本实用新型涉及墙板技术领域，特别涉及一种隔音的高强度墙板。
背景技术
随着科技水平的不断进步，各种各样的酒店、KTV等快速发展，而隔墙板主要应用于如：户隔墙、KTV、酒店等。现有隔墙板主要分为硅酸钙板、水泥板和纸面石膏板，虽然可以起到一定的隔音，防火功能，但是隔音和防火的极限较低，且用于酒店时，厚度小，且容易破洞，另外目前也有使用气块砖带体隔墙板，但是如果使用气块砖，由于气块砖重量较大，对建筑本身的承重造成较大的负荷，另外，现有的墙板之间安装连接较为不便。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术中的上述不足，本实用新型提供了一种隔音的高强度墙板，其结构合理，强度高，防火、隔音。
为了达到上述实用新型目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案为：一种隔音的高强度墙板，包括墙板本体，所述墙板本体包括至少一层的网格布、两层相互固定的土工布、两层聚丙烯短丝层和砂浆，所述网格布和土工布相贴，两层所述聚丙烯短丝层分别与网格布层和土工布层相贴，所述聚丙烯短丝层相贴固定设有隔音棉，所述砂浆包裹在网格布、土工布、聚丙烯短丝层和隔音棉所形成的板状物外层。
本实用新型与现有技术相比优点在于：墙板本体包括网格布，土工布两层聚丙烯短丝层、砂浆和隔音棉，使得墙板本体隔音效果好，强度更高、并且防水，另外聚丙烯短丝层的使用还可增加墙板本体的柔韧性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图来进一步说明本实用新型的具体实施方式。
如图1所示，一种隔音的高强度墙板，包括墙板本体1，所述墙板本体1包括至少一层的网格布2、两层相互固定的土工布3、两层聚丙烯短丝层4和砂浆5，所述网格布2和土工布3相贴，两层所述聚丙烯短丝层4分别与网格布2层和土工布3层相贴，所述聚丙烯短丝层4相贴固定设有隔音棉6，所述砂浆5包裹在网格布2、土工布3、聚丙烯短丝层4和隔音棉6所形成的板状物外层。
本实用新型在具体实施时，将两层网格布2相粘接，将两层土工布3相粘接，并将粘接后的网格布2和土工布3相粘接，之后再分别在网格布2和土工布3相粘接有聚丙烯短丝，并且还粘接设有隔音棉6，最后利用砂浆5将网格布2、土工布3、聚丙烯短丝和隔音棉6进行浇注，形成墙板本体1，并且可根据不同的使用情况，增加网格布2的层数来增加墙板本体1的厚度。

1.一种隔音的高强度墙板，包括墙板本体(1)，其特征在于：所述墙板本体(1)包括至少一层的网格布(2)、两层相互粘接的土工布(3)、两层聚丙烯短丝层(4)和砂浆(5)，所述网格布(2)和土工布(3)相贴，两层所述聚丙烯短丝层(4)分别与网格布(2)层和土工布(3)层相贴，所述聚丙烯短丝层(4)相贴固定设有隔音棉(6)，所述砂浆(5)包裹在网格布(2)、土工布(3)、聚丙烯短丝层(4)和隔音棉(6)所形成的板状物的外层。
