本发明公开了一种聚醚防水粘结不干型密封胶,属于防水密封胶技术领域。它由以下组分按照重量份数比配制而成:聚醚15‑50份,聚异丁烯15‑30份,聚醚多元醇10‑15份,碳酸钙10‑25份,滑石粉10‑20份,重晶石5‑15份,硅微粉5‑10份,二氧化硅1‑5份,高岭土10‑15份,膨润土1‑5份,抗老剂1‑5份,抗氧剂1‑5份。它是以聚醚和聚异丁烯为基材的不干性的膏状密封材料,符合对重金属、多环芳烃、增塑剂等的环保要求,储藏和稳定性出众,并且能做到自粘,施工非常方便,具有良好的粘接性,耐酸碱、耐老化,防水性能优异,是各类汽车在不同材料间粘接和密封的环保型材料。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚醚防水粘结不干型密封胶,属于防水密封胶技术领域。
背景技术
随着汽车内饰针对气味的标准逐年提高,急需一种环保型的汽车不干胶来满足要求。目前,一般使用的汽车密封胶存在溶剂VOC超标,不耐汽油、煤油和玻璃水等活性剂,以及橡胶膨润性不达标,粘度变化大等问题。针对上述问题,开发出一种无溶剂型、耐溶剂、稳定性高的不干胶。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于:提供一种聚醚防水粘结不干型密封胶,它解决了目前使用的汽车密封胶存在溶剂VOC超标,不耐汽油、煤油和玻璃水等活性剂,以及橡胶膨润性不达标,粘度变化大的问题。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采取以下技术方案来实现:
一种聚醚防水粘结不干型密封胶,它由以下组分按照重量份数比配制而成:聚醚15-50份,聚异丁烯15-30份,聚醚多元醇10-15份,碳酸钙10-25份,滑石粉10-20份,重晶石5-15份,硅微粉5-10份,二氧化硅1-5份,高岭土10-15份,膨润土1-5份,抗老剂1-5份,抗氧剂1-5份。

本发明的有益效果是:它是以聚醚和聚异丁烯为基材的不干性的膏状密封材料,符合对重金属、多环芳烃、增塑剂等的环保要求,储藏和稳定性出众,并且能做到自粘,施工非常方便,具有良好的粘接性,耐酸碱、耐老化,防水性能优异,是各类汽车在不同材料间粘接和密封的环保型材料。

一种聚醚防水粘结不干型密封胶,它由以下组分按照重量份数比配制而成:聚醚15-50份,聚异丁烯15-30份,聚醚多元醇10-15份,碳酸钙10-25份,滑石粉10-20份,重晶石5-15份,硅微粉5-10份,二氧化硅1-5份,高岭土10-15份,膨润土1-5份,抗老剂1-5份,抗氧剂1-5份。
使用方法:一般配合打胶机加压挤出至钣金缝隙或者EPDM密封条中,再安装至整车上。
它是以聚醚和聚异丁烯为基材的不干性的膏状密封材料,符合对重金属、多环芳烃、增塑剂等的环保要求,储藏和稳定性出众,并且能做到自粘,施工非常方便,具有良好的粘接性,耐酸碱、耐老化,防水性能优异,是各类汽车在不同材料间粘接和密封的环保型材料。

一种聚醚防水粘结不干型密封胶,它由以下组分按照重量份数比配制而成:聚醚50份,聚异丁烯30份,聚醚多元醇15份,碳酸钙25份,滑石粉20份,重晶石15份,硅微粉10份,二氧化硅5份,高岭土15份,膨润土5份,抗老剂5份,抗氧剂5份。
