本发明涉及一种氧化钛改性陶瓷竹材复合装饰板,包括为重量份的原料:氧化硅粉35‑40份,竹粉15‑30份,氧化钛3‑5份,硫化锌粉4‑8份,粘土10‑15份,水20‑25份。所述氧化钛改性陶瓷竹材复合装饰板,所述竹粉为60‑80目。所述的一种氧化钛改性陶瓷竹材复合装饰板的制造方法步骤为:一、将除竹粉外的原料,去除其它无用杂质和粗颗粒,进行球磨,搅拌均匀后,投入泥浆池中制浆;二、泥浆经高压雾化,再以热风干燥后输送到料仓进行陈腐5‑7小时;三、将制备好的粉料送入成型机中,再对粉料施加压力制成板坯,压力达到12MPa时,保压一段时间后卸压制得板坯,厚度为2‑4cm;四、将板坯置于110℃干燥箱中,干燥八成干;五、将板坯送入烧结窑中进行高温煅烧,惰性气体保护下,烧结温度750‑780℃,升温速度1‑3℃/min,每升温一次保持5‑12min。

本发明涉及一种氧化钛改性陶瓷竹材复合装饰板及其制造方法,属建筑材料领域。
背景技术
现有技术中公开的陶瓷竹材复合装饰板,不够湿膨胀性能不高,烧结温度高,成品率低。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供一种氧化钛改性陶瓷竹材复合装饰板及其制造方法。本发明的技术方案为:
一种氧化钛改性陶瓷竹材复合装饰板,包括为重量份的原料:氧化硅粉35-40份,竹粉15-30份,氧化钛3-5份,硫化锌粉4-8份,粘土10-15份, 水20-25份。
所述氧化钛改性陶瓷竹材复合装饰板,所述竹粉为60-80目。
所述的一种氧化钛改性陶瓷竹材复合装饰板的制造方法步骤为:

本发明的有益效果至少为: 本发明的氧化钛改性陶瓷竹材复合装饰板,采用氧化钛改性,成品率高,复合装饰板湿膨胀系数大大降低。

实施例1
一种氧化钛改性陶瓷竹材复合装饰板,包括为重量份的原料:氧化硅粉38份,竹粉25份,氧化钛34份,硫化锌粉8份,粘土12份, 水24份。
所述氧化钛改性陶瓷竹材复合装饰板,所述竹粉为60-80目。
所述的一种氧化钛改性陶瓷竹材复合装饰板的制造方法步骤为:
一、将除竹粉外的原料,去除其它无用杂质和粗颗粒,进行球磨,搅拌均匀后,投入泥浆池中制浆;二、泥浆经高压雾化,再以热风干燥后输送到料仓进行陈腐6小时;三、将制备好的粉料送入成型机中,再对粉料施加压力制成板坯,压力达到12MPa时,保压一段时间后卸压制得板坯,厚度为2-4cm;四、将板坯置于110℃干燥箱中,干燥八成干;五、将板坯送入烧结窑中进行高温煅烧,惰性气体保护下,烧结温度750-780℃,升温速度2℃/min,每升温一次保持8min。
依GBT 3810.10-2006测定,本实施例中湿膨胀系数为0.01%.成品率为98.6%
对比例1
本对比例中原料无氧化钛,其他同实施例1。
本实施例中湿膨胀系数为0.09%,成品率为91.2%

1.一种氧化钛改性陶瓷竹材复合装饰板,其特征在于,包括为重量份的原料:氧化硅粉35-40份,竹粉15-30份,氧化钛3-5份,硫化锌粉4-8份,粘土10-15份, 水20-25份。
2.根据权利要求1所述氧化钛改性陶瓷竹材复合装饰板,其特征在于,所述竹粉为60-80目。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种氧化钛改性陶瓷竹材复合装饰板的制造方法,其特征在于,步骤为:
