Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有红曲色素中药混合蛋白发酵物的蛋鸡功能性预混料,其技术要点是按1000份总量计:包括蛋鸡维生素核心料3‑5份、胆汁酸40‑60份、D‑泛酸1份、氯化胆碱1‑3份、磷酸氢钙130‑170份、蛋氨酸5‑15份、赖氨酸4‑8份、玉米纤维250‑350份、植酸酶1‑3份、五水硫酸铜1‑2份、一水硫酸亚铁13‑17份、一水硫酸锌13‑14份、一水硫酸锰16‑17份、亚硫酸钠3‑5份、碘化钾1份、抗氧剂1份和沸石粉70‑80份,余量为红曲色素中药混合蛋发酵物和砻糠。本发明提供了一种既让笼养鸡及家鸡产蛋率增加,又能使其蛋黄赋予散养土鸡相似的天然色素,提高蛋壳硬度和色度,提高鸡蛋品质的具有红曲色素中药混合蛋白发酵物的蛋鸡功能性预混料。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有红曲色素中药混合蛋白发酵物的蛋鸡预混料。
背景技术
蛋鸡产蛋期间产蛋量与饲料中蛋白质等营养元素是否均衡足量有关,而蛋黄的颜色也与饲料中脂溶性色素有关,一般散养鸡因为采食多样性,比如玉米、昆虫、多色植物等,被家禽肠道吸收的色素,不发生其它结构改变直接被组织液吸收转移到卵巢,在卵的形成过程几乎全部沉积到卵黄当中去。因此,野外散养鸡的蛋黄颜色一般比规模笼养鸡要深;同时在现有饲料中,由于营养物质配比及其含量不够合理,导致产蛋鸡的蛋壳破损率和软壳率普遍提高,蛋黄和蛋壳颜色浅,蛋品外观质量差。所以笼养鸡饲料配方,应注重改善蛋品内外质量功能,为适应目前规模化生产需要,预混料配方中添加提高蛋品功能成分是最有效的办法之一,因为预混料可以标准化批量生产,在这方面国内外实用技术研究不多,存在着巨大的革新改进空间。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种既让笼养鸡产蛋率增加,又能使其蛋黄赋予散养土鸡相似的天然色素,同时能提高蛋壳硬度和色度,提高鸡蛋品质的具有红曲色素中药混合蛋白发酵物的蛋鸡功能性预混料。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种红曲色素中药混合蛋白发酵物,其特征是:按总重量1000份计,包括:含红曲霉混合酵母菌80-120份、黄酒槽100-200份、姜黄粉50-100份、黄芪粉50-100份、银杏叶80-120份和红景天25-75份,余量为砻糠、豆粕粉或玉米粉。
一种红曲色素中药混合蛋白发酵物的生产工艺,其特征是:包括固态发酵培养基,所述固态发酵培养基中具有黄酒糟、姜黄粉、黄芪粉、银杏叶、红景天、豆粕粉、营养液和原料初始水分;
生产工艺如下:
(1)将固态发酵培养基混合均匀后接入混合酵母菌,发酵的接种量为10%;
(2)在温度为30摄氏度下发酵培养一周;
(3)发酵后形成固形物,并将其晾干或50摄氏度干燥;
(4)将固形物粉碎过100目筛,即得含中药红曲霉蛋白饲料。
优选的,所述混合酵母菌包括嗜酸乳杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、植物乳酸菌、黑曲霉、产元假丝酵母、热带假丝酵母和红曲霉。
优选的,嗜酸乳杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、植物乳酸菌、黑曲霉、产元假丝酵母、热带假丝酵母和红曲霉的配比为1:2:1:2:1:1:2。
一种具有权利要求1所述的红曲色素中药混合蛋白发酵物的蛋鸡功能性预混料,其特征是:按1000份总量计:包括蛋鸡维生素核心料3-5份、胆汁酸40-60份、D-泛酸1份、氯化胆碱1-3份、磷酸氢钙130-170份、蛋氨酸5-15份、赖氨酸4-8份、玉米纤维250-350份、植酸酶1-3份、五水硫酸铜1-2份、一水硫酸亚铁13-17份、一水硫酸锌13-14份、一水硫酸锰16-17份、亚硫酸钠3-5份、碘化钾1份、抗氧剂1份和沸石粉70-80份,余量为权利要求1所述的红曲色素中药混合蛋白发酵物和砻糠。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
