剂。
作为优选,所述渗透剂选用HLB值在13-18之间的渗透剂。
作为优选,所述消泡剂选用亲水性和良好的高聚物星型消泡剂。
作为优选,所述轧棍左中右三处的压力误差控制在5%以内。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益之处是:本浸色工艺产生的清洗废水量仅为传统染色工艺的约十分之一,同时生产耗时短,提高生产效率,节约能耗。

下面结合附图及具体实施方式对本发明进行详细描述:
如图1所示的一种卷帘浸色工艺,依次包括以下步骤:
S1、进行坯布水洗;
S2、浸色配方调制:所述浸色配方包括按重量计分的树脂35~50份、水50~60份、色浆0.3~2份、分散剂0.1~0.5份、渗透剂0.2~0.8份、消泡剂0.1~0.5份、交联剂0.3~1份;
S3、将步骤S1水洗完成的坯布放入步骤S2调制的浸色配方中浸浆;
S4、将浸浆完成的坯布经过轧车去除多余的浆料,所述轧车的轧棍选用橡胶辊,所述轧棍的表面粗糙度设置在10丝以内,所述轧辊的硬度为70A-85A;
S5、将步骤S4浸色完成的坯布依次经过100℃、110℃、130℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、130℃七个单独控制的烘干箱进行交联定型,所述坯布经过烘干箱的车速为10m/min~20m/min,其中交联剂能提高固色牢度。
传统染色工艺是在高温条件下,通过一定时间将染料渗透并吸附在纤维上。而浸色工艺由于浸浆时间短,车速快,因此需要将树脂将色浆粘附固定在纤维上。由于是用在遮阳卷帘行业,产品具有较好的耐候性和延伸性,所述树脂选用Tg值在10℃-25℃纯丙乳液。
所述色浆选用分散性好的且易于分散于水性体系的色浆。
分散剂是为了更好的将色浆分散于水性体系内。由于树脂体系为阴离子体系,为保证良好的相容性,因此所述分散剂选用阴离子体系或者非离子体系的分散剂。
渗透剂是为了帮助树脂和色浆快速的进入纤维内,提高其着色牢度,因此所述渗透剂选用HLB值在13-18之间的渗透剂。
由于水性树脂内通常含有部分乳化剂,在搅拌或者剪切条件下会产生泡沫,因此需要加入一定量的消泡剂。消泡剂通常分为油脂类,有机硅类和高聚物星型类。亲水性太强消泡效果不好,疏水性太强容易分层,在浸色过程中产生油斑而影响产品品质。因此所述消泡剂选用亲水性和良好的高聚物星型消泡剂。
压力的均匀性会影响布面的带液率从而影响颜色的均匀性,尤其是3米幅宽的卷帘布浸色时,整幅宽的压力均匀性控制是至关点,所述轧棍左中右三处的压力误差控制在5%以内。

Claims (7)

1.一种卷帘浸色工艺,其特征在于:依次包括以下步骤:
S1、进行坯布水洗;
S2、浸色配方调制:所述浸色配方包括按重量计分的树脂35~50份、水50~60份、色浆0.3~2份、分散剂0.1~0.5份、渗透剂0.2~0.8份、消泡剂0.1~0.5份、交联剂0.3~1份;
S3、将步骤S1水洗完成的坯布放入步骤S2调制的浸色配方中浸浆;
S4、将浸浆完成的坯布经过轧车去除多余的浆料,所述轧车的轧棍选用橡胶辊,所述轧棍的表面粗糙度设置在10丝以内,所述轧辊的硬度为70A-85A;
S5、将步骤S4浸色完成的坯布依次经过100℃、110℃、130℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、130℃七个单独控制的烘干箱进行交联定型,所述坯布经过烘干箱的车速为10m/min~20m/min。
2.根据权利要求1所述的卷帘浸色工艺,其特征在于:所述树脂选用Tg值在10℃-25℃纯丙乳液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的卷帘浸色工艺,其特征在于:所述色浆选用分散性好的且易于分散于水性体系的色浆。
4.根据权利要求1所述的卷帘浸色工艺,其特征在于:所述分散剂选用阴离子体系或者非离子体系的分散剂。
