Abstract

本发明提供了一种水凝胶涂布机的切片机构,包括纵切组件和横切组件,纵切组件包括切割辊和设置在切割辊下方的传送辊,沿轴向在切割辊上均匀套设有多个圆环形的第一刀片,第一刀片与传送辊保持线接触,传送辊内沿轴向开有容置孔,在传送辊的圆周面上均匀分布有多个与容置孔连通的吸附孔,在容置孔内设有吸附罩,吸附罩下端安装有与吸附罩连通的固定管,固定管的两端沿传送辊的轴向从穿出至传送辊外,吸附罩不随传送辊转动;横切组件包括平行设置在传送辊右侧的气缸和安装在气缸的活塞杆上的第二刀片,第二刀片与传送辊保持线接触,且与传动辊的接触范围位于吸附罩的吸附范围内。该切片机构的结构简单,使用时不会有切片彻底的现象发生。

技术领域
本发明是一种水凝胶涂布机的切片机构。
背景技术
水凝胶涂布机是亲水性凝胶产品加工过程中主要的成型设备,通过水凝胶涂布机可以加工得到各种贴剂。水凝胶涂布机里包含有对水凝胶涂布进行切片的切片机构,现有技术中的切片机构较复杂,且存在切片不彻底的现象,因此,有必要设计一种水凝胶涂布机的切片机构,以解决上述问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明目的是提供一种水凝胶涂布机的切片机构,结构简单,使用该切片机构进行切片,不会有切片彻底的现象发生。
为了实现上述目的,本发明通过如下的技术方案来实现:一种水凝胶涂布机的切片机构,包括纵切组件和横切组件,所述纵切组件包括切割辊和设置在切割辊下方的传送辊,沿切割辊的轴向在切割辊上均匀套设有多个圆环形的第一刀片,所述第一刀片与传送辊保持线接触,所述传送辊内沿轴向开有容置孔,在传送辊的圆周面上均匀分布有多个与容置孔连通的吸附孔,在容置孔内设有吸附罩,所述吸附罩开有向上的吸附口,吸附口靠近容置孔的上端,吸附罩下端安装有与吸附罩连通的固定管,固定管的两端沿传送辊的轴向从穿出至传送辊外,固定管一端为盲端,另一端通过气管与负压吸引装置连通,吸附罩不随传送辊转动;所述横切组件包括平行设置在传送辊右侧的气缸和安装在气缸的活塞杆上的第二刀片,所述第二刀片与传送辊保持线接触,且第二刀片与传动辊的接触范围位于吸附罩的吸附口的吸附范围内。
进一步地,所述吸附罩为与容置孔形状相适应的扇形结构。
进一步地,所述吸附罩包括对称设置的左罩板和右罩板,所述左罩板与竖直平面的夹角为30°,所述右罩板与竖直平面的夹角为60°。
本发明的有益效果:本发明提供了一种水凝胶涂布机的切片机构,包括纵切组件和横切组件,所述纵切组件包括切割辊和设置在切割辊下方的传送辊,沿切割辊的轴向在切割辊上均匀套设有多个圆环形的第一刀片,所述第一刀片与传送辊保持线接触,所述传送辊内沿轴向开有容置孔,在传送辊的圆周面上均匀分布有多个与容置孔连通的吸附孔,在容置孔内设有吸附罩,所述吸附罩开有向上的吸附口,吸附口靠近容置孔的上端,吸附罩下端安装有与吸附罩连通的固定管,固定管的两端沿传送辊的轴向从穿出至传送辊外,固定管一端为盲端,另一端通过气缸与负压吸引装置连通,吸附罩不随传送辊转动;所述横切组件包括平行设置在传送辊右侧的气缸和安装在气缸的活塞杆上的第二刀片,所述第二刀片与传送辊保持线接触,且第二刀片与传动辊的接触范围位于吸附罩的吸附口的吸附范围内。结构简单,使用该切片机构进行切片,不会有切片彻底的现象发生。