1、姜黄粉是由植物姜黄干燥根茎磨制的粉末,是纯天然的“绿色”添加剂。姜黄粉具有抗炎、抗氧化、消除自由基、降低脂肪含量等作用。并且可以促进营养物质的消化吸收,提高动物生产性能。姜黄色素是一种天然黄色素,具有着色力强、色泽鲜艳、热稳定性强、安全无毒等特性,被认为是最有开发价值的食用天然色素之一;此外,由姜黄粉产生的姜黄色素还具有染色蛋黄和多种保健功能,被广泛用于医药、纺染、饲料等工业。
2、黄芪粉中富含多种微量元素,如多种氨基酸、叶酸及硒、锌等,黄芪粉可补脾益气,补肺固表,还有增强畜禽机体免疫力、降血压、保肝消炎的作用。
3、银杏叶性味甘苦涩平,有益心敛肺、化湿止泻等功效;银杏叶对动物体的作用较为广泛,如改善产蛋性能,降低鸡蛋胆固醇等作用。
4、红景天中含有35种微量元素,18种氨基酸,维生素A、D、E和抗衰老活性超氧化物,其营养成分齐全且配伍合理,红景天有中枢兴奋作用及“适应原样”效应,提高免疫功能;红景天所含有效成分具有强心镇静、调节新陈代谢、调节神经系统和内分泌系统双向调节作用,用于治疗养殖动物肺热咳嗽、延长产蛋高峰期、降低应激反应、提高规模养殖种群密度大耐缺氧能力。
5、红曲霉黄酒糟其主要成分有淀粉、糖、丰富蛋白质、纤维素和一些风味物质。蛋白质含有30%左右,氨基酸种类齐全,谷氨酸55.8g/kg占总氨基酸的18.3%,亮氨酸为9.54%,天冬氨酸9.11%,丝氨酸、甘氨酸和丙氨酸共占16.15%,黄酒糟是一种营养丰富的氨基酸饲料,同时含有大量酵母及红曲色素,红曲色素是红曲霉生长代谢产物,是一种天然红色素,还具有抑菌、增强免疫力,抗疲劳、降血压、降血脂、降血糖功效多种功能性和营养性。富含红曲霉的酒糟发酵饲料添加0.5%到饲料中,可有效提高蛋鸡产蛋率,降低破答蛋率,降低料蛋比,能有效提高蛋重和蛋黄质量,改善蛋黄着色度,降低蛋黄胆固醇含量,是一种理想的蛋白发酵饲料原料。
综上所述,综上得:姜黄色素、红曲色素,促进蛋黄、蛋壳颜色加深,提高蛋壳颜色的均匀度;改善蛋壳品质,减少破壳蛋、软壳蛋、沙壳蛋的发生率;无需添加任何抗生素,天然植物成分可提高动物抵抗力;发酵饲料富含多种氨基酸,可以改善禽蛋品质风味;延缓衰老,抗疲劳、延长产蛋高峰期30天左右。
具体实施方式
本发明具有红曲色素中药混合蛋白发酵物的蛋鸡功能性预混料作进一步的说明。
一种具有红曲色素中药混合蛋白发酵物,其配比实施例1:按总重量1000份计,包括:混合酵母菌80份、黄酒槽(折干)100份、姜黄粉50份、黄芪粉50份、银杏叶80份、红景天25份、砻糠390份和豆粕粉225份。
一种红曲色素中药混合蛋白发酵物,其配比实施例2:按总重量1000份计,包括:混合酵母菌90份、黄酒槽(折干)150份、姜黄粉75份、黄芪粉75份、银杏叶100份、红景天50份、砻糠260份和玉米粉200份。
一种红曲色素中药混合蛋白发酵物,其配比实施例3:按总重量1000份计,包括:混合酵母菌120份、黄酒槽(折干)200份、姜黄粉100份、黄芪粉100份、银杏叶120份、红景天75份、砻糠55份和 豆粕粉230份。
实施例1-3中的红曲色素中药混合蛋白发酵物的生产工艺,包括固态发酵培养基,所述固态发酵培养基中具有红曲黄酒糟、姜黄粉、银杏叶、红景天、豆粕或玉米粉、砻糠等构成。具体工艺如下:
⑴ 姜黄切片、银杏叶切丝、红景天打碎,万能粉碎机粉碎过100目筛,备用。
⑵ 将含水量为40-60%的新鲜红曲黄酒糟流通蒸汽灭菌20min放凉后与营养液(1%尿素、1.5%蔗糖水溶液)和适量水混合打浆。
⑶ 将固态发酵培养基粉状物料,中药粉、混合酵母菌、豆粕或玉米、砻糠等先混合7分钟,再与打浆物搅拌均匀,标准是握起成团,轻捏即散,无多余水流出为度。
⑷ 将固态发酵培养物装袋,控制温度为30摄氏度,无氧发酵培养一周(具体看菌丝及发酵气味而定)。
⑸ 发酵结束后形成松散固形物,并将其晾干或50摄氏度干燥。
⑹ 将干燥物粉碎过100目筛,即得含中药红曲色素蛋白发酵物。
进一步的,所述混合酵母菌包括嗜酸乳杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、植物乳酸菌、黑曲霉、产元假丝酵母、热带假丝酵母和红曲霉,且嗜酸乳杆菌、枯草芽孢、杆菌植物乳酸菌、黑曲霉、产元假丝酵母、热带假丝酵母和红曲霉的配比为1:2:1:2:1:1:2。
