本发明涉及阻燃毯。
背景技术
现有的阻燃毯,由玻璃纤维制成,但玻璃纤维的抗菌、阻燃、抗静电、耐磨擦、耐腐蚀、耐热、耐候性能有待提高,且表面光洁度也不够理想。如果玻璃纤维的性能提高,阻燃毯的性能也能相应提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种阻燃毯,其玻璃纤维经过覆膜处理,玻璃纤维表面覆有防护膜,具有优异的抗菌、阻燃、抗静电、耐磨擦、耐腐蚀、耐热、耐候性能,且表面光洁度好,阻燃毯的性能也能相应提高。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种阻燃毯,由玻璃纤维制成,该玻璃纤维经过覆膜处理,所述覆膜处理包括如下步骤:
1)将1~2重量份四氯间苯二甲腈、0.8重量份2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚、1.3重量份纳米硫酸钡、4.5重量份丙烯酸丁酯依次投入30重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
2)再依次投入3.3重量份聚四氟乙烯、1.6重量份壬基苯酚乙氧化物羧酸盐、2.3重量份乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、1.6重量份氨基磺酸钠,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得覆膜处理液;
3)将玻璃纤维置入覆膜处理液中浸渍,取出后烘干。

“覆膜处理液”的性能和用途是由其组分及配比所决定的,且“覆膜处理液”中的不同组分会相互影响,组分及其配比会决定“覆膜处理液”的最终性能,如果组分及其配比不相互协调,单个组分所带来的有益效果,会被其他组分消减甚至消除,严重的时候,不同组分相互抵触,起不到整体综合作用,产生负作用和次品。本发明通过大量创造性劳动、反复验证,得到“覆膜处理液”的最优组分及配比,使得多个组分综合在一起、相互协调、并产生正向综合效应。

3)将玻璃纤维置入覆膜处理液中浸渍,取出后烘干。
实施例4
阻燃毯,由玻璃纤维制成,该玻璃纤维经过覆膜处理,所述覆膜处理包括如下步骤:
1)将1.2重量份四氯间苯二甲腈、0.8重量份2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚、1.3重量份纳米硫酸钡、4.5重量份丙烯酸丁酯依次投入30重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
2)再依次投入3.3重量份聚四氟乙烯、1.6重量份壬基苯酚乙氧化物羧酸盐、2.3重量份乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、1.6重量份氨基磺酸钠,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得覆膜处理液;
3)将玻璃纤维置入覆膜处理液中浸渍,取出后烘干。
经上述各实施例中玻璃纤维的表面覆有防护膜,具有优异的抗菌、阻燃、抗静电、耐磨擦、耐腐蚀、耐热、耐候性能,且表面光洁度好,阻燃毯的性能也能相应提高。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (4)
1.阻燃毯,其特征在于,由玻璃纤维制成,该玻璃纤维经过覆膜处理,所述覆膜处理包括如下步骤:
1)将1~2重量份四氯间苯二甲腈、0.8重量份2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚、1.3重量份纳米硫酸钡、4.5重量份丙烯酸丁酯依次投入30重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
2)再依次投入3.3重量份聚四氟乙烯、1.6重量份壬基苯酚乙氧化物羧酸盐、2.3重量份乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、1.6重量份氨基磺酸钠,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得覆膜处理液;
3)将玻璃纤维置入覆膜处理液中浸渍,取出后烘干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃毯,其特征在于,由玻璃纤维制成,该玻璃纤维经过覆膜处理,所述覆膜处理包括如下步骤:
