本发明公开了一种压缩机曲轴铆压设备的上垫片上料组件,该压缩机曲轴铆压设备的上垫片上料组件包括安装在地面上的上垫片振料盘,上垫片振料盘内放有上垫片,上垫片振料盘的出料口安装有上垫片输送槽,上垫片输送槽的内侧壁上部安装有相对的两组上垫片输送槽限位板,两组上垫片输送槽限位板的输出端部与上垫片输送槽的内侧壁之间留有上垫片出料口,两组上垫片输送槽限位板上设有对应的开口,开口与上垫片输送槽形成废料出口槽,其中一组上垫片输送槽限位板的开口处安装有挡板。通过上述方式,本发明能够代替人工将位置摆放不准确的工件收集起来。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械自动化领域,特别是涉及一种压缩机曲轴铆压设备的上垫片上料组件。
背景技术
目前,国内外多家机床厂及批量生产加工企业的数控机械加工对机床加工原料的上料还是靠人工完成,无法实现全自动化生产的需要,人工成本高,劳动强度大,制约了企业的发展,部分厂家自己制造的工件上料设备只能在两个设备间输送,也无法降低减少人工数量,劳动成本较高,生产质量不稳定,生产成本高,而且无法完成大批量生产要求,生产速度无法提高,设备存在安全隐患,严重影响生产作业。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单,工作效率高的压缩机曲轴铆压设备的上垫片上料组件。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种压缩机曲轴铆压设备的上垫片上料组件,该压缩机曲轴铆压设备的上垫片上料组件包括安装在地面上的上垫片振料盘,上垫片振料盘内放有上垫片,上垫片振料盘的出料口安装有上垫片输送槽,上垫片输送槽的内侧壁上部安装有相对的两组上垫片输送槽限位板,两组上垫片输送槽限位板的输出端部与上垫片输送槽的内侧壁之间留有上垫片出料口,两组上垫片输送槽限位板上设有对应的开口,开口与上垫片输送槽形成废料出口槽,其中一组上垫片输送槽限位板的开口处安装有挡板,地面上位于废料出口槽下方的位置安装有上垫片废料收集支架,上垫片废料收集支架上安装有上垫片废料收集板,上垫片废料收集板上位于挡板外侧的位置安装有上垫片推拉气缸安装支架,上垫片推拉气缸安装支架上安装有上垫片推拉气缸安装板,上垫片推拉气缸安装板上平面通过气缸固定座安装有上垫片推拉气缸,上垫片推拉气缸的活塞杆上通过气缸连接头销接有第一连杆,第一连杆的另一端安装有主动轮安装轴,上垫片推拉气缸安装板上位于上垫片推拉气缸一侧的位置安装有导向块,导向块上设有导向滑槽,导向滑槽内安装有销轴,销轴上销接有第二连杆,第二连杆上安装有从动轮安装轴,从动轮安装轴和主动轮安装轴上安装有废料推板,废料推板的上平面与挡板贴合并且废料推板的前端伸入到废料出口槽内,废料推板的前端设有与上垫片相匹配的卡槽,从动轮安装轴和主动轮安装轴的上端均穿过废料推板,从动轮安装轴和主动轮安装轴的上端分别固定有从动轮和主动轮,从动轮与主动轮啮合,上垫片废料收集板上位于另一组上垫片输送槽限位板的开口下方的位置安装有缓冲弹簧安装板,缓冲弹簧安装板上安装有缓冲弹簧安装柱,缓冲弹簧安装柱上安装有缓冲弹簧,缓冲弹簧柱的上端安装有上垫片限位板,上垫片限位板的上端为带折型的倾斜面并且与上垫片输送槽限位板的开口大小相同,带折型的倾斜面朝向上垫片输送槽,上垫片废料收集板上位于缓冲弹簧安装板外侧的位置安装有上垫片收集筐,地面上位于上垫片输送槽下方的位置安装有直线振动器安装支架,直线振动器安装支架上安装有直线振动器,直线振动器与上垫片输送槽的下平面固定。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种压缩机曲轴铆压设备的上垫片上料组件,其结构简单,设计合理,机械性能稳定,能够代替人工将位置摆放不准确的工件收集起来。

