背景技术
我国棉籽粕资源丰富,是一种优良的蛋白饲料资源。棉籽粕中色氨酸、蛋氨酸丰富,维生素含量也较高。地衣芽孢杆菌以其耐高温、耐酸碱、抗逆性强、易贮存等特点被广泛作为益生菌或致病菌竞争性抑制剂应用于畜禽养殖业中。地衣芽孢杆菌可以维持肠道菌群的平衡,同时益生菌具有促进生长,防止腹泻,提高机体免疫力,缓解过敏反应,降低血中胆固醇等作用。地衣芽孢杆菌可以通过促进肠道优势菌群的生长而进一步提高营养物质的消化和吸收,具有明显地促生长作用和降低料重比的功能。地衣芽孢杆菌在生长繁殖过程中能产生维生素B1、B2、B6、C和K2,为动物提供维生素营养,作为益生菌颗粒保藏时以孢子形式存在,不易死亡。孢子在蛋鸡肠道内能迅速复活,消耗大量氧气维持肠道厌氧环境,从而抑制致病菌的生长。而且复活的孢子能产生多种高活性的水解酶类,降解饲料中各种有机物,促进蛋鸡对营养物质的吸收。
鸡蛋作为营养丰富、价格便宜的主要副食品深受人们的欢迎 ,然而高含量的胆固醇给长期摄食鸡蛋人们的健康带来威胁,制约了人们对鸡蛋的消费和膳食结构的改善。改善人们的饮食和健康、提高养殖水平的角度考虑,研究开发低胆固醇鸡蛋是我国畜牧生产的重要工作之一。降低鸡蛋中胆固醇含量对减少心血管疾病的发生具有重要意义。本发明的鸡饲料主要针对于蛋鸡,力求减少蛋鸡所产的鸡蛋中胆固醇的含量,提高鸡蛋的质量,增加蛋鸡的产蛋率。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种降低鸡蛋胆固醇含量蛋鸡饲料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种降低鸡蛋胆固醇含量蛋鸡饲料,由下列重量份的原料制成:麦麸90-100、蟹壳粉10-13、油麦菜30-33、蚕蛹7-9、杨梅12-14、棉籽粕30-35、槐花8-11、白糖8-11、灵芝菌糠20-25、陈皮4-5、银杏叶3-4、胡萝卜30-35、白酒、地衣芽孢杆菌、乳酸杆菌、水适量。
根据权利要求书1所述降低鸡蛋胆固醇含量蛋鸡饲料,制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)将槐花与白砂糖以1:1铺一层槐花撒一层白糖,注入白酒以刚好淹没槐花为宜,密封,浸渍处理3-4天,分离浸渍液与槐花残渣;
(2)将棉籽粕经膨化处理后制成粉末,加入步骤1的槐花残渣、蟹壳粉、地衣芽孢杆菌以及适量水混合均匀,37℃培养15-20小时,得培养物料;
(3)将胡萝卜蒸软,再将油麦菜放入开水中烫熟后捞出再与步骤1的浸渍液混合后打浆,得混合浆液;
(4)将灵芝菌糠进行高压蒸汽处理后与步骤3的混合浆液混合后进行胶体磨,制成浆料,再将陈皮、银杏叶进行微粉后与上述浆料、乳酸杆菌混合均匀,35℃条件下发酵30-40小时,得发酵物料;
(5)将杨梅打成果汁,再将蚕蛹烤香趁热与杨梅汁混合处理20-30分钟,打成浆汁,得混合浆汁;
(6)将麦麸放入烤箱中烤香,再与步骤2的培养物料、步骤4的发酵物料、步骤5的混合浆汁以及其他剩余成分混合均匀,低温烘干,造粒,即可。
本发明的优点是:槐花用白酒与白糖浸渍后可以提取槐花的香味,使得浸渍液具有和谐的槐花香味和酒香味。棉籽粕经膨化可有效降低棉籽粕中抗营养因子的含量,使淀粉糊化、蛋白质变性,从而改善饲料品质,提高动物对饲料的利用率。地衣芽孢杆菌产生的蛋白酶具有较强的水解能力,可以水解棉籽粕中的大分子物质,促进棉籽粕的消化和吸收。将灵芝菌糠进行高压蒸汽处理可以有灭菌的效果。再与胡萝卜汁协同作用可以极显著降低蛋黄胆固醇含量,提高产蛋率和饲料利用率,加深蛋黄色泽,降低鸡蛋的破损率,提高蛋鸡的生产性能。研究表明陈皮对乳酸杆菌的生长有促进作用,陈皮作为一种协同剂,不仅能够提高乳酸菌的生存率,延长其作用时间,使乳酸菌以更大的数量到达体内,而且能刺激肠道内源性及外源性乳酸菌的定植和生长,此外还能够增强乳酸菌的代谢活性。胆固醇主要来源于肝脏合成的蛋黄前体,银杏叶超微粉主要成分银杏黄酮苷类和银杏内酯类对蛋黄前体的转运系统进行调控,进而降低了鸡蛋中胆固醇的沉积。蟹壳提取物可显著降低鸡血清和蛋黄中胆固醇的含量,油麦菜具有降低胆固醇、清燥润肺的作用。本发明可以降低鸡蛋中胆固醇含量,提高了饲料的诱食性和消化利用率降低了原料成本。

