本发明公开一种双刀炮泥破碎机,主要包括支座、料斗、主动辊刀、从动辊刀、电机、减速皮带轮、减速传动轴、轴承瓦箍、减速小齿轮、减速大齿轮、传动主齿轮、传动从齿轮、皮带护罩、减速齿轮护罩和传动齿轮护罩,所述支座为方钢焊制,所述料斗为钢板焊制,底部设有篦状定刀矩阵出料口,两端立壁上设有两组对孔,所述主动辊刀和所述从动辊刀的两端通过轴承分别固定在两组对孔中。本发明通过辊刀上刀片矩阵与料斗出料口篦状定刀矩阵以及主动辊刀和从动辊刀上刀片矩阵的铰切,可以将高硬度高粘度的泥块彻底破碎成为颗粒状,解决了粉碎机不能很好破碎泥土,特别是高硬度高粘度泥块的问题,辊刀刀片矩阵与篦状定刀矩阵以及主动辊刀和从动辊刀刀片矩阵的双重铰切的结构使得破碎效果好、速度快。

本发明涉及一种炮泥破碎机,尤其是一种双刀炮泥破碎机。
背景技术
无水炮泥的回收再利用,首先需要粉碎。无水炮泥中含有大量焦油沥青,冬天温度低时,成型的炮泥块硬度很高,夏天温度高时又具有很大的粘性。随着生产的发展,各种炮泥破碎的需求越来越多,特别是硬度高粘度大的特种炮泥。由于目前市场上没有专用设备,借用普通的破碎机或者粉碎机,经常会由于炮泥粘性大而被卡死,无法使用。因此研制一种专用炮泥破碎机就显得非常必要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种双刀炮泥破碎机,通过减速装置降低转速,形成低速强力破碎效果,通过辊刀上刀片矩阵与料斗出料口篦状定刀矩阵以及主动辊刀和从动辊刀上刀片矩阵的铰切,可以将高硬度高粘度的炮泥彻底破碎成为颗粒状。
本发明解决其技术问题的技术方案是:一种双刀炮泥破碎机,主要包括支座、料斗、主动辊刀、从动辊刀、电机、减速皮带轮、减速传动轴、轴承瓦箍、减速小齿轮、减速大齿轮、传动主齿轮、传动从齿轮、皮带护罩、减速齿轮护罩和传动齿轮护罩,所述支座为方钢焊制,所述料斗、所述电机、所述减速传动轴、所述皮带护罩和所述减速齿轮护罩固定在所述支座上,所述料斗为钢板焊制,底部设有篦状定刀矩阵出料口,两端立壁上设有两组对孔,所述主动辊刀和所述从动辊刀的两端通过轴承分别固定在两组对孔中。
所述主动辊刀和所述从动辊刀上分别对称设有四组扇环形刀片矩阵,其刀片正对所述料斗出料口篦状定刀矩阵的间隙,其间隙正对所述料斗出料口篦状定刀矩阵的刀片,二者的配合形成犬牙交错状,所述主动辊刀和所述从动辊刀上刀片矩阵的配合也形成犬牙交错状。
所述主动辊刀探出所述料斗壁外的两端轴上分别设有所述减速大齿轮和所述传动主齿轮,所述从动辊刀探出所述料斗壁外的轴上设有所述传动从齿轮,所述传动主齿轮与所述传动从齿轮相啮合。
所述减速传动轴通过所述轴承瓦箍固定在所述支座上,其两端分别设有所述减速皮带轮和所述减速小齿轮,所述减速皮带轮通过传送皮带与所述电机相连接,所述减速小齿轮与所述减速大齿轮相啮合。
所述皮带护罩将所述电机上的皮带轮和所述减速皮带轮罩住,所述减速齿轮护罩将所述减速小齿轮和所述减速大齿轮罩住,所述传动齿轮护罩固定在所述料斗上,并将所述传动主齿轮与所述传动从齿轮罩住。
本发明的有益效果是,与现有技术相比,双刀炮泥破碎机将传统高速甩臂粉碎原理改为低速强力铰切破碎原理,解决了普通的破碎机或者粉碎机不能很好破碎炮泥,特别是高硬度高粘度炮泥的问题,辊刀刀片矩阵与篦状定刀矩阵以及主动辊刀和从动辊刀刀片矩阵的双重铰切结构使得破碎效果好、速度快。

如图所示,一种双刀炮泥破碎机,主要包括支座1、料斗2、主动辊刀3、从动辊刀4、电机5、减速皮带轮6、减速传动轴7、轴承瓦箍8、减速小齿轮9、减速大齿轮10、传动主齿轮11、传动从齿轮12、皮带护罩13、减速齿轮护罩14和传动齿轮护罩15,所述支座1为方钢焊制,所述料斗2、所述电机5、所述减速传动轴7、所述皮带护罩13和所述减速齿轮护罩14固定在所述支座1上,所述料斗2为钢板焊制,底部设有篦状定刀矩阵出料口,两端立壁上设有两组对孔,所述主动辊刀3和所述从动辊刀4的两端通过轴承分别固定在两组对孔中。所述主动辊刀3和所述从动辊刀4上分别对称设有四组扇环形刀片矩阵,其刀片正对所述料斗2出料口篦状定刀矩阵的间隙,其间隙正对所述料斗2出料口篦状定刀矩阵的刀片,二者的配合形成犬牙交错状,所述主动辊刀3和所述从动辊刀4上刀片矩阵的配合也形成犬牙交错状。所述主动辊刀3探出所述料斗2壁外的两端轴上分别设有所述减速大齿轮10和所述传动主齿轮11,所述从动辊刀4探出所述料斗2壁外的轴上设有所述传动从齿轮12,所述传动主齿轮11与所述传动从齿轮12相啮合。所述减速传动轴7通过所述轴承瓦箍8固定在所述支座1上,其两端分别设有所述减速皮带轮6和所述减速小齿轮9,所述减速皮带轮6通过传送皮带与所述电机5相连接,所述减速小齿轮9与所述减速大齿轮10相啮合。所述皮带护罩13将所述电机5上的皮带轮和所述减速皮带轮6罩住,所述减速齿轮护罩14将所述减速小齿轮9和所述减速大齿轮10罩住,所述传动齿轮护罩15固定在所述料斗2上,并将所述传动主齿轮11与所述传动从齿轮12罩住。

4.根据权利要求1所述一种双刀炮泥破碎机,其特征在于:所述减速传动轴(7)通过所述轴承瓦箍(8)固定在所述支座(1)上,其两端分别设有所述减速皮带轮(6)和所述减速小齿轮(9),所述减速皮带轮(6)通过传送皮带与所述电机(5)相连接,所述减速小齿轮(9)与所述减速大齿轮(10)相啮合。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种双刀炮泥破碎机,其特征在于:所述皮带护罩(13)将所述电机(5)上的皮带轮和所述减速皮带轮(6)罩住,所述减速齿轮护罩(14)将所述减速小齿轮(9)和所述减速大齿轮(10)罩住,所述传动齿轮护罩(15)固定在所述料斗(2)上,并将所述传动主齿轮(11)与所述传动从齿轮(12)罩住。
