Abstract
本发明公开了一种车窗节能反射膜,包括基膜、防雾抗刮层、防红外线层、防可见光层、防紫外线胶粘层、高硬度涂层;在所述基膜的上表面涂覆有防雾抗刮层;在所述基膜的下表面从内到外依次层叠防紫外线胶粘层、防可见光层、防红外线层、高硬度涂层;所述防红外线层包括外保护层、金属银层、金属钛层、ITO层、内保护层;所述防红外线层按远离基膜方向依次层叠外保护层、金属银层、金属钛层、ITO层、内保护层。本发明提供的车窗节能反射膜能够有效降低可见光、红外线和紫外线,防爆、防眩目,耐候性好,并且不易变色和老化,使用寿命长。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车领域,尤其涉及一种车窗节能反射膜。
背景技术
目前普通汽车中车窗方面用的玻璃均为普通的光学玻璃,具有优秀的透光性,有利于驾驶员观察路面和交通情况。但是由于实际驾驶环境复杂,多有日光、来往车辆的远、近光灯产生的逆光或其他视线干扰;再加上日光长期直射车内会对车内部件产生老化或损坏。因此,需要在车窗上进行贴膜,汽车贴膜能够起到防紫外线、红外反射、防爆、防眩目、保护隐私以及美观等作用。然而,在目前的市场上有很多就采用普通染色的聚酯膜,无法实现全功能防护,不仅无法抗紫外、红外隔热,而且在强烈的太阳光下就分解、老化,有的还会产生有毒气体危害车主的身体健康,特别是对红外线的防护,尤其需要加强。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明为解决上述问题,提供了一种车窗节能反射膜。
技术方案:一种车窗节能反射膜,包括基膜、防雾抗刮层、防红外线层、防可见光层、防紫外线胶粘层、高硬度涂层;在所述基膜的上表面涂覆有防雾抗刮层;在所述基膜的下表面从内到外依次层叠防紫外线胶粘层、防可见光层、防红外线层、高硬度涂层;所述防红外线层包括外保护层、金属银层、金属钛层、ITO层、内保护层;所述防红外线层按远离基膜方向依次层叠外保护层、金属银层、金属钛层、ITO层、内保护层。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述基膜为PET薄膜。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述外保护层和外保护层为氧化硅膜层。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述金属银层厚度为20-40nm,所述金属钛层为10-30nm,所述ITO层厚度为20-40nm。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述内保护层和外保护层的厚度为20-60nm。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述防可见光层为染色聚酯膜层。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,其优点在于,本发明提供的车窗节能反射膜能够有效降低可见光、红外线和紫外线,防爆、防眩目,耐候性好,并且不易变色和老化,使用寿命长。特别是防红外线层,传统车窗膜的防红外线层采用单一的金属膜层,一方面金属膜层容易被氧化变色,失去效果,另一方面金属膜层过薄的话防护效果不好,金属膜层过厚的话,影响车窗的可见度。本发明采用复合型的金属膜层,一方面提高了膜系的耐候性、耐腐蚀性,金属银膜层结合金属钛层,共同降低了热辐射;同时,通过综合调整2个金属膜层的厚度,可实现低辐射率、可见光高透过率、红外高反射率的调整,并且可以调整车窗节能反射膜的色度。另外ITO层和保护层可以防止有效防止金属膜层被氧化。

下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐明本发明。
结合图1,本发明公开了一种车窗节能反射膜,包括基膜1、防雾抗刮层2、防红外线层5、防可见光层4、防紫外线胶粘层3、高硬度涂层6;在所述基膜1的上表面涂覆有防雾抗刮层2;在所述基膜1的下表面从内到外依次层叠防紫外线胶粘层3、防可见光层4、防红外线层5、高硬度涂层6;所述防红外线层5包括外保护层、金属银层、金属钛层、ITO层、内保护层;所述防红外线层5按远离基膜1方向依次层叠外保护层、金属银层、金属钛层、ITO层、内保护层。
具体的,所述基膜1可以选用PET薄膜。所述外保护层和外保护层为氧化硅膜层。所述金属银层厚度为20-40nm,优选为30nm;所述金属钛层为10-30nm,优选为25nm;所述ITO层厚度为20-40nm,优选为35nm。所述内保护层和外保护层的厚度为20-60nm。所述防可见光层4为染色聚酯膜层。

1.一种车窗节能反射膜,其特征在于,包括基膜、防雾抗刮层、防红外线层、防可见光层、防紫外线胶粘层、高硬度涂层;在所述基膜的上表面涂覆有防雾抗刮层;在所述基膜的下表面从内到外依次层叠防紫外线胶粘层、防可见光层、防红外线层、高硬度涂层;所述防红外线层包括外保护层、金属银层、金属钛层、ITO层、内保护层;所述防红外线层按远离基膜方向依次层叠外保护层、金属银层、金属钛层、ITO层、内保护层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车窗节能反射膜,其特征在于,所述基膜为PET薄膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车窗节能反射膜,其特征在于,所述外保护层和外保护层为氧化硅膜层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的车窗节能反射膜,其特征在于,所述金属银层厚度为20-40nm,所述金属钛层为10-30nm,所述ITO层厚度为20-40nm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的车窗节能反射膜,其特征在于,所述内保护层和外保护层的厚度为20-60nm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的车窗节能反射膜,其特征在于,所述防可见光层为染色聚酯膜层。