一种降低鸡蛋胆固醇含量蛋鸡饲料,由下列重量份的原料制成:麦麸90、蟹壳粉10、油麦菜30、蚕蛹7、杨梅12、棉籽粕30、槐花8、白糖8、灵芝菌糠20、陈皮4、银杏叶3、胡萝卜30、白酒、地衣芽孢杆菌、乳酸杆菌、水适量。
根据权利要求书1所述降低鸡蛋胆固醇含量蛋鸡饲料,制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)将槐花与白砂糖以1:1铺一层槐花撒一层白糖,注入白酒以刚好淹没槐花为宜,密封,浸渍处理3天,分离浸渍液与槐花残渣;
(2)将棉籽粕经膨化处理后制成粉末,加入步骤1的槐花残渣、蟹壳粉、地衣芽孢杆菌以及适量水混合均匀,37℃培养15小时,得培养物料;
(3)将胡萝卜蒸软,再将油麦菜放入开水中烫熟后捞出再与步骤1的浸渍液混合后打浆,得混合浆液;
(4)将灵芝菌糠进行高压蒸汽处理后与步骤3的混合浆液混合后进行胶体磨,制成浆料,再将陈皮、银杏叶进行微粉后与上述浆料、乳酸杆菌混合均匀,35℃条件下发酵30小时,得发酵物料;
(5)将杨梅打成果汁,再将蚕蛹烤香趁热与杨梅汁混合处理20分钟,打成浆汁,得混合浆汁;
(6)将麦麸放入烤箱中烤香,再与步骤2的培养物料、步骤4的发酵物料、步骤5的混合浆汁以及其他剩余成分混合均匀,低温烘干,造粒,即可。
为了进一步说明本发明的应用价值,实施人将200只蛋鸡按照日龄、体重、健康状况相同的原则将蛋鸡平均分为实验组与对照组两组,实验组喂本发明的蛋鸡饲料,对照组喂传统蛋鸡饲料,试验期为3个月,试验结果为实验组蛋鸡进食活跃,产蛋量提高12.4%,蛋黄中胆固醇含量降低7.7%,蛋重提高2.8%,受精率提高1.6%且蛋黄颜色较深。
Claims (2)
1.一种降低鸡蛋胆固醇含量蛋鸡饲料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:麦麸90-100、蟹壳粉10-13、油麦菜30-33、蚕蛹7-9、杨梅12-14、棉籽粕30-35、槐花8-11、白糖8-11、灵芝菌糠20-25、陈皮4-5、银杏叶3-4、胡萝卜30-35、白酒、地衣芽孢杆菌、乳酸杆菌、水适量。
2.根据权利要求书1所述降低鸡蛋胆固醇含量蛋鸡饲料,其特征在于,制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)将槐花与白砂糖以1:1铺一层槐花撒一层白糖,注入白酒以刚好淹没槐花为宜,密封,浸渍处理3-4天,分离浸渍液与槐花残渣;
(2)将棉籽粕经膨化处理后制成粉末,加入步骤1的槐花残渣、蟹壳粉、地衣芽孢杆菌以及适量水混合均匀,37℃培养15-20小时,得培养物料;
(3)将胡萝卜蒸软,再将油麦菜放入开水中烫熟后捞出再与步骤1的浸渍液混合后打浆,得混合浆液;
(4)将灵芝菌糠进行高压蒸汽处理后与步骤3的混合浆液混合后进行胶体磨,制成浆料,再将陈皮、银杏叶进行微粉后与上述浆料、乳酸杆菌混合均匀,35℃条件下发酵30-40小时,得发酵物料;
(5)将杨梅打成果汁,再将蚕蛹烤香趁热与杨梅汁混合处理20-30分钟,打成浆汁,得混合浆汁;
(6)将麦麸放入烤箱中烤香,再与步骤2的培养物料、步骤4的发酵物料、步骤5的混合浆汁以及其他剩余成分混合均匀,低温烘干,造粒,即可。
