本发明公开了一种数码喷绘打印耗材,包括保护层,所述保护层是3M胶贴;第一吸墨层,所述第一吸墨层设于所述保护层的下方;第一光固化层,所述第一光固化层设于所述第一吸墨层的下方;第一石蜡层,所述第一石蜡层设于所述第一光固化层的下方;第二吸墨层,所述第二吸墨层设于所述第一石蜡层的下方;第二光固化层,所述第二光固化层设于所述第二吸墨层的下方;第二石蜡层,所述第二石蜡层设于所述第二光固化层的下方;液态金属层,所述液态金属层设于所述第二石蜡层的下方;基层,所述基层设于所述液态金属层的下方。本耗材可以二次使用,比现有的耗材增加了使用次数。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及打印耗材技术领域,尤其涉及一种数码喷绘打印耗材。
背景技术
数码喷绘机是一种可以在有机玻璃、金属、塑料、水晶、木制品、皮革、纺织布料、铜版纸张等任意相对平面软、硬性材质上,进行彩色、任意复杂色、过渡色等色彩打印各种产品的图案、LOGO及文字,它不需要制版、套色和复杂的晒板程序,不会对材质的表面造成损坏。该产品自上市以来,获得各行业人士的高度评价,许许多多的工厂客户和婚纱影楼争相购买,客户群体日益增多。PE薄膜、PVC薄膜和PET薄膜作为数码喷绘耗材领域的主要消费品,越来越引起人们的重视。
然而,现有的打印耗材不可重复使用,该问题亟待解决。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术之不足而提供一种数码喷绘打印耗材。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种数码喷绘打印耗材,包括:
保护层,所述保护层是3M胶贴;
第一吸墨层,所述第一吸墨层设于所述保护层的下方;
第一光固化层,所述第一光固化层设于所述第一吸墨层的下方;
第一石蜡层,所述第一石蜡层设于所述第一光固化层的下方;
第二吸墨层,所述第二吸墨层设于所述第一石蜡层的下方;
第二光固化层,所述第二光固化层设于所述第二吸墨层的下方;
第二石蜡层,所述第二石蜡层设于所述第二光固化层的下方;
液态金属层,所述液态金属层设于所述第二石蜡层的下方;
基层,所述基层设于所述液态金属层的下方。
优选的,所述保护层为离型纸。
优选的,所述第一吸墨层与第一光固化层之间还设有第一吸水树脂层;所述第二吸墨层与第二光固化层之间还设有第二吸水树脂层。
优选的,所述第一吸墨层、第二吸墨层分别由纸浆涂层、真石漆涂层和PE薄膜层构成。
优选的,所述基层为石墨烯薄膜。
优选的,所述基层为玻璃纸层。
优选的,所述第一石蜡层与第二吸墨层之间还设有塑料薄膜层;所述第二石蜡层与液态金属层之间还设有塑料薄膜层。
优选的,所述第一吸墨层、第二吸墨层的表面为波纹面。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的数码喷绘打印耗材,用于数码喷绘,本耗材可以二次使用,比现有的耗材增加了使用次数,在本发明介绍的方案中,设置了两层吸墨层,当第一次喷绘时,将离型纸揭开,进行喷绘即可。当需要第二次喷绘时,采用热风进行加热,使石蜡层融化,进而将第一吸墨层去除,石蜡层的痕迹用有机溶剂去除即可。然后撕开塑料薄膜层,就可以展开第二次打印。通过设置液态金属层,避免在阳光暴晒下或者热风加热下,基层发生形变,或者高温下吸墨层上的颜料会褪色等。液态金属层(液态金属层)可以吸收一部分的热量,避免温度波动明显。通过设置光固化层,在喷绘的时候,在暗室下进行喷绘,喷绘完成后,用紫外线进行照射,使之形成各种形状,如此,可以使喷绘出的产品具有更好的外形,而不是不平整的。或者打印完毕后,将之避光保存,然后在装配现场进行照射,使之成型。避免由于普通的喷绘耗材其柔软而表面不平整,影响观感。

参照图1,本发明提供一种数码喷绘打印耗材,包括保护层10,所述保护层10是3M胶贴;第一吸墨层20,所述第一吸墨层20设于所述保护层10的下方;第一光固化层30,所述第一光固化层30设于所述第一吸墨层20的下方;第一石蜡层40,所述第一石蜡层40设于所述第一光固化层的下方;第二吸墨层50,所述第二吸墨层50设于所述第一石蜡层40的下方;第二光固化层60,所述第二光固化层60设于所述第二吸墨层50的下方;第二石蜡层70,所述第二石蜡层70设于所述第二光固化层60的下方;液态金属层80,所述液态金属层80设于所述第二石蜡层70的下方;基层90,所述基层90设于所述液态金属层80的下方。
本发明的一个实施例,所述保护层10为离型纸。
本发明的一个实施例,所述第一吸墨层20与第一光固化层30之间还设有第一吸水树脂层;所述第二吸墨层50与第二光固化层60之间还设有第二吸水树脂层。
本发明的一个实施例,所述第一吸墨层20、第二吸墨层50分别由纸浆涂层、真石漆涂层和PE薄膜层构成。
本发明的一个实施例,所述基层90为石墨烯薄膜。
本发明的一个实施例,所述基层90为玻璃纸层。
本发明的一个实施例,所述第一石蜡层40与第二吸墨层50之间还设有塑料薄膜层;所述第二石蜡层70与液态金属层之间还设有塑料薄膜层。

尽管上面已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,可以理解的是,上述实施例是示例性的,不能理解为对本发明的限制,本领域的普通技术人员在不脱离本发明的原理和宗旨的情况下在本发明的范围内可以对上述实施例进行变化、修改、替换和变型。

1.一种数码喷绘打印耗材,其特征在于,包括:
保护层,所述保护层是3M胶贴;
第一吸墨层,所述第一吸墨层设于所述保护层的下方;
第一光固化层,所述第一光固化层设于所述第一吸墨层的下方;
第一石蜡层,所述第一石蜡层设于所述第一光固化层的下方;
第二吸墨层,所述第二吸墨层设于所述第一石蜡层的下方;
第二光固化层,所述第二光固化层设于所述第二吸墨层的下方;
第二石蜡层,所述第二石蜡层设于所述第二光固化层的下方;
液态金属层,所述液态金属层设于所述第二石蜡层的下方;
基层,所述基层设于所述液态金属层的下方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的数码喷绘打印耗材,其特征在于,所述保护层为离型纸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的数码喷绘打印耗材,其特征在于,所述第一吸墨层与第一光固化层之间还设有第一吸水树脂层;所述第二吸墨层与第二光固化层之间还设有第二吸水树脂层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的数码喷绘打印耗材,其特征在于,所述第一吸墨层、第二吸墨层分别由纸浆涂层、真石漆涂层和PE薄膜层构成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的数码喷绘打印耗材,其特征在于,所述基层为石墨烯薄膜。
6.根据权利要求1所述的数码喷绘打印耗材,其特征在于,所述基层为玻璃纸层。
7.根据权利要求1所述的数码喷绘打印耗材,其特征在于,所述第一石蜡层与第二吸墨层之间还设有塑料薄膜层;所述第二石蜡层与液态金属层之间还设有塑料薄膜层。
8.根据权利要求1所述的数码喷绘打印耗材,其特征在于,所述第一吸墨层、第二吸墨层的表面为波纹面。
