本发明公开了一种钢包镁碳砖裂缝修补料,原料的重量百分比为:烧结镁砂颗粒3‑1mm占比25‑40%;烧结镁砂颗粒1‑0mm占比5‑10%;烧结镁砂细粉占比10‑15%;废旧镁碳砖颗粒3‑1mm占比10‑15%;废旧镁碳砖颗粒1‑0mm占比10‑15%;废旧镁碳砖细粉占比5‑10%;广西泥5‑8%;黄糊精1%;水玻璃粉8‑12%,以上所有原料的重量百分比之和为100%。本发明不仅利用了废旧材料,节约能源,同时添加了可塑性物质,提高了其施工强度和结合强度,达到了提高使用寿命的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种钢包镁碳砖裂缝修补料及其使用方法。
背景技术
由于钢材质量的要求越来越高,钢包冶炼要求也越来越苛刻,使用镁碳砖的精炼钢包越来越多,在使用过程中由于镁碳砖的热胀冷缩现象,线变化控制比较麻烦,使用中可能会出现裂缝成沟的现象,由于常规的浇注料粘结性能限制,很难结合好,而且易于脱落。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种钢包镁碳砖裂缝修补料,能够对镁碳砖形成的缝子进行修补,增加钢包使用的安全性,并提高钢包炉的使用寿命。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种钢包镁碳砖裂缝修补料,原料的重量百分比为:烧结镁砂颗粒3-1mm占比25-40%;烧结镁砂颗粒1-0mm占比5-10%;烧结镁砂细粉占比10-15%;废旧镁碳砖颗粒3-1mm占比10-15%;废旧镁碳砖颗粒1-0mm占比10-15%;废旧镁碳砖细粉占比5-10%;广西泥5-8%;黄糊精1%;水玻璃粉8-12%,以上所有原料的重量百分比之和为100%。
同时,本发明还提供了一种钢包镁碳砖裂缝修补料的使用方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将钢包镁碳砖裂缝修补料放入搅拌机中,并加入水进行搅拌3-6分钟,得到钢包镁碳砖裂缝修补料的混合料;
(2)搅拌后,将钢包镁碳砖裂缝修补料的混合料浇灌或者涂抹到待修补的钢包炉的裂缝上进行修补。
本发明不仅利用了废旧材料,节约能源,同时添加了可塑性物质,提高了其施工强度和结合强度,达到了提高使用寿命的目的。

一种钢包镁碳砖裂缝修补料,原料的重量百分比为:烧结镁砂颗粒3-1mm占比25-33%;烧结镁砂颗粒1-0mm占比5-7%;烧结镁砂细粉占比10-12%;废旧镁碳砖颗粒3-1mm占比10-12%;废旧镁碳砖颗粒1-0mm占比10-12%;废旧镁碳砖细粉占比5-7%;广西泥5-6%;黄糊精1%;水玻璃粉8-10%,以上所有原料的重量百分比之和为
100%。
实施例2
一种钢包镁碳砖裂缝修补料,原料的重量百分比为:烧结镁砂颗粒3-1mm占比33-40%;烧结镁砂颗粒1-0mm占比7-10%;烧结镁砂细粉占比12-15%;废旧镁碳砖颗粒3-1mm占比12-15%;废旧镁碳砖颗粒1-0mm占比12-15%;废旧镁碳砖细粉占比7-10%;广西泥6-8%;黄糊精1%;水玻璃粉10-12%,以上所有原料的重量百分比之和为100%。
实施例3
一种钢包镁碳砖裂缝修补料的使用方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将钢包镁碳砖裂缝修补料放入搅拌机中,并加入水进行搅拌3-6分钟,得到钢包镁碳砖裂缝修补料的混合料;
(2)搅拌后,将钢包镁碳砖裂缝修补料的混合料浇灌到待修补的钢包炉的裂缝上进行修补。
优选的,步骤(1)中,加入的水的重量为钢包镁碳砖裂缝修补料的7-15%。

1.一种钢包镁碳砖裂缝修补料,其特征在于,原料的重量百分比为:烧结镁砂颗粒3-1mm占比25-40%;烧结镁砂颗粒1-0mm占比5-10%;烧结镁砂细粉占比10-15%;废旧镁碳砖颗粒3-1mm占比10-15%;废旧镁碳砖颗粒1-0mm占比10-15%;废旧镁碳砖细粉占比5-10%;广西泥5-8%;黄糊精1%;水玻璃粉8-12%,以上所有原料的重量百分比之和为100%。
2.一种钢包镁碳砖裂缝修补料的使用方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将钢包镁碳砖裂缝修补料放入搅拌机中,并加入水进行搅拌3-6分钟,得到钢包镁碳砖裂缝修补料的混合料;
(2)搅拌后,将钢包镁碳砖裂缝修补料的混合料浇灌或者涂抹到待修补的钢包炉的裂缝上进行修补。
