Abstract

本发明涉及一种密封胶及其制备方法,由以下重量份的原料组成:硅烷封端聚醚80‑100份、气相法白炭黑5‑9份、二月桂酸二丁基锡2‑5份、碳酸钙30‑45份、钛白粉15‑20份、紫外吸收剂0.5‑1.5份、增塑剂0.5‑1.5份、偶联剂0.8‑2.3份、触变剂4‑9份、光稳定剂0.8‑12份、二氧化钛5‑12份、阻燃剂3‑7份。本发明的密封胶粘结力强,表干时间快且稳定,耐候性能较好,使用寿命长;通过添加适量的阻燃剂,提高了密封胶的阻燃性能;加入的碳酸钙,可以提高密封胶的耐热性能;原料易得,生产工艺简单,生产成本低,易于推广应用。

技术领域
本发明属于胶黏剂技术领域,具体涉及一种密封胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
密封胶也称密封剂,是应用在两种基材或者两个构件之间,以不定形态进行现场嵌填接缝、承受接缝位移形变,并将其粘结的一类多功能粘接密封材料,既可防止内部成为泄漏,又可防止外部灰尘等进入,并具有减震、隔音和隔热等作用。相比传统的螺栓、焊接等连接方式,密封胶质量轻、密封性好、抗腐蚀性强、接头弹性好,在建筑、汽车、机械制造、交通运输及航空航天等方面有着广泛的应用。
密封胶以橡胶或树脂为基料,通过加入填料、增塑剂等其它助剂配制而成,主要有聚硫、聚硅氧烷和聚氨酯三大类。有机硅密封胶和聚氨酯密封胶均广泛应用于各工业领域中,但它们都存在一些缺点,如有机硅密封胶易污染粘结区邻近部位、表面涂饰性差;聚氨酯密封胶有刺激气味,易产生气泡。硅烷封端聚醚是1978年日本Kaneka公司开发的MS聚合物,在汽车车门减震和密封、顶棚和后围等内饰件的安装、挡风玻璃装配等方面应用广泛。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种密封性好,耐热耐老化的密封胶及其制备方法。
为了实现本发明的目的,采用如下技术方案:
一种密封胶,由以下重量份的原料组成:

进一步地,一种密封胶的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)分别称取相应重量份的各原料;
(2)将硅烷封端聚醚、碳酸钙、钛白粉、紫外吸收剂、增塑剂、触变剂、光稳定剂、二氧化钛和阻燃剂投入到行星搅拌釜,调节反应釜的温度为150-180℃,搅拌20-30min后,降低反应釜的温度为105-120℃,加入气相法白炭黑,搅拌5-10min;再次降低反应釜的温度为65-80℃,加入偶联剂和二月桂酸二丁基锡,搅拌20-30min后成品放料。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的密封胶粘结力强,表干时间快且稳定,耐候性能较好,使用寿命长;通过添加适量的阻燃剂,提高了密封胶的阻燃性能;加入的碳酸钙,可以提高密封胶的耐热性能;原料易得,生产工艺简单,生产成本低,易于推广应用。

下面对本发明的实施例作详细说明,本实施例在以本发明技术方案为前提下进行实施,给出了详细的实施方式和具体的操作过程,但本发明的保护范围不限于下述的实施例。
实施例1
一种密封胶,由以下重量份的原料组成:硅烷封端聚醚80份、气相法白炭黑5份、二月桂酸二丁基锡2份、碳酸钙30份、钛白粉15份、紫外吸收剂0.5份、增塑剂0.5份、偶联剂0.8份、触变剂4份、光稳定剂0.8份、二氧化钛5份、阻燃剂3份;其中偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂;阻燃剂为氢氧化镁、二氧化锑和硅藻土的混合物,其重量比为1:1:1.5。
一种密封胶的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)分别称取相应重量份的各原料;
(2)将硅烷封端聚醚、碳酸钙、钛白粉、紫外吸收剂、增塑剂、触变剂、光稳定剂、二氧化钛和阻燃剂投入到行星搅拌釜,调节反应釜的温度为150℃,搅拌20min后,降低反应釜的温度为105℃,加入气相法白炭黑,搅拌5min;再次降低反应釜的温度为65℃,加入偶联剂和二月桂酸二丁基锡,搅拌20min后成品放料。

一种密封胶,由以下重量份的原料组成:硅烷封端聚醚100份、气相法白炭黑9份、二月桂酸二丁基锡5份、碳酸钙45份、钛白粉20份、紫外吸收剂1.5份、增塑剂1.5份、偶联剂2.3份、触变剂9份、光稳定剂12份、二氧化钛12份、阻燃剂7份;其中偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂;阻燃剂为氢氧化镁、二氧化锑和硅藻土的混合物,其重量比为1:1:1.5。
一种密封胶的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)分别称取相应重量份的各原料;
(2)将硅烷封端聚醚、碳酸钙、钛白粉、紫外吸收剂、增塑剂、触变剂、光稳定剂、二氧化钛和阻燃剂投入到行星搅拌釜,调节反应釜的温度为180℃,搅拌20min后,降低反应釜的温度为120℃,加入气相法白炭黑,搅拌5min;再次降低反应釜的温度为80℃,加入偶联剂和二月桂酸二丁基锡,搅拌20min后成品放料。
实施例3
一种密封胶,由以下重量份的原料组成:硅烷封端聚醚85份、气相法白炭黑6份、二月桂酸二丁基锡2份、碳酸钙35份、钛白粉16份、紫外吸收剂0.5份、增塑剂0.8份、偶联剂0.8份、触变剂5份、光稳定剂1.2份、二氧化钛7份、阻燃剂3份;其中偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂;阻燃剂为氢氧化镁、二氧化锑和硅藻土的混合物,其重量比为1:1:1.5。
一种密封胶的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)分别称取相应重量份的各原料;
(2)将硅烷封端聚醚、碳酸钙、钛白粉、紫外吸收剂、增塑剂、触变剂、光稳定剂、二氧化钛和阻燃剂投入到行星搅拌釜,调节反应釜的温度为160℃,搅拌25min后,降低反应釜的温度为110℃,加入气相法白炭黑,搅拌8min;再次降低反应釜的温度为70℃,加入偶联剂和二月桂酸二丁基锡,搅拌25min后成品放料。
实施例4
一种密封胶,由以下重量份的原料组成:硅烷封端聚醚96份、气相法白炭黑8份、二月桂酸二丁基锡4份、碳酸钙40份、钛白粉18份、紫外吸收剂1.2份、增塑剂1.2份、偶联剂1.5份、触变剂8份、光稳定剂1.5份、二氧化钛10份、阻燃剂5份;其中偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂;阻燃剂为氢氧化镁、二氧化锑和硅藻土的混合物,其重量比为1:1:1.5。
一种密封胶的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)分别称取相应重量份的各原料;
(2)将硅烷封端聚醚、碳酸钙、钛白粉、紫外吸收剂、增塑剂、触变剂、光稳定剂、二氧化钛和阻燃剂投入到行星搅拌釜,调节反应釜的温度为170℃,搅拌28min后,降低反应釜的温度为118℃,加入气相法白炭黑,搅拌8min;再次降低反应釜的温度为75℃,加入偶联剂和二月桂酸二丁基锡,搅拌30min后成品放料。
