背景技术
羊肉是具有优良营养特性的肉类食品,其肉质细嫩,味道鲜美,属于高蛋白、低脂肪、低胆固醇的营养食品,其味甘性温,温中暖下,强壮筋骨,厚肠胃,具有独特的营养保健功效。从羊肉营养成分来看,根据中国预防医学科学院营养与食品卫生研究所测定,与其他常见肉类相比,羊肉具有优良特质,其每100克可食瘦羊肉中蛋白质、脂肪和胆固醇的含量分别为20.5克、3.9克和62毫克,蛋白质含量高于其他普通肉类蛋白质的含量,而脂肪和胆固醇的含量在猪肉、牛肉、禽肉等普通肉类中相对较低。每100克羊肉蛋白质中的赖氨酸、精氨酸、组氨酸、苏氨酸、丝氨酸和酪氨酸的含量分别为8.7mg、7.6mg、2.4mg、5.3mg、6.3mg和4.9mg,均高于牛肉、猪肉和鸡肉蛋白质中各种氨基酸的含量,从这个意义上看,羊肉也具有优质健康的品质特性。近年来,羊肉的营养价值逐渐得到了越来越广泛的认可,其独特风味和健康安全的特质已深入人心,消费呈现逐年上涨态势。从消费数量来看,年我国人均羊肉消费量为2.96公斤(FAO数据),较1980年提高了6.4倍,增长速度远高于世界平均水平;从消费特点来看,近年来我国羊肉消费的季节性差异在减弱,火锅、烤肉等消费市场的发展使得羊肉消费从以秋冬季节消费为主向四季消费转变;从消费主体来看,羊肉消费人群在逐渐扩大,由以穆斯林和边疆牧区居民为主向全民扩展。
目前为止,各地肉羊还是以当地土种羊和杂交羊为主,生产性能低下,专门化的肉羊品种很缺乏,与国外品种有较大的差距,主要表现在体格小、繁殖率低、生长发育速度慢、饲料报酬低等方面。虽然不少地区利用从国外引进的肉羊品种与本地羊杂交,拟培育地方性肉羊品种,但杂交比较混乱,缺乏有计划的引导。引入的新品种仅有少数在企业和科研单位进行繁育提纯,而大多数都直接流入市场,品种质量和杂交效果又无法进行监测。由于我国地域辽阔,气候差别很大,生态条件不同,自然资源迥异,目前,还没有形成适合不同地域特点的杂交利用体系,缺乏统一规划的繁育体制,导致我国大多数羊肉是一些地方品种以及杂交羊肉,几乎没有专门化肉羊品种的羊肉,这就导致了肉羊生产水平低、产肉量低、品质差。近几年来,我国羊肉价格不断上涨,供需矛盾持续加大,一方面由于养殖数量减少,另一方面由于杂交优势远不如品种优势,仅靠杂交和地方品种很难提升羊肉生产水平,进而导致了羊肉市场混乱,假羊肉充斥市场,无法形成优质优价、羊肉分级销售的市场体系。为了给广大羊肉消费者提供优质羊肉,本发明利用复杂育成杂交模式,采用多胎基因选育技术和非粮饲养营养调控技术以及精准饲养管理技术生产雪花羊和雪花羊肉。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种雪花肉羊的培育方法,该方法培育得到的雪花肉羊所产羊肉香、鲜、嫩, 羊肉脂肪沉积到肌肉纤维之间,含有人体所需的氨基酸,且胆固醇含量低,每100克比一般羊肉低5-9克。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种雪花肉羊的培育方法,以湖羊为母本,黑头杜泊羊为父本,杂交得到黑杜湖一代羊群,选择一代公羊和母羊表型和花型分布,具体标准:全身黑白花,片花分布均匀,头黑白花;

本发明得到的雪花肉羊的肉中,含有丰富的人体所需的蛋白质氨基酸,每100g蛋白质氨基酸含量百分比分别为天门冬氨酸(ASP)8.83g、苏氨酸(THR)4.61g、丝氨酸(SER)3.82g、谷氨酸(GLU)13.76g、脯氨酸(PRO)3.32g、甘氨酸(GLY)4.17g、丙氨酸(ALA)5.32g、胱氨酸(CYS)1.25g、缬氨酸(VAL)4.77g、蛋氨酸(MET)2.26g、异亮氨酸(ILE)3.99g、亮氨酸(LEU)7.68g、酪氨酸(TYR)3.11g、苯丙氨酸(PHE)4.83g、组氨酸(HIS)3.37g、赖氨酸(LYS)8.44g、精氨酸(ARG)5.92g、色氨酸 (TRP) 1.16g。且在在每100克可食瘦肉中胆固醇含量为56-60克,比一般羊肉低5-9克。
Claims (5)
1.一种雪花肉羊的培育方法,其特征在于:以湖羊为母本,黑头杜泊羊为父本,杂交得到黑杜湖一代羊群,选择一代公羊和母羊表型和花型分布,具体标准:全身黑白花,片花分布均匀,头黑白花;
以小尾寒羊为母本,黑头杜泊羊为父本,杂交得到黑杜寒一代羊群,选择一代公羊和母羊表型和花型分布,具体标准:花头,身体部位分布有黑色,黑色总体面积不少于50%;
将黑杜湖一代公羊或母羊与黑杜寒一代母羊或公羊交配,生产二代黑杜湖寒羊,选留黑白花分布均匀的羔羊进行选育,即得到雪花肉羊。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种雪花肉羊的培育方法,其特征在于:所述的雪花肉羊的饲养密度为3平方米/只。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种雪花肉羊的培育方法,其特征在于:所述的雪花肉羊出生后10天开始饲喂羔羊开口料。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种雪花肉羊的培育方法,其特征在于:所述的雪花肉羊羔羊断奶后,食用羔羊育肥料,饲喂前将羔羊育肥料用其重量5-8%的啤酒糟进行混合调制。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种雪花肉羊的培育方法,其特征在于:所述的雪花肉羊每15天对羊进行背最长肌按摩和理毛。
