本发明涉及一种二氧化锰改性陶瓷竹材复合装饰板,包括为重量份的原料:二氧化锰4‑6份,竹粉25‑32份,氧化硅粉20‑28份,粘土8‑14份,水18‑25份。所述竹粉为50‑70目。所述的一种二氧化锰改性陶瓷竹材复合装饰板的制造方法步骤为:一、将除竹粉外的原料,去除其它无用杂质和粗颗粒,进行球磨,搅拌均匀后,投入泥浆池中制浆;二、泥浆经高压雾化,再以热风干燥后输送到料仓进行陈腐4‑5小时;三、将制备好的粉料送入成型机中,再对粉料施加压力制成板坯,压力达到11MPa时,保压一段时间后卸压制得板坯,厚度为2‑3cm;四、将板坯置于105℃干燥箱中,干燥八成干;五、将板坯送入烧结窑中进行高温煅烧,惰性气体保护下,烧结温度720‑760℃,升温速度1‑3℃/min,每升温一次保持6‑10min。

背景技术
现有技术中公开的陶瓷竹材复合装饰板,耐污性不够好,烧结温度高,成品率低。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供一种二氧化锰改性陶瓷竹材复合装饰板及其制造方法。本发明的技术方案为:
一种二氧化锰改性陶瓷竹材复合装饰板,包括为重量份的原料:二氧化锰4-6份,竹粉25-32份,氧化硅粉20-28份,粘土8-14份, 水18-25份。
所述竹粉为50-70目。
所述的一种二氧化锰改性陶瓷竹材复合装饰板的制造方法步骤为:
一、将除竹粉外的原料,去除其它无用杂质和粗颗粒,进行球磨,搅拌均匀后,投入泥浆池中制浆;二、泥浆经高压雾化,再以热风干燥后输送到料仓进行陈腐4-5小时;三、将制备好的粉料送入成型机中,再对粉料施加压力制成板坯,压力达到11MPa时,保压一段时间后卸压制得板坯,厚度为2-3cm;四、将板坯置于105℃干燥箱中,干燥八成干;五、将板坯送入烧结窑中进行高温煅烧,惰性气体保护下,烧结温度720-760℃,升温速度1-3℃/min,每升温一次保持6-10min。
本发明的有益效果至少为: 本发明的二氧化锰改性陶瓷竹材复合装饰板,采用二氧化锰改性,成品率高,复合装饰板耐污性显著增强,达到4级以上。

实施例1
一种二氧化锰改性陶瓷竹材复合装饰板,包括为重量份的原料:二氧化锰6份,竹粉27份,氧化硅粉25份,粘土9份, 水22份。所述竹粉为50-60目。
所述的二氧化锰改性陶瓷竹材复合装饰板的制造方法步骤为:
一、将除竹粉外的原料,去除其它无用杂质和粗颗粒,进行球磨,搅拌均匀后,投入泥浆池中制浆;二、泥浆经高压雾化,再以热风干燥后输送到料仓进行陈腐5小时;三、将制备好的粉料送入成型机中,再对粉料施加压力制成板坯,压力达到11MPa时,保压一段时间后卸压制得板坯,厚度为2cm;四、将板坯置于105℃干燥箱中,干燥八成干;五、将板坯送入烧结窑中进行高温煅烧,惰性气体保护下,烧结温度720-760℃,升温速度1℃/min,每升温一次保持6。
本实施例依GBT 3810.14-2006 中测定为5级,成品率为96.7%

本实施例依GBT 3810.14-2006 中测定为2级,成品率为92.5%

1.一种二氧化锰改性陶瓷竹材复合装饰板,其特征在于,包括为重量份的原料:二氧化锰4-6份,竹粉25-32份,氧化硅粉20-28份,粘土8-14份, 水18-25份。
2.根据权利要求1所述二氧化锰改性陶瓷竹材复合装饰板,其特征在于,所述竹粉为50-70目。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种二氧化锰改性陶瓷竹材复合装饰板的制造方法,其特征在于,步骤为:
