Abstract

本发明涉及一种食品清洗剂的制备方法,属于清洗剂领域。本发明通过将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,乳酸与去离子水进行混合、溶解,混其后冷藏,回复到室温,得到第一溶液;将果酸,甲基羟丙基纤维素,十二烷基苯磺酸钠,乙醇,去离子水进行混合、溶解,于30~35℃下搅拌10~15min,其后自然冷却到室温,得到第二溶液;再将第一溶液与第二溶液混合均匀后,即得到所述组分A;将碳酸钠溶于去离子水得到组分B的方法制备得到了一种双组份的食品清洗剂,洗涤时先使用组分A,再使用组分B,能够有效去除食品表面的一般污垢、硬质杂质、蜡等成分。

一种食品清洗剂的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及清洗剂领域,特别涉及化学清洗剂领域。
背景技术
部分食品,如水果等,近年来出现了通过表面涂蜡的方式进行保鲜,以便长距离运输或长时间存储,这对食品的清洗带来了一定的困难,因目前常用的食品清洗剂对这类强粘附的硬质的杂质难以去除。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种清洁效果好,除开食品表面的一般污垢外,还能有效去除其它硬质杂质,去除食品表面涂覆的蜡的食品清洗剂的制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种食品清洗剂的制备方法,所述清洗剂包括A、B两组分,其中A组分的制备过程包括以下步骤:
1)按质量百分比计,将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5~8%、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚4%~7%、乳酸10%~15%与10~20%的去离子水进行混合、溶解,混合均匀后于3~5℃下冷藏8~12h,其后自然回复到室温,得到第一溶液;
2)按质量百分比计,将果酸5%~7%,甲基羟丙基纤维素6%~8%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠5%~7%,乙醇5%~7%,以及按总质量100%计,余量的去离子水进行混合,溶解,混合均匀后于30~35℃下搅拌10~15min,其后自然冷却到室温,得到第二溶液;
3)将第一溶液与第二溶液混合均匀后,即得到所述组分A;
所述组分B为将碳酸钠溶于去离子得到的质量浓度为1%~2%的碳酸钠溶液;
所述清洗剂在使用时先使用组分A,再使用组分B。
优选的是:所述组分A中按质量百分比计,包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚7%、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚6%、乳酸10%,果酸7%,甲基羟丙基纤维素8%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠5%,乙醇7%,余量为去离子水。
在实际使用时,需要先使用组分A对食品表面进行清洗,其后再使用组分B重复清洗即可。
本发明制备得到的清洗剂的清洁效果良好,能够深度清洁食品表面,能有效去除石蜡。
具体实施方式
实施例1
按质量百分比计,将5%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、4%的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、10%的乳酸与10%的去离子水进行混合、溶解,混合均匀后于3℃下冷藏8h,其后自然回复到室温,得到第一溶液;
将5%的果酸,6%的甲基羟丙基纤维素,5%的十二烷基苯磺酸钠,5%的乙醇与50%的去离子水进行混合,溶解,混合均匀后于30℃下搅拌15min,其后自然冷却到室温,得到第二溶液;
将第一溶液与第二溶液加入同一容器中进行充分搅拌至完全溶解后得到组分A;
将碳酸钠溶于去离子水中形成质量浓度为1%的溶液,得到组分B;
洗涤时先使用组分A对表面涂蜡的食品进行冲洗,其次使用组分B进行冲洗,洗涤结束后,食品表面洁净光滑,无任何明显杂质。
实施例2
按质量百分比计,将8%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、7%的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、15%的乳酸与20%的去离子水进行混合、溶解,混合均匀后于5℃下冷藏12h,其后自然回复到室温,得到第一溶液;
将7%的果酸,8%的甲基羟丙基纤维素,7%的十二烷基苯磺酸钠,7%的乙醇与21%的去离子水进行混合,溶解,混合均匀后于35℃下搅拌10min,其后自然冷却到室温,得到第二溶液;
将第一溶液与第二溶液加入同一容器中进行充分搅拌至完全溶解后得到组分A;
将碳酸钠溶于去离子水中形成质量浓度为2%的溶液,得到组分B;
洗涤时先使用组分A对表面涂蜡的食品进行冲洗,其次使用组分B进行冲洗,洗涤结束后,食品表面洁净光滑,无任何明显杂质。
实施例3
按质量百分比计,将7%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、6%的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、10%的乳酸与15%的去离子水进行混合、溶解,混合均匀后于5℃下冷藏12h,其后自然回复到室温,得到第一溶液;
将7%的果酸,8%的甲基羟丙基纤维素,5%的十二烷基苯磺酸钠,7%的乙醇与25%的去离子水进行混合,溶解,混合均匀后于35℃下搅拌10min,其后自然冷却到室温,得到第二溶液;
将第一溶液与第二溶液加入同一容器中进行充分搅拌至完全溶解后得到组分A;
将碳酸钠溶于去离子水中形成质量浓度为2%的溶液,得到组分B;
洗涤时先使用组分A对表面涂蜡的食品进行冲洗,其次使用组分B进行冲洗,洗涤结束后,食品表面洁净光滑,无任何明显杂质。

Claims (2)

1.一种食品清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述清洗剂包括A、B两组分,其中A组分的制备过程包括以下步骤:
1)按质量百分比计,将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5~8%,乳酸10%~15%与10~20%的去离子水进行混合、溶解,混合均匀后于3~5℃下冷藏8~12h,其后自然回复到室温,得到第一溶液;
2)按质量百分比计,将果酸5%~7%,甲基羟丙基纤维素6%~8%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠5%~7%,乙醇5%~7%,以及按总质量100%计,余量的去离子水进行混合,溶解,混合均匀后于30~35℃下搅拌10~15min,其后自然冷却到室温,得到第二溶液;
3)将第一溶液与第二溶液混合均匀后,即得到所述组分A;所述组分B为将碳酸钠溶于去离子得到的质量浓度为1%~2%的碳酸钠溶液;所述清洗剂在使用时先使用组分A,再使用组分B。
2.根据权利要求1所述的食品清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述组分A中按质量百分比计,包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚7%、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚6%、乳酸10%,果酸7%,甲基羟丙基纤维素8%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠5%,乙醇7%,余量为去离子水。