具体实施方式
为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1-3所示,一种水凝胶涂布机的切片机构,包括纵切组件和横切组件,所述纵切组件包括切割辊2和设置在切割辊2下方的传送辊4,切割辊2和传送辊4由驱动装置(附图未画出)驱动,沿切割辊2的轴向在切割辊2上均匀套设有多个圆环形的第一刀片3,所述第一刀片3与传送辊4保持线接触,所述传送辊4内沿轴向开有容置孔42,在传送辊4的圆周面上均匀分布有多个与容置孔42连通的吸附孔41,在容置孔42内设有吸附罩5,所述吸附罩5开有向上的吸附口,吸附口靠近容置孔42的上端,吸附罩5下端安装有与吸附罩5连通的固定管6,固定管6的两端沿传送辊4的轴向从穿出至传送辊4外,固定管6一端为盲端,另一端通过气管7与负压吸引装置8连通,吸附罩5固定在机架(附图未画出)上,且不随传送辊4转动;所述横切组件包括平行设置在传送辊4右侧的气缸9和安装在气缸9的活塞杆上的第二刀片10,所述第二刀片10与传送辊4保持线接触,且第二刀片10与传动辊的接触范围位于吸附罩5的吸附口的吸附范围内。
使用时,水凝胶涂布1从切割辊2与传送辊4之间通过时,被多个第一刀片3切割成多条,且被切割后的条状的水凝胶涂布1被吸附在传送辊4上,随传送辊4转动,当条状的水凝胶涂布1转动到一定角度后,切割辊2和传送辊4停止转动,气缸9启动,带动第二刀片10从传送辊4的一端移动到另一端,第二刀片10移动过程中与传送辊4保持线接触,从而完成对水凝胶涂布1的横切,且横切过程中水凝胶涂布1持续受到吸附力,保证了横切时良好的切割效果,然后气缸9带动第二刀片10收回,切割辊2和传送辊4继续转动,当片状的水凝胶涂布1随传送辊4转出吸附罩5的吸附范围时,在重力的作用下,向下掉落至传送机构中。本发明的切片机构,结构简单,使用时不会有切片彻底的现象发生。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述吸附罩5为与容置孔42形状相适应的扇形结构。吸附罩5靠近容置孔42的上端内壁,从而保证对经过传送辊4上方的水凝胶涂布1具有良好的吸附效果。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述吸附罩5包括对称设置的左罩板51和右罩板52,所述左罩板51与竖直平面的夹角为30°,所述右罩板52与竖直平面的夹角为60°,吸附罩5的角度设置合理,水凝胶涂布1在纵切前不会出现卡组现象,在横切完成后,不会出现下料困难的现象。

1.一种水凝胶涂布机的切片机构,包括纵切组件和横切组件,其特征在于:所述纵切组件包括切割辊和设置在切割辊下方的传送辊,沿切割辊的轴向在切割辊上均匀套设有多个圆环形的第一刀片,所述第一刀片与传送辊保持线接触,所述传送辊内沿轴向开有容置孔,在传送辊的圆周面上均匀分布有多个与容置孔连通的吸附孔,在容置孔内设有吸附罩,所述吸附罩开有向上的吸附口,吸附口靠近容置孔的上端,吸附罩下端安装有与吸附罩连通的固定管,固定管的两端沿传送辊的轴向从穿出至传送辊外,固定管一端为盲端,另一端通过气管与负压吸引装置连通,吸附罩不随传送辊转动;所述横切组件包括平行设置在传送辊右侧的气缸和安装在气缸的活塞杆上的第二刀片,所述第二刀片与传送辊保持线接触,且第二刀片与传动辊的接触范围位于吸附罩的吸附口的吸附范围内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水凝胶涂布机的切片机构,其特征在于:所述吸附罩为与容置孔形状相适应的扇形结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种水凝胶涂布机的切片机构,其特征在于:所述吸附罩包括对称设置的左罩板和右罩板,所述左罩板与竖直平面的夹角为30°,所述右罩板与竖直平面的夹角为60°。
