Abstract
本发明提供一种轻质防火隔音组合墙板，该组合墙板分为三层，内层为波纹板组，用于防火阻燃、防潮和降噪；中间层为柔性隔音毡，贴在所述波纹板组的外侧，用于隔音、吸音；和外层为硅酸钙板，设在柔性隔音毡的外围，用于提供支撑。本发明的轻质防火隔墙组合墙板的波纹板组为中空耐水粘合结构，用于减轻墙体重量并具有防潮降噪功能，通过柔性隔音毡增强实现隔音降噪的效果，外层采用硅酸钙板作为强度支撑；使得本发明的轻质防火隔墙组合墙板具有防火阻燃、保温防潮、隔声的特点，并且重量远远轻于现有技术的堆砌等墙体；同时还是一种可装配式模块化结构，具有容易组装和拆卸的特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料技术领域，具体而言，本发明涉及一种轻质防火隔音组合墙板。
背景技术
现代建筑工程日新月异的不断发展过程中，主框架浇注结构已成主流，但是在建筑墙面及建筑隔断过程中，还是用轻墙体、空心砖沿用，在施工过程中轻墙体荷载重，水泥砌筑因灰号不标准出现墙体裂缝，整体隔声效果不好，产生声音穿透，出现声共振，声共鸣等现象，并且当墙体出现裂缝时会影响整体的保温或者防潮的效果，现在使用的轻墙体载荷重会导致建筑墙体(包括装修)产生断裂，综合分析，现阶段应该做的是如何解决墙体的载荷过重、容易出现断裂和隔声效果差的问题。
现有技术中用于隔声的板材有很多种，如申请日为2015年1月8日、申请号为201520013601.6、名称为“一种建筑内隔墙板”的中国专利文件，该专利文件的结构为蜂窝骨刺板，表面为蜂窝状，在板材的两个表面有抹灰面；其作为内外墙专用材料。该专利文件的材料外观平整、重量轻，除具有良好的隔声性、减震性、防火性等优点，同时还具有施工简单、可靠性强、绿色环保、强度大、防水保温等特点，装饰性能好、建筑面积利用率高、拆装简便可重复使用也成为一大亮点。蜂窝骨刺板可根据建筑物模板任意切割和拼装，减少传统二次结构的砌筑量，同时节省墙体拉结筋及梁下抗震埋件。但是该专利文件的建筑内隔墙板仍然无法防止噪音的出现，再者该专利文件的重量也较重。
由上分析，可知现有技术的隔声板材存在以下特点和缺陷：
1、无法抵消噪声，使得现有技术的隔声板材隔声效果差。
2、载荷较重。如上述专利文件，其采用的蜂窝骨刺板，蜂窝骨刺板的重量相对于常规墙体虽然减轻了重量，但是还属于较重的重量。
3、防火性能差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种轻质防火隔音组合墙板，以至少解决现有技术中的隔声板材防火性能差的技术问题，同时能够解决现有技术中隔声板材无法抵消噪音及载荷较重的技术问题。
为了解决上述问题，本发明提供一种轻质防火隔音组合墙板，其技术方案如下：
一种轻质防火隔音组合墙板，该组合墙板分为三层：内层为波纹板组，用于防火阻燃、防潮和降噪；中间层为柔性隔音毡，贴在所述波纹板组的外侧，用于隔音和吸音降噪；和外层为硅酸钙板，设在所述柔性隔音毡的外围，用于防火阻燃和提供支撑。
如上述的轻质防火隔音组合墙板，进一步优选为：所述波纹板组包括多层波纹板。
如上述的轻质防火隔音组合墙板，进一步优选为：所述波纹板的厚度方向与所述轻质防火隔音组合墙板的厚度方向呈垂直方向设置。
如上述的轻质防火隔音组合墙板，进一步优选为：相邻所述波纹板粘接在一起。
如上述的轻质防火隔音组合墙板，进一步优选为：相邻所述波纹板的波纹方向呈交叉90°粘接的方式设置。
如上述的轻质防火隔音组合墙板，进一步优选为：相邻所述波纹板的波纹方向均与水平方向呈45°夹角设置。
如上述的轻质防火隔音组合墙板，进一步优选为：在所述波纹板组的波纹板上设有通孔。
如上述的轻质防火隔音组合墙板，进一步优选为：所述通孔的相邻间距为5～20mm。
如上述的轻质防火隔音组合墙板，进一步优选为：所述硅酸钙板、所述柔性隔音毡和所述波纹板组的厚度比为2:1:30～10:1:200。
如上述的轻质防火隔音组合墙板，进一步优选为：所述波纹板的波纹高度为5～10mm。
分析可知，与现有技术相比，本发明的优点和有益效果在于：
一、本发明提供的轻质防火隔音组合墙板是以防火阻燃的波纹板组为基础，外贴柔性隔音毡，最外层以硅酸钙板为支撑的组合墙体；本发明的轻质防火隔墙组合墙板的波纹板组为中空耐水粘合结构，用于减轻墙体重量并具有防潮降噪功能，通过柔性隔音毡增强实现隔音降噪的效果，外层采用硅酸钙板作为强度支撑；使得本发明的轻质防火隔墙组合墙板具有防火阻燃、保温防潮、隔声的特点，并且重量远远轻于现有技术的堆砌等墙体；同时还具有容易组装和拆卸的特点。
二、本发明的波纹板组包括多层波纹板，可以使得本发明具有更好的隔音效果和具有更加的轻质特点。
三、本发明的波纹板组的波纹板包括两层波纹板，可以有效地起到隔音的作用。
四、本发明的两层波纹板呈为交叉90°粘接的方式设置；由于交叉设置的两层波纹板可以使声波传播相互干扰抵消，所以本发明的波纹板组基本能够达到不透声的效果。
五、本发明在波纹板上设有通孔，通过波纹板组的通孔并结合柔性隔音毡能够实现延长声音传播路径、音波相互干涉抵消的作用，达到良好的隔音降噪效果，能降低50dB以上。

具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员所获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1、图2和图3所示，本发明优选实施例的轻质防火隔音组合墙板以波纹板组3为基础，在波纹板组3的外部贴有柔性隔音毡2，在柔性隔音毡2的外层设有硅酸钙板1；本发明分为三层，内层为波纹板组3，用于防火阻燃和防潮；中间层为柔性隔音毡2，用于隔音；外层为硅酸钙板1，用于防火阻燃和提供支撑。
总而言之，本发明提供的轻质防火隔音组合墙板是以防火阻燃的波纹板组3为基础，外贴柔性隔音毡2，最外层以硅酸钙板1为支撑的组合墙体；本发明的轻质防火隔墙组合墙板的波纹板组3为中空耐水粘合结构，用于减轻墙体重量并具有防潮功能，通过柔性隔音毡2实现隔音降噪的效果，外层采用硅酸钙板1作为强度支撑；本申请的硅酸钙板1由石膏粉和玻璃纤维经过模具塑性自然风干而成，其均为A级防火材料，石膏粉为二水硫酸钙，受热分解吸热反应，具有显著的防火阻燃效果；使得本发明的轻质防火隔墙组合墙板具有防火阻燃、保温防潮、隔声的特点，并且重量远远轻于现有技术的堆砌等墙体；同时还具有可装配式模块化、容易组装和拆卸的特点。
为了能够使本发明具有轻质的特点，如图1所示，本发明的波纹板组3为中空耐水粘合结构。
结合图1、图2和图3所示，本发明的轻质防火隔音组合墙板的长宽高根据客户需求和安装空间决定，在实际安装过程中，一般采用图1、图2和图3显示的方位安装，在本发明中，需要考虑如何进行隔音，对此，本发明的波纹板组3包括多层波纹板。在图1、图2和图3显示中，本发明的波纹板按照厚度方向理解的话，本发明的轻质防火隔音组合墙板的厚度用来实现功能，而波纹板则通过宽度和形状用来实现功能；即波纹板的波纹方向与本发明的轻质防火隔音组合墙板的厚度方向呈垂直方向设置。这样波纹板的作用不是由板厚决定的，而是由板宽和形状决定的。
为了能够起到更好的隔音效果，本发明的波纹板组3的多层波纹板通过粘接连接在一起，如图4所示，将相邻两层波纹板分为第一波纹板31和第二波纹板32，第二波纹板32与第一波纹板31粘接在一起即可。相邻的波纹板(如第一波纹板31和第二波纹板32)粘接在一起可以有效地起到隔音的作用。在常规的墙体中，其虽然能够起到一定的隔音功能，但是仍然会形成一定的噪音，例如现有技术的蜂窝骨刺板，虽然根据声学原理的蜂窝产品产生声阻滞及声波状，但是其并不能起到不透声的特点；根据声学原理，如果想实现不透声，其最好的方式应该是采用声波传播相互干扰抵消的方式，但是现有技术中并未出现类似的方式，基于此，如图1、图3、图4和图5所示，本发明的波纹板组3的任意相邻的两层波纹板的波纹方向呈交叉90°粘接的方式设置，如本发明的第一波纹板31和第二波纹板32的波纹方向呈交叉90°粘接的方式设置。这样由于交叉设置的两层波纹板可以使声波传播相互干扰抵消，所以本发明的波纹板组3能显著起到隔音降噪的效果，基本能够达到不透声的效果。再者，由于本发明的波纹板是通过其宽度方向实现功能，为了能够实现隔音效果最大化，本发明的波纹板组3的任意相邻的两层波纹板的波纹方向均与水平方向呈45°夹角设置；如图3、图5所示，本发明的第一波纹板31和第二波纹板32的波纹方向均与水平方向呈45°夹角设置。在本发明中，经过多次测试得出，波纹板的波纹高度为5～10mm时起到的隔音效果最佳，能够实现隔音50dB以上。本发明除了能够起到隔音作用，还需要尽量减轻整体的重量，为此，本发明的单层波纹板的厚度为0.02～0.2mm，使本发明的单层波纹板具有轻薄的特点，进而能够减轻本发明组合墙板的整体重量。
在隔音板材范畴，提及到如何延长声音传播，则是本领域中不会采用的方式，因为采用延长声音传播则会出现隔声效果差的问题；在本发明中，为了充分利用波纹板组3的音波相互干涉抵消的特点，则应该考虑延长声音传播路径，如图3、图5所示，本发明在波纹板组3的波纹板上设有通孔33。本发明通过波纹板组3的通孔33并结合柔性隔音毡2实现延长声音传播路径、音波相互干涉抵消，达到隔音降噪效果；经过本发明的波纹板组3和柔性隔音毡2的配合可以达到降低50dB以上的音量；在波纹板组3的波纹板上设有通孔33，突破了现有技术对隔音板材的常规理解范畴，同时又能真正实现隔音降噪，这是本发明的一大特点。本发明在波纹板上设置的通孔33的相邻间距为5～20mm，这样使得本发明的通孔33不仅起到引导声波的作用，同时还能够起到减重的作用。
为了考虑本发明的整体稳固性和隔音效果，本发明对硅酸钙板1、柔性隔音毡2和波纹板组3的厚度比有一定标准，如图1至图5所示，本发明的硅酸钙板1、柔性隔音毡2和波纹板组3的厚度比为2:1:30～10:1:200。在这个厚度比的范围内，硅酸钙板1能够提供稳固支撑，同时柔性隔音毡2和波纹板组3的配合能够实现延长声音传播路径、音波相互干涉抵消，达到隔音降噪效果；在本发明中，具体为，硅酸钙板1的厚度为1～10mm，柔性隔音毡2的厚度为0.5～5mm，波纹板组3的厚度为30～200mm。当然，根据用户的不同需求，本发明的轻质防火隔音组合墙板的长度、宽度和厚度尺寸可以进行相应调整。
本发明的波纹板组3为中空耐水粘合结构，在相邻波纹板的波纹粘接中形成间隔，使得本发明的波纹板组3构成中空结构；本发明在波纹板上进行了耐水处理，最终使得本发明的波纹板组为中空耐水粘合结构。
由技术常识可知，本发明可以通过其它的不脱离其精神实质或必要特征的实施方案来实现。因此，上述公开的实施方案，就各方面而言，都只是举例说明，并不是仅有的。所有在本发明范围内或在等同于本发明的范围内的改变均被本发明包含。
Claims (10)
1.一种轻质防火隔音组合墙板，其特征在于，该组合墙板分为三层：
内层为波纹板组，用于防火阻燃、防潮和降噪；
中间层为柔性隔音毡，贴在所述波纹板组的外侧，用于隔音降噪；和
外层为硅酸钙板，设在所述柔性隔音毡的外围，用于防火阻燃和提供支撑。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轻质防火隔音组合墙板，其特征在于：
所述波纹板组包括多层波纹板。
3.根据权利要求2所述的轻质防火隔音组合墙板，其特征在于：
所述波纹板的厚度方向与所述轻质防火隔音组合墙板的厚度方向呈垂直方向设置。

相邻所述波纹板粘接在一起。
