Abstract
本发明涉及一种石墨烯改性陶瓷竹材复合装饰板,其特征在于,包括为重量份的原料:竹粉25‑40份,氧化硅粉15‑25份,石墨烯8‑18份,钾长石3‑9份,粘土4‑7份,水20‑25份。所述石墨烯改性陶瓷竹材复合装饰板的制造方法,步骤为:一、将除竹粉外的原料,去除其它无用杂质和粗颗粒,进行球磨至40‑60目,搅拌均匀后,投入泥浆池中制浆;二、泥浆经高压雾化,再以热风干燥后输送到料仓进行陈腐5‑8小时;三、将制备好的粉料送入成型机中,再对粉料施加压力制成板坯,压力达到20‑25MPa时,保压一段时间后卸压制得板坯,厚度为2‑3cm;四、将板坯置于110‑130℃干燥箱中,干燥八成干;五、将板坯送入烧结窑中进行高温煅烧,惰性气体保护下,烧结温度820‑850℃,升温速度1‑3℃/min,每升温一次保持10‑20min。

本发明涉及一种石墨烯改性陶瓷竹材复合装饰板及其制造方法,属建筑材料领域。
背景技术
现有技术中公开的陶瓷竹材复合装饰板,耐磨性不够好,厚度大,成品率低。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供一种石墨烯改性陶瓷竹材复合装饰板及其制造方法。本发明的技术方案为:
一种石墨烯改性陶瓷竹材复合装饰板,包括为重量份的原料:竹粉25-40份,氧化硅粉15-25份,石墨烯8-18份,钾长石3-9份,粘土4-7份,水20-25份。
钾长石能够配合粘土粘结作用.
所述石墨烯改性陶瓷竹材复合装饰板,所述竹粉为100-150目。
所述的石墨烯改性陶瓷竹材复合装饰板的制造方法,步骤为:
一、将除竹粉外的原料,去除其它无用杂质和粗颗粒,进行球磨至40-60目,搅拌均匀后,投入泥浆池中制浆;二、泥浆经高压雾化,再以热风干燥后输送到料仓进行陈腐5-8小时;三、将制备好的粉料送入成型机中,再对粉料施加压力制成板坯,压力达到20-25MPa时,保压一段时间后卸压制得板坯,厚度为2-3cm;四、将板坯置于110-130℃干燥箱中,干燥八成干;五、将板坯送入烧结窑中进行高温煅烧,惰性气体保护下,烧结温度820-850℃,升温速度1-3℃/min,每升温一次保持10-20min。
本发明的有益效果至少为: 本发明的石墨烯改性陶瓷竹材复合装饰板,采用石墨烯改性,提高复合装饰板的耐磨性,成品率高。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例1
一种石墨烯改性陶瓷竹材复合装饰板,包括为重量份的原料:竹粉35份,氧化硅粉25份,石墨烯12份,钾长石8份,粘土6份,水22份。
所述石墨烯改性陶瓷竹材复合装饰板,所述竹粉为100目。
所述的石墨烯改性陶瓷竹材复合装饰板的制造方法,步骤为:
一、将除竹粉外的原料,去除其它无用杂质和粗颗粒,进行球磨至50-60目,搅拌均匀后,投入泥浆池中制浆;二、泥浆经高压雾化,再以热风干燥后输送到料仓进行陈腐5小时;三、将制备好的粉料送入成型机中,再对粉料施加压力制成板坯,压力达到24MPa时,保压一段时间后卸压制得板坯,厚度为2cm;四、将板坯置于120℃干燥箱中,干燥八成干;五、将板坯送入烧结窑中进行高温煅烧,惰性气体保护下,烧结温度820-850℃,升温速度2℃/min,每升温一次保持10min。
本实施例中耐磨性以GBT 3810.6-2006检测,磨损为0.4mm,成品率为99.3%
对比例1
本对比例中原料无石墨烯,其他同实施例1。
本对比例中耐磨性以GBT 3810.6-2006检测,磨损为5.5 mm,成品率为89.2%。

1.一种石墨烯改性陶瓷竹材复合装饰板,其特征在于,包括为重量份的原料:竹粉25-40份,氧化硅粉15-25份,石墨烯8-18份,钾长石3-9份,粘土4-7份,水20-25份。
2.根据权利要求1所述石墨烯改性陶瓷竹材复合装饰板,其特征在于,所述竹粉为100-150目。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种石墨烯改性陶瓷竹材复合装饰板的制造方法,其特征在于,步骤为:
