本发明涉及家用清洁剂领域。一种家用清洁剂,该清洁剂按质量百分比计由以下的组分制备得到:丙二醇、山梨醇、甘油、十二烷基苯磺酸、单乙醇胺、C14‑C16烯基磺酸钠、二丙二醇丁醚、去离子水、杀菌剂、香精和苦味剂。该家用清洁剂有丰富的泡沫,对常见轻重油污去除效果明显,具有极高去污力。按对地板、厨房和浴室中常见金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌的杀灭效果可超过99.9%。

一种家用清洁剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及家用清洁剂领域。
背景技术
传统的家用清洁剂主要用于地板、厨房、浴室的清洁,公知的清洁剂的公开资料很多,例如中国专利申请号:CN93108465.2,名称是“一种含醇乙氧基甘油磺酸盐的家用清洁剂组合物”,该家用清洁剂组合物含醇乙氧基甘油磺酸盐,具有丰富的泡沫。目前的家用清洁剂大多数侧重去污性能,同时兼具去污力强和杀菌效果好的家用清洁剂不多。
发明内容
本发明的第一个目的是提供一种去污力强,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌的杀灭效果可超过99.9%的家用清洁剂。本发明的第二个目的是提供上述的家用清洁剂的制备方法。
为了实现上述的第一个目的,本发明采用了以下的技术方案:一种家用清洁剂,该清洁剂按质量百分比计由以下的组分制备得到:
丙二醇 10-20%
山梨醇 5-9%
甘油 2-5%
十二烷基苯磺酸 13-40%
单乙醇胺 3-9%
C14-C16烯基磺酸钠 12-20%
二丙二醇丁醚 8-20%
去离子水 3-20%
杀菌剂 0.2-2%
香精 0.3-1%
苦味剂 0.0001-0.1%。
作为优选,所述的丙二醇含量12-19%,且山梨醇含量在5-7%时。产品保湿能力最好,丙二醇含量增加,水溶膜容易变干、变脆。
作为优选,产品的水含量在8-18%时,产品外观和稳定性最佳。含水量小,水溶膜容易变干、变脆,含水量大,产品较软,容易破裂。
作为优选,所述的苦味剂选用糖精苄铵酰胺和苯甲地钠铵中的一种或两种混合。
为了实现上述的第二个目的,本发明采用了以下的技术方案:一种制备上述的家用清洁剂的方法,该方法包括以下的步骤:
1)将丙二醇、山梨醇、甘油、十二烷基苯磺酸、单乙醇胺、C14-C16烯基磺酸钠、二丙二醇丁醚、去离子水、杀菌剂、香精和苦味剂混合;
2)产品pH值8.5-10.5,进行水溶膜包装。
作为优选,所述的水溶膜可选材料聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯醇缩乙醛、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚丙烯酸、马来酸/丙烯酸共聚物、淀粉、明胶、黄原胶、瓜尔胶、羟丙基甲基纤维素,以及以上成分的均聚、共聚物和改性成分中的一种或多种混合。
本发明由于采用了上述的技术方案,有丰富的泡沫,二丙二醇丁醚为安全、低挥发溶剂,与其他原料复配,对常见轻重油污去除效果明显,具有极高去污力。按QB/T 4348-2012《厨房油垢清洗剂》指标的测试,对地板、厨房和浴室中常见金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌的杀灭效果可超过99.9%。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种家用清洁剂,该清洁剂按质量百分比计由以下的组分制备得到:
原料
丙二醇 19
山梨醇 7
甘油 3
十二烷基苯磺酸 30
单乙醇胺 6
C14-C16烯基磺酸钠 15
二丙二醇丁醚 10
去离子水 8.1
复配杀菌剂 1
除异味香精 0.89
苦味剂 0.01
上述的家用清洁剂的制备方法,该方法包括以下的步骤:
1)将丙二醇、山梨醇、甘油、十二烷基苯磺酸、单乙醇胺、C14-C16烯基磺酸钠、二丙二醇丁醚、去离子水、杀菌剂、香精和苦味剂混合;
2)产品pH值8.5-10.5,化验合格,进行水溶膜包装。
使用时,根据污渍量,将产品放入一定量的水中,稍作搅拌即可,所得液体可以装入泵头中喷洒,也可以对重油污部位进行浸泡。
上述苦味剂选用糖精苄铵酰胺和苯甲地钠铵中的一种或两种混合,以上两种苦味剂是目前已知最苦的物质,为对人体安全,加入产品中,可以防止小孩误食,起到保护作用。杀菌剂是由玉洁新与其他常规杀菌剂复配,比例是0.6-3:1,按照国家标准测试,作用20分钟,对常见菌金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌的杀灭效果可超过99.9%。
上述丙二醇、山梨醇和甘油的作用都是保湿和赋形,十二烷基苯磺酸、C14-C16烯基磺酸钠和二丙二醇丁醚的作用都是去污和乳化,单乙醇胺的作用是中和以及调节pH值,去离子水的作用是保湿和溶解,复配杀菌的作用是除菌,香精的作用是去除异味,苦味剂是作为安全剂。
实施例1的家用清洁剂测评报告如下。

一种家用清洁剂,该清洁剂按质量百分比计由以下的组分制备得到:

一种家用清洁剂,该清洁剂按质量百分比计由以下的组分制备得到:

十二烷基苯磺酸 32
单乙醇胺 5
C14-C16烯基磺酸钠 17
二丙二醇丁醚 8
去离子水 9
复配杀菌剂 0.5
除异味香精 0.49
苦味剂 0.01
上述实施例3的家用清洁剂的制备方法与实施例1相同。

Claims (7)

1.一种家用清洁剂,其特征在于该清洁剂按质量百分比计由以下的组分制备得到:
丙二醇 10-20%
山梨醇 5-9%
甘油 2-5%
十二烷基苯磺酸 13-40%
单乙醇胺 3-9%
C14-C16烯基磺酸钠 12-20%
二丙二醇丁醚 8-20%
去离子水 3-20%
杀菌剂 0.2-2%
香精 0.3-1%
苦味剂 0.0001-0.1%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种家用清洁剂,其特征在于:丙二醇含量为12-19%,且山梨醇含量为2-5%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种家用清洁剂,其特征在于:水含量是8-18%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种家用清洁剂,其特征在于苦味剂选用糖精苄铵酰胺和苯甲地钠铵中的一种或两种混合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种家用清洁剂,其特征在于杀菌剂是由玉洁新与其他杀菌剂复配。
6.一种制备权利要求1-5任意一项权利要求所述的家用清洁剂的方法,其特征在于该方法包括以下的步骤:
1)将丙二醇、山梨醇、甘油、十二烷基苯磺酸、单乙醇胺、C14-C16烯基磺酸钠、二丙二醇丁醚、去离子水、杀菌剂、香精和苦味剂混合;
2)产品pH值8.5-10.5,进行水溶膜包装。
7.根据权利要求6所述的家用清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于水溶膜可选材料聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯醇缩乙醛、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚丙烯酸、马来酸/丙烯酸共聚物、淀粉、明胶、黄原胶、瓜尔胶、羟丙基甲基纤维素,以及以上成分的均聚、共聚物和改性成分中的一种或多种混合。
