本发明一种垃圾粉碎结构,涉及垃圾处理设备领域,包括粉碎腔、层状刀盘;所述层状刀盘安装于粉碎腔内,层状刀盘由粉碎腔外部的粉碎电机驱动;所述粉碎腔的内壁上设有凸起的锯齿状刀头组;所述层状刀盘上设有多层独立的刀片;所述刀片沿着层状刀盘的轴向分布;层状刀盘包括上层刀组和下层刀组;所述上层刀组为多层独立的条状刀片按照扇形分布状态依次层状排列组成;所述下层刀组为多层独立的条状刀片依次层状排列组成。该垃圾粉碎结构针对农贸垃圾的特殊性进行设计,调整了粉碎刀盘和粉碎腔的结构,其绞刀片的设计和配合更为合理化能够有效的将农贸垃圾进行粉碎处理。

技术领域
本发明涉及垃圾处理设备领域,特别是涉及一种农贸垃圾粉碎机。
背景技术
农贸市场每天都会产生大量有机垃圾,一般会先存放在垃圾桶里,但垃圾桶基本上每天都会满,需要及时处理,且一般同一垃圾桶里的垃圾比较类似,如蔬菜摊位附近的垃圾桶里基本上都是蔬菜,水产摊位附近的垃圾桶里基本上都是水产垃圾(如硬壳水产的硬壳),而不同垃圾需要不同的处理手段。垃圾在粉碎过程中施加于物料的外力有压轧、剪切、冲击(打击)、研磨四种。压轧主要用在粗、中碎,适用于硬质料和大块料的破碎;剪切主要用在破碎或粉碎,适于韧性或纤维性物料的粉碎;冲击(打击)主要用在粉碎和解聚,适于脆性物料的粉碎;研磨主要在超细粉碎以及超微粉碎,适于中细度粉碎后的超微粉碎。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种垃圾粉碎结构,解决了农贸垃圾粉碎的问题,同时解决了垃圾粉碎过程中大体积垃圾阻塞和堆积的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是提供一种垃圾粉碎结构,包括粉碎腔、层状刀盘;所述层状刀盘安装于粉碎腔内,层状刀盘由粉碎腔外部的粉碎电机驱动;所述粉碎腔的内壁上设有凸起的锯齿状刀头组;所述层状刀盘上设有多层独立的刀片;所述刀片沿着层状刀盘的轴向分布;层状刀盘包括上层刀组和下层刀组;所述上层刀组为多层独立的条状刀片按照扇形分布状态依次层状排列组成;所述下层刀组为多层独立的条状刀片依次层状排列组成。
优选的是,所述粉碎腔为正六棱柱结构;在每个侧面上均设有刀头安装口;所述锯齿状刀头组从刀头安装口插入到粉碎腔内;所述刀头安装口上封装有用于顶住锯齿状刀头组的底板;所述底板通过紧固件固定在粉碎腔上;所述锯齿状刀头组包括多层锯齿刀头。
优选的是,所述层状刀盘包括刀盘和刀组;刀盘包括:上刀盘、下刀盘、分隔刀盘;刀组包括:所述上层刀组和所述下层刀组;所述刀组均沿着刀盘的径向伸出刀盘覆盖范围;上层刀组位于上刀盘和分隔刀盘之间;下层刀组位于下刀盘和分隔刀盘之间。
本发明的有益效果是:提供一种垃圾粉碎结构,针对农贸垃圾的特殊性进行设计,调整了粉碎刀盘和粉碎腔的结构,其绞刀片的设计和配合更为合理化能够有效的将农贸垃圾进行粉碎处理。

一种垃圾粉碎结构,包括粉碎腔1、层状刀盘2。粉碎腔上设有进料口7,层状刀盘安装于粉碎腔内。粉碎腔为正六棱柱结构,粉碎腔的内壁上设有凸起的锯齿状刀头组8。在每个侧面上均设有刀头安装口,锯齿状刀头组8从刀头安装口插入到粉碎腔1内。刀头安装口上封装有用于顶住锯齿状刀头组8的底板,底板通过紧固件固定在粉碎腔1上。该组合结构便于锯齿状刀头组8的更换,而且便于清理。锯齿状刀头组8包括多层锯齿刀头,多层锯齿刀头竖直对齐,凸起的刀刃形成一条竖直的长刀刃。层状刀盘2由粉碎腔外部的粉碎电机11驱动,层状刀盘2上设有多层独立的刀片。刀片沿着层状刀盘的轴向分布。层状刀盘2包括刀盘和刀组,刀组均沿着刀盘的径向伸出刀盘覆盖范围。刀盘包括:上刀盘13、下刀盘14、分隔刀盘15;刀组包括:上层刀组16和下层刀组17。上层刀组16位于上刀盘13和分隔刀盘14之间,下层刀组17位于下刀盘14和分隔刀盘15之间。上层刀组16为多层独立的条状刀片按照扇形分布状态依次层状排列组成,下层刀组17为多层独立的条状刀片依次层状排列组成。在上刀盘13与分隔刀盘15之间设有四根刀轴18,刀轴与刀盘的轴向平行,刀片的一端设有固定孔,刀片通过固定孔套装在刀轴上。在下层刀盘14的底面还设有刮板,其可以将下层刀盘14底下推挤的垃圾刮至粉碎腔出口。双层的刀组能够增加粉碎能力,上层刀组13成扇形层状排布,扇形的留余空间交大,整块垃圾可以得到充分的粉碎;下层刀组14则要求粉碎效果突出,所以直线依次排布层状。刀片外沿与粉碎腔内壁上的锯齿刀头能够有效的配合,将垃圾进一步的粉碎。
