本发明公开了一种型号可变汽车进气管注塑模具,包括模具底座、模芯和盖模,所述模芯设在模具底座和盖模之间,且模芯两侧分别通过调整杆与模具底座连接,在模具底座上表面固定安装有若干条相互平行的凸起,所述盖模下表面上对应位置设有若干条凹槽,在凸起和凹槽靠近模芯处设有隔板,且在模具底座两侧均刻有流道,所述流道与模芯连接,且在流道的末端均安装有注塑孔,所述模芯与流道接触处安装有整流阀;通过流道和注塑压力的控制,能够有效均衡内部吹塑压力,提高吹塑件的成品密度,在实际生产中,还能够根据类型来调整不同型号的进气管模具,综合利用吹塑模具,有效提高了模具的应用率。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车注塑技术领域,具体为一种型号可变汽车进气管注塑模具。
背景技术
在现代汽车中,塑件的应用已经是越来越广泛了,塑件由于强度大,密度小,抗腐蚀等优异的特性,被广泛的应用于汽车各部件,在这其中,汽车进气管的吹塑应用就是最为广泛和成熟的。
然而,在真正的实际应用中,由于在吹塑的过程中,复合塑料由于流动性差,极容易导致吹塑件的密度不均,导致产品的质量不均。这是吹塑件的缺陷之一,但是最为主要的缺陷在于现代汽车进气管由于汽车的型号不一致,各式各样的进气管进行吹塑时往往就需要专用的模具,例如,在实际生产中,由于进气管的型号不一致,没生产一种型号的进气管就需要设计制造对应的吹塑模具,这对于生产企业来说是一种负担。但是所有进气管的模具形状基本一致,只是在坡折点以及形状大小方面略有差异,如何以这为理论基础,将同类型的进气管吹塑模具综合应用起来,是目前亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
针对以上问题,本发明提供了一种型号可变汽车进气管注塑模具,通过流道和注塑压力的控制,能够有效均衡内部吹塑压力,提高吹塑件的成品密度,在实际生产中,还能够根据类型来调整不同型号的进气管模具,综合利用吹塑模具,有效提高了模具的应用率,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种型号可变汽车进气管注塑模具,包括模具底座、模芯和盖模,所述模芯设在模具底座和盖模之间,且模芯两侧分别通过调整杆与模具底座连接,在模具底座上表面固定安装有若干条相互平行的凸起,所述盖模下表面上对应位置设有若干条凹槽,在凸起和凹槽靠近模芯处设有隔板,且在模具底座两侧均刻有流道,所述流道与模芯连接,且在流道的末端均安装有注塑孔,所述模芯与流道接触处安装有整流阀。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述调整杆外表面和模具底座内表面均刻有螺纹。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述调整杆的数量为两根,两根调整杆平行安装,且调整杆均通过弹珠盘活动安装在模具底座内部。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述凸起和凹槽的大小和形状均相同,且凸起和凹槽的高度均为2mm。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该型号可变汽车进气管注塑模具,通过设置调整杆和螺纹之间的咬合关系来拉伸和收紧模具底座之间的距离来调整模芯的大小,并且还设置有流道以及整流阀,能够有效的控制外部压入模具内部液体塑料的压力,能够有效的调整产品的密度,整体上通过流道和注塑压力的控制,能够有效均衡内部吹塑压力,提高吹塑件的成品密度,在实际生产中,还能够根据类型来调整不同型号的进气管模具,综合利用吹塑模具,有效提高了模具的应用率。

请参阅图1和图2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种型号可变汽车进气管注塑模具,包括模具底座1、模芯2和盖模3,所述模芯2设在模具底座1和盖模3之间,且模芯2两侧分别通过调整杆4与模具底座1连接,在模具底座1上表面固定安装有若干条相互平行的凸起5,所述盖模3下表面上对应位置设有若干条凹槽6,在凸起5和凹槽6靠近模芯2处设有隔板7,且在模具底座1两侧均刻有流道8,所述流道8与模芯2连接,且在流道8的末端均安装有注塑孔9,所述模芯2与流道8接触处安装有整流阀10。
优选的是,所述调整杆4外表面和模具底座1内表面均刻有螺纹11,通过调整杆4和螺纹11之间的咬合关系来拉伸和收紧模具底座1之间的距离来调整模芯2的大小;所述调整杆4的数量为两根,两根调整杆4平行安装,且调整杆4均通过弹珠盘12活动安装在模具底座1内部便于滑动,防止卡槽;所述凸起5和凹槽6的大小和形状均相同,且凸起5和凹槽6的高度均为2mm,防止模具底座1和盖模3滑动导致产品浇筑失败。
本发明的优点在于:该型号可变汽车进气管注塑模具,通过设置调整杆和螺纹之间的咬合关系来拉伸和收紧模具底座之间的距离来调整模芯的大小,并且还设置有流道以及整流阀,能够有效的控制外部压入模具内部液体塑料的压力,能够有效的调整产品的密度,整体上通过流道和注塑压力的控制,能够有效均衡内部吹塑压力,提高吹塑件的成品密度,在实际生产中,还能够根据类型来调整不同型号的进气管模具,综合利用吹塑模具,有效提高了模具的应用率。
本发明的工作原理:通过注塑孔向模具内部注入液体塑料,液体塑料进入流道以后通过整流阀来均衡每一部分进入的压力,防止进入的压力产生差异性的分异而导致产品密度不均,而在不同信号的进气管生产中,通过调整调整杆和模具底座上咬合螺纹来调整模芯的大小,能够实现同一套模具对于型号相同而大小不一的进气管的生产。

1.一种型号可变汽车进气管注塑模具,其特征在于:包括模具底座(1)、模芯(2)和盖模(3),所述模芯(2)设在模具底座(1)和盖模(3)之间,且模芯(2)两侧分别通过调整杆(4)与模具底座(1)连接,在模具底座(1)上表面固定安装有若干条相互平行的凸起(5),所述盖模(3)下表面上对应位置设有若干条凹槽(6),在凸起(5)和凹槽(6)靠近模芯(2)处设有隔板(7),且在模具底座(1)两侧均刻有流道(8),所述流道(8)与模芯(2)连接,且在流道(8)的末端均安装有注塑孔(9),所述模芯(2)与流道(8)接触处安装有整流阀(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种型号可变汽车进气管注塑模具,其特征在于:所述调整杆(4)外表面和模具底座(1)内表面均刻有螺纹(11)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种型号可变汽车进气管注塑模具,其特征在于:所述调整杆(4)的数量为两根,两根调整杆(4)平行安装,且调整杆(4)均通过弹珠盘(12)活动安装在模具底座(1)内部。