一种压缩机曲轴铆压设备的上垫片上料组件,该压缩机曲轴铆压设备的上垫片上料组件包括安装在地面上的上垫片振料盘510,上垫片振料盘510内放有上垫片,上垫片振料盘510的出料口安装有上垫片输送槽511,上垫片输送槽511的内侧壁上部安装有相对的两组上垫片输送槽限位板512,两组上垫片输送槽限位板512的输出端部与上垫片输送槽511的内侧壁之间留有上垫片出料口,两组上垫片输送槽限位板512上设有对应的开口,开口与上垫片输送槽511形成废料出口槽,其中一组上垫片输送槽限位板512的开口处安装有挡板513,地面上位于废料出口槽下方的位置安装有上垫片废料收集支架514,上垫片废料收集支架514上安装有上垫片废料收集板515,上垫片废料收集板515上位于挡板513外侧的位置安装有上垫片推拉气缸安装支架516,上垫片推拉气缸安装支架516上安装有上垫片推拉气缸安装板517,上垫片推拉气缸安装板517上平面通过气缸固定座安装有上垫片推拉气缸518,上垫片推拉气缸518的活塞杆上通过气缸连接头销接有第一连杆519,第一连杆519的另一端安装有主动轮安装轴,上垫片推拉气缸安装板517上位于上垫片推拉气缸518一侧的位置安装有导向块5112,导向块5112上设有导向滑槽,导向滑槽内安装有销轴,销轴上销接有第二连杆5113,第二连杆5113上安装有从动轮安装轴,从动轮安装轴和主动轮安装轴上安装有废料推板5111,废料推板5111的上平面与挡板513贴合并且废料推板5111的前端伸入到废料出口槽内,废料推板5111的前端设有与上垫片相匹配的卡槽,从动轮安装轴和主动轮安装轴的上端均穿过废料推板5111,从动轮安装轴和主动轮安装轴的上端分别固定有从动轮5114和主动轮5110,从动轮5114与主动轮5110啮合,上垫片废料收集板515上位于另一组上垫片输送槽限位板512的开口下方的位置安装有缓冲弹簧安装板5115,缓冲弹簧安装板5115上安装有缓冲弹簧安装柱,缓冲弹簧安装柱上安装有缓冲弹簧,缓冲弹簧柱的上端安装有上垫片限位板5116,上垫片限位板5116的上端为带折型的倾斜面并且与上垫片输送槽限位板512的开口大小相同,带折型的倾斜面朝向上垫片输送槽511,上垫片废料收集板515上位于缓冲弹簧安装板5115外侧的位置安装有上垫片收集筐5117,地面上位于上垫片输送槽511下方的位置安装有直线振动器安装支架5118,直线振动器安装支架5118上安装有直线振动器5119,直线振动器5119与上垫片输送槽511的下平面固定。
本发明工作时,上垫片输送槽511输送出上垫片,如果上垫片的方向放反了,那么上垫片推拉气缸518带动第一连杆519使得主动轮5110带动废料推板5111向前将反向的上垫片推入到上垫片收集筐5117中,如果上垫片的方向正确,那么上垫片输送槽511继续将上垫片输送出。
本发明一种压缩机曲轴铆压设备的上垫片上料组件,其结构简单,设计合理,机械性能稳定,能够代替人工将位置摆放不准确的工件收集起来。

1.一种压缩机曲轴铆压设备的上垫片上料组件,其特征在于:该压缩机曲轴铆压设备的上垫片上料组件包括安装在地面上的上垫片振料盘,上垫片振料盘内放有上垫片,上垫片振料盘的出料口安装有上垫片输送槽,上垫片输送槽的内侧壁上部安装有相对的两组上垫片输送槽限位板,两组上垫片输送槽限位板的输出端部与上垫片输送槽的内侧壁之间留有上垫片出料口,两组上垫片输送槽限位板上设有对应的开口,开口与上垫片输送槽形成废料出口槽,其中一组上垫片输送槽限位板的开口处安装有挡板,地面上位于废料出口槽下方的位置安装有上垫片废料收集支架,上垫片废料收集支架上安装有上垫片废料收集板,上垫片废料收集板上位于挡板外侧的位置安装有上垫片推拉气缸安装支架,上垫片推拉气缸安装支架上安装有上垫片推拉气缸安装板,上垫片推拉气缸安装板上平面通过气缸固定座安装有上垫片推拉气缸,上垫片推拉气缸的活塞杆上通过气缸连接头销接有第一连杆,第一连杆的另一端安装有主动轮安装轴,上垫片推拉气缸安装板上位于上垫片推拉气缸一侧的位置安装有导向块,导向块上设有导向滑槽,导向滑槽内安装有销轴,销轴上销接有第二连杆,第二连杆上安装有从动轮安装轴,从动轮安装轴和主动轮安装轴上安装有废料推板,废料推板的上平面与挡板贴合并且废料推板的前端伸入到废料出口槽内,废料推板的前端设有与上垫片相匹配的卡槽,从动轮安装轴和主动轮安装轴的上端均穿过废料推板,从动轮安装轴和主动轮安装轴的上端分别固定有从动轮和主动轮,从动轮与主动轮啮合,上垫片废料收集板上位于另一组上垫片输送槽限位板的开口下方的位置安装有缓冲弹簧安装板,缓冲弹簧安装板上安装有缓冲弹簧安装柱,缓冲弹簧安装柱上安装有缓冲弹簧,缓冲弹簧柱的上端安装有上垫片限位板,上垫片限位板的上端为带折型的倾斜面并且与上垫片输送槽限位板的开口大小相同,带折型的倾斜面朝向上垫片输送槽,上垫片废料收集板上位于缓冲弹簧安装板外侧的位置安装有上垫片收集筐,地面上位于上垫片输送槽下方的位置安装有直线振动器安装支架,直线振动器安装支架上安装有直线振动器,直线振动器与上垫片输送槽的下平面固定。
