Abstract

本发明公开一种单刀炮泥破碎机,主要包括支座、料斗、辊刀、电机、减速皮带轮、减速传动轴、轴承瓦箍、小齿轮、大齿轮、皮带护罩和齿轮护罩,所述支座为方钢焊制,所述料斗为钢板焊制,底部设有出料口,出料口两侧设有定刀矩阵,两端立壁中部位置设有对孔,所述辊刀两端通过轴承固定在对孔中。本发明将传统高速甩臂粉碎原理改为低速强力铰切破碎原理,通过减速装置降低转速,形成低速强力破碎效果,通过辊刀矩阵与料斗上定刀矩阵的铰切,可以将高硬度高粘度的炮泥彻底破碎成为颗粒状,解决了普通的破碎机或者粉碎机不能很好破碎炮泥,特别是高硬度高粘度炮泥的问题,辊刀矩阵和定刀矩阵的结构使得破碎效果好、速度快。

本发明涉及一种破碎机,尤其是一种单刀炮泥破碎机。
背景技术
无水炮泥的回收再利用,首先需要粉碎。无水炮泥中含有大量焦油沥青,冬天温度低时,成型的炮泥块硬度很高,夏天温度高时又具有很大的粘性。随着生产的发展,各种炮泥破碎的需求越来越多,特别是硬度高粘度大的特种炮泥。由于目前市场上没有专用设备,借用普通的破碎机或者粉碎机,经常会由于炮泥粘性大而被卡死,无法使用。因此研制一种专用炮泥破碎机就显得非常必要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种单刀炮泥破碎机,通过减速装置降低转速,形成低速强力破碎效果,通过辊刀上刀片矩阵与料斗上定刀矩阵的铰切,可以将高硬度高粘度的炮泥彻底破碎成为颗粒状。
本发明解决其技术问题的技术方案是:一种单刀炮泥破碎机,主要包括支座、料斗、辊刀、电机、减速皮带轮、减速传动轴、轴承瓦箍、小齿轮、大齿轮、皮带护罩和齿轮护罩,所述支座为方钢焊制,所述料斗、所述电机、所述减速传动轴、所述皮带护罩和所述齿轮护罩固定在所述支座上,所述料斗为钢板焊制,底部设有出料口,出料口两侧设有定刀矩阵,两端立壁中部位置设有对孔,所述辊刀两端通过轴承固定在对孔中。
所述辊刀上对称设有四组扇环形刀片矩阵,其刀片正对所述料斗上定刀矩阵的间隙,其间隙正对所述料斗上定刀矩阵的刀片,二者的配合形成犬牙交错状。
所述辊刀探出所述料斗壁外的轴上设有所述大齿轮,所述减速传动轴通过所述轴承瓦箍固定在所述支座上,其两端分别设有所述减速皮带轮和所述小齿轮,所述减速皮带轮通过传送皮带与所述电机相连接,所述小齿轮与所述大齿轮相啮合。
所述皮带护罩将所述电机上的皮带轮和所述减速皮带轮罩住,所述齿轮护罩将所述小齿轮和所述大齿轮罩住。
本发明的有益效果是,与现有技术相比,单刀炮泥破碎机将传统高速甩臂粉碎原理改为低速强力铰切破碎原理,解决了普通的破碎机或者粉碎机不能很好破碎炮泥,特别是高硬度高粘度炮泥的问题,辊刀矩阵和定刀矩阵的结构使得破碎效果好、速度快。

1.一种单刀炮泥破碎机,主要包括支座(1)、料斗(2)、辊刀(3)、电机(4)、减速皮带轮(5)、减速传动轴(6)、轴承瓦箍(7)、小齿轮(8)、大齿轮(9)、皮带护罩(10)和齿轮护罩(11),所述支座(1)为方钢焊制,所述料斗(2)、所述电机(4)、所述减速传动轴(6)、所述皮带护罩(10)和所述齿轮护罩(11)固定在所述支座(1)上,所述料斗(2)为钢板焊制,底部设有出料口,出料口两侧设有定刀矩阵,两端立壁中部位置设有对孔,所述辊刀(3)两端通过轴承固定在对孔中。
