本发明涉及一种改善香皂皂粒成型过程出条速度的生产配方及生产方法,所述原料组成:香皂皂基 97.5%;聚乙二醇400;0.5% 硬脂酸锌1%;助剂 1%;生产工艺:a、预混合水溶液:将上述重量份的聚乙二醇400和硬脂酸锌先用60~70~C的水配置成水溶液。b、混合皂基:将配置好的水溶液与香皂皂基、助剂在调和锅内混合均混合均匀,得到混合皂基;c、皂粒成型:将混合皂基经真空喷雾干燥、挤压、均质、精制和切粒后,得到改善香皂皂粒成型过程出条速度的香皂皂粒。优点是生产的香皂具有光滑细腻、不开裂等优良性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及日用化工产品领域的一种改善香皂皂粒成型过程出条速度的生产配方及生产方法。
背景技术
目前香皂国家行业标准中:I型香皂干钠皂含量要求大于等于83%,II型总有效物含量要求大于等于53%,生产企业生产香皂配方较多,香皂皂粒在生产香皂成型过程中存在出条不畅,影响生产效率现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,通过对香皂皂粒配方的改良,提高皂粒塑性,提供一种改善香皂皂粒成型过程出条速度的生产配方及生产方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种改善香皂皂粒成型过程出条速度的生产配方,原料按以下重量百分比组成:
香皂皂基 97.5%
聚乙二醇400 0.5%
硬脂酸锌 1%
助剂 1%
生产工艺由以下步骤组成:
A、预混合水溶液:将上述重量份的聚乙二醇400和硬脂酸锌先用60~70~C的水配置成水溶液;
B、混合皂基:将配置好的水溶液与香皂皂基、助剂在调和锅内混合混合均匀,得到混合皂基;
C、皂粒成型:将混合皂基经真空喷雾干燥、挤压、均质、精制和切粒后,得到改善香皂皂粒成型过程出条速度的香皂皂粒。

具体实施方式
为改善香皂皂粒成型过程出条速度,对生产香皂皂粒的调和配方进行调整。配方如下:
香皂皂基,% 97.5
聚乙二醇400,% 0.5
硬脂酸锌,% 1
助剂,% 1
生产工艺由以下步骤组成:
A、预混合水溶液:将上述重量份的聚乙二醇400和硬脂酸锌先用60~70~C的水配置成水溶液。
B、混合皂基:将配置好的水溶液与香皂皂基、助剂在调和锅内混合均混合均匀,得到混合皂基;
C、皂粒成型:将混合皂基经真空喷雾干燥、挤压、均质、精制和切粒后,得到改善香皂皂粒成型过程出条速度的香皂皂粒。

1.一种改善香皂皂粒生产成型过程出条速度的生产配方,其特征在于:所述配方原料按以下重量百分比组成:
香皂皂基 97.5%,
聚乙二醇400 0.5%,
硬脂酸锌 1%,
助剂 1%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改善香皂皂粒成型过程出条速度方法,其特征在于:依次生产工艺由以下步骤组成:
A、预混合水溶液:将上述重量份的聚乙二醇400和硬脂酸锌先用60~70℃的水配置成水溶液;
B、混合皂基:将配置好的水溶液与香皂皂基、助剂在调和锅内混合混合均匀,得到混合皂基;
C、皂粒成型:将混合皂基经真空喷雾干燥、挤压、均质、精制和切粒后,得到改善香皂皂粒成型过程出条速度的香皂皂粒。