一种具有红曲色素中药混合蛋白发酵物的蛋鸡功能性预混料,其配比方式1:按1000份总量计:包括蛋鸡维生素核心料3份、胆汁酸40份、D-泛酸1份、氯化胆碱1份、磷酸氢钙130份、蛋氨酸5份、赖氨酸4份、玉米纤维250份、植酸酶1份、五水硫酸铜1份、一水硫酸亚铁13份、一水硫酸锌13份、一水硫酸锰16份、亚硫酸钠3份、碘化钾1份、抗氧剂1份、沸石粉70份以及红曲色素中药混合蛋白发酵物(配比实施例1-3均可)270份、砻糠177份。
一种红曲色素中药混合蛋白发酵物的蛋鸡功能性预混料,其配比方式2:按1000份总量计:包括蛋鸡维生素核心料4份、胆汁酸50份、D-泛酸1份、氯化胆碱2份、磷酸氢钙150份、蛋氨酸10份、赖氨酸6份、玉米纤维300份、植酸酶2份、五水硫酸铜1.5份、一水硫酸亚铁15份、一水硫酸锌13.5份、一水硫酸锰16.5份、亚硫酸钠4份、碘化钾1份、抗氧剂1份、沸石粉75份以及红曲色素中药混合蛋白发酵物(配比实施例1-3均可)240份、砻糠107.5份。
一种红曲色素中药混合蛋白发酵物的蛋鸡功能性预混料,其配比方式3:按1000份总量计:包括蛋鸡维生素核心料5份、胆汁酸60份、D-泛酸1份、氯化胆碱3份、磷酸氢钙170份、蛋氨酸15份、赖氨酸8份、玉米纤维350份、植酸酶3份、五水硫酸铜2份、一水硫酸亚铁17份、一水硫酸锌14份、一水硫酸锰17份、亚硫酸钠5份、碘化钾1份、抗氧剂1份、沸石粉80份以及红曲色素中药混合蛋白发酵物(配比实施例1-3均可)218份、砻糠30份。
通过本发明与普通市面流通蛋鸡饲料对照试验得:
8000只鸡,100日龄开始饲喂本品,与普通市面流通蛋鸡饲料对比,产蛋率提高7.5%,每只蛋鸡多产蛋4-8枚,料蛋比降低6.3%,日省饲料1-3%,死淘率降低22%,蛋壳颜色改观,蛋黄普遍加深,类似散养土鸡。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,本发明的保护范围并不仅局限于上述实施例,凡属于本发明思路下的技术方案均属于本发明的保护范围。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理前提下的若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种红曲色素中药混合蛋白发酵物,其特征是:按总重量1000份计,包括:含红曲霉混合酵母菌80-120份、黄酒槽100-200份、姜黄粉50-100份、黄芪粉50-100份、银杏叶80-120份和红景天25-75份,余量为砻糠、豆粕粉或玉米粉。
2.一种红曲色素中药混合蛋白发酵物的生产工艺,其特征是:包括固态发酵培养基,所述固态发酵培养基中具有黄酒糟、姜黄粉、黄芪粉、银杏叶、红景天、豆粕粉、营养液和原料初始水分;
生产工艺如下:
(1)将固态发酵培养基混合均匀后接入混合酵母菌,发酵的接种量为10%;
(2)在温度为30摄氏度下发酵培养一周;
(3)发酵后形成固形物,并将其晾干或50摄氏度干燥;
(4)将固形物粉碎过100目筛,即得含中药红曲霉蛋白饲料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的红曲色素中药混合蛋白发酵物的生产工艺,其特征是:所述混合酵母菌包括嗜酸乳杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、植物乳酸菌、黑曲霉、产元假丝酵母、热带假丝酵母和红曲霉。
4.根据权利要求3所述的红曲色素中药混合蛋白发酵物的生产工艺,其特征是:嗜酸乳杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、植物乳酸菌、黑曲霉、产元假丝酵母、热带假丝酵母和红曲霉的配比为1:2:1:2:1:1:2。
5.一种具有权利要求1所述的红曲色素中药混合蛋白发酵物的蛋鸡功能性预混料,其特征是:按1000份总量计:包括蛋鸡维生素核心料3-5份、胆汁酸40-60份、D-泛酸1份、氯化胆碱1-3份、磷酸氢钙130-170份、蛋氨酸5-15份、赖氨酸4-8份、玉米纤维250-350份、植酸酶1-3份、五水硫酸铜1-2份、一水硫酸亚铁13-17份、一水硫酸锌13-14份、一水硫酸锰16-17份、亚硫酸钠3-5份、碘化钾1份、抗氧剂1份和沸石粉70-80份,余量为权利要求1所述的红曲色素中药混合蛋发酵物和砻糠。
