本发明涉及防火毯。
背景技术
现有的防火毯,由玻璃纤维制成,但玻璃纤维的抗菌、阻燃、抗静电、耐磨擦、耐腐蚀、耐热、耐候性能有待提高,且表面光洁度也不够理想。如果玻璃纤维的性能提高,防火毯的性能也能相应提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防火毯,其玻璃纤维经过覆膜处理,玻璃纤维表面覆有防护膜,具有优异的抗菌、阻燃、抗静电、耐磨擦、耐腐蚀、耐热、耐候性能,且表面光洁度好,防火毯的性能也能相应提高。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种防火毯,由玻璃纤维制成,该玻璃纤维经过覆膜处理,所述覆膜处理包括如下步骤:
1)将1~2重量份黄柏提取液、1.2重量份羟基锡酸锌、0.9重量份二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵、5.6重量份月桂酸甲酯依次投入30重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
2)再依次投入3.8重量份丙烯酸甲酯、1.1重量份α-烯烃磺酸钠、1.9重量份N-甲基吡咯烷酮、0.8重量份α-烯基磺酸钠,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得覆膜处理液;
3)将玻璃纤维置入覆膜处理液中浸渍,取出后烘干。

2)再依次投入3.8重量份丙烯酸甲酯、1.1重量份α-烯烃磺酸钠、1.9重量份N-甲基吡咯烷酮、0.8重量份α-烯基磺酸钠,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得覆膜处理液;
3)将玻璃纤维置入覆膜处理液中浸渍,取出后烘干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防火毯,其特征在于,由玻璃纤维制成,该玻璃纤维经过覆膜处理,所述覆膜处理包括如下步骤:
