Abstract

一种气缸内液压缓冲杆支撑结构,包括置于气缸两端的液压缓冲杆和气缸活塞,气缸中安装扶正活塞,该扶正活塞的中央通孔和液压缓冲活塞杆适配。本发明依据活塞的直线运动和活塞杆头部的锥形结构,自动导入扶正活塞中,对活塞杆进行支撑。解决了液压缓冲缸的活塞杆在受到气缸活塞快速撞击后,会发生失稳的现象。

技术领域
本发明属于阀门驱动器气缸的制造技术领域,具体涉及一种能自动扶正气缸内液压缓冲杆的支撑结构。
背景技术
在一些带液压缸做缓冲装置的气缸中,常见的是液压缓冲活塞杆和气缸的活塞杆是连成一体的。由于加工精度的影响,液压缸活塞和气缸活塞在加工和装配的过程中,两者的同轴度装配累计误差有可能会超差,装配后活塞运动会卡塞,时间久了,活塞的歪斜会将缸壁拉毛,使活塞密封失效。如果能将气缸活塞杆和液压缓冲缸活塞杆断开,这样两者在运行时就不会相互干涉。
发明内容
本发明提供一种能自动扶正液压活塞杆的装置,解决失稳问题。
本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种气缸内液压缓冲杆支撑结构,包括置于气缸两端的液压缓冲杆和气缸活塞,气缸中安装扶正活塞,该扶正活塞的中央通孔和液压缓冲活塞杆适配。
所述扶正活塞的中央通孔的一端设有导引端。
所述扶正活塞通过O型圈和气缸密封连接,而液压缓冲活塞杆前端带有液压缓冲杆接触段;该液压缓冲杆接触段进入扶正活塞的中央通孔后扶正活塞与气缸活塞间形成气室。
本发明依据活塞的直线运动和活塞杆头部的锥形结构,自动导入扶正活塞中,对活塞杆进行支撑。解决了液压缓冲缸的活塞杆在受到气缸活塞快速撞击后,会发生失稳的现象。
本发明适用于带液压缓冲缸或其他缓冲机构的气缸中且两者的活塞杆是断开的。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进行详细说明。
参照图1、2,一种气缸内液压缓冲杆支撑结构,主要包括储油箱1、液压缓冲活塞杆2、液压缓冲杆接触段3、O型圈4、导引端5、扶正活塞6、气缸活塞7、气缸8。
气缸8两端设有液压缓冲活塞杆2和气缸活塞7,气缸中安装扶正活塞6,该扶正活塞6的中央通孔和液压缓冲活塞杆2适配。所述扶正活塞6的中央通孔的一端设有导引端5便于引导液压缓冲活塞杆2及其液压缓冲杆接触段3进入扶正活塞6的中央通孔。
所述扶正活塞6通过O型圈4和气缸8密封连接,而液压缓冲活塞杆2前端带有液压缓冲杆接触段3;该液压缓冲杆接触段3进入扶正活塞6的中央通孔后扶正活塞6与气缸活塞间形成气室9提供缓冲力。
本发明中的整体气缸在工作时处于水平位置。扶正活塞6、气缸活塞7、液压缓冲活塞杆2都位于气缸8中。液压缓冲活塞杆2在弹簧引导复位下,处于图1中的位置。气缸活塞7在气压作用下对阀门一个关闭的力,阀门处于关闭位置。当阀门快速开启时,开启时间小于1S,气缸活塞7快速运动,对液压缓冲活塞杆有很大的冲击力。但有自动扶正活塞6时,气缸活塞7首先和扶正活塞6接触,扶正活塞6的导引端5和液压缓冲杆接触段3接触,防止液压缓冲杆接触段3杆端在重力作用下的垂头现象,最终可避免整个液压活塞杆被撞弯曲。扶正活塞6上O型圈4和气缸7缸壁接触,起到密封的作用。在导引段5进入液压缓冲杆接触段3时,形成气室9,由于气体可被压缩,能形成缓冲,避免液压活塞杆2受力比较大。

1.一种气缸内液压缓冲杆支撑结构,包括置于气缸两端的液压缓冲杆和气缸活塞,其特征在于:气缸中安装扶正活塞(6),该扶正活塞(6)的中央通孔和液压缓冲活塞杆(2)适配;所述扶正活塞(6)的中央通孔的一端设有导引端(5);所述扶正活塞(6)通过O型圈(4)和气缸密封连接,而液压缓冲活塞杆(2)前端带有液压缓冲杆接触段(3);该液压缓冲杆接触段(3)进入扶正活塞(6)的中央通孔后扶正活塞(6)与气缸活塞间形成气室(9)。
