Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种带一个钻头尖端部分的钻头。
由EP-B1-172148已知一种这样的钻头。这种钻头其钻尖部分是做成多件的。此外它通过径向穿过槽的夹紧螺钉夹紧。
本发明的目的在于:使开头所说的那种钻头具备更好的性能和操作更方便的夹紧装置。
这个目的通过这种钻头得到解决,它带一个包含钻削刃的,特别是完全由硬质合金整体组成的和在由工具钢制成的钻头体的端头上可拆卸地固定的钻尖部分,一其中钻头体的端头有一条径向的且其平面在钻头体的轴线方向延伸的、用来安装钻尖部分的槽,并且在槽的区域包含钻尖部分的定心装置,一其中钻头体在它的圆周上具有基本上沿轴线方向分布的、延伸到槽区域的容屑槽,一容屑槽在钻尖部分区域内一直延伸到它的切削刃,并且一其中槽的侧壁至少局部相互平行,并平行于轴的线,钻尖部分以它的与槽侧壁相应并且对峙侧面借助于插塞夹紧配合利用弹性被槽侧壁所施加的压力受力合适地夹紧在槽中。
这种解决方案的特征在于“自夹紧”特性,只需将钻尖部分放在槽内。夹紧的钻头部分壁厚和槽的两侧之间距离间的尺寸关系用于决定夹紧的强度。在钻头进给方向钻头部分通过槽的底部支承。
通过另一种方案可以使夹紧得到改善。引入辅助导向面的压紧分力和由槽壁施加的压紧分力形成一个合夹紧力,通过这个力使钻尖部分特别是在径向外缘部分压向槽的侧壁。
通过使钻头体在大致中心部位开了一条平行于槽并从槽底出发沿轴线方向的槽,它具有一个用来调整槽侧壁或者附属于它的导向面的弹性特性的、沿轴线方向延伸的槽深,可以产生弹性压紧特性。
按本发明的一种变型结构形式,它与弹性的存在、由槽侧施加在钻尖镶嵌件上的夹紧压力无关或关系很小。这里作用在钻尖部分上的径向夹紧压力可以通过钻尖部分的轴向夹紧产生或强化,并且这个方案也不需要辅助导向面,尽管它在这种结构方案中也能得到有利的应用。
在一个能方便地实现钻尖部分夹紧的解决方案中,具有一个与轴心线大致同心的,穿过槽的并以它的螺纹拧入钻尖部分的、可以从钻头尾部伸进来的固定螺钉。另外,一个拉紧螺钉可作为固定螺钉,并且钻头具有一个受力或材料合适的镶入钻尖部分的带螺孔的套,一个可以榫插入槽底的钻尖部分的轴向附件作为径向定心零件,也可以是带螺孔的套作为定心零件。

第一种结构形式的钻头主要由钻头体1和一个镶在它端头2的钻尖部分3组成。钻尖部分3最好做成整体的,并且完全由硬质合金制成它包含切削刃4。在工作时钻头部分3得到驱动向旋转方向5旋转。
钻头体由工具钢制成。
钻头体1的端头2设有一个径向的、其平面在钻头体1的轴线方向6延伸的槽宽8的槽7。槽7用来安装钻尖部分3。它在槽的部分会有较后面还要叙述的、钻尖部分3的定心装置。
钻头体1在它的圆周上具有基本上沿轴向6分布的、并在槽7的区域向端2的方向延伸的容屑槽9。在完整的钻头中容屑槽9在钻尖部分3的区域一直向切削刃4的方向延伸。槽7的侧壁10、11至少局部相互平行,并与钻头体轴线12平行。
钻尖部分3以它的与槽侧壁10、11相对应的并与它相对峙的侧面13、14借助于插塞夹紧配合利用弹性被槽侧壁10、11所施加的压力受力合适地夹紧在槽7中。
在槽7的侧壁10、11和容屑槽9之间径向方向上各设置一个附加的、差不多径向向外回的导向面15、16,它基本上平行于钻头的轴心线12分布,并与槽侧壁10、11构成一个钝角17。钻尖部分3在相应的差不多径向向外突出的肩部20、21上具有与导向面15、16相应和相对峙的对应导向面18、19。钻尖部分3以这个凸肩20、21附加地、受力合适地在对应导向面18、19之间夹紧。钝角17的大小大约为150~160°。
钻头体1在大致中心部位平行于槽7沿轴线方向6开了一条从槽底22出发的槽(槽23)。槽23在轴线方向6的深度用来确定槽侧10、11以及附属于它的导向面15、16的径向向内的弹性特性。槽7的底面22大致上垂直于轴心线12分布。钻尖部分3以它的相应底平面24支承在槽底22上。
如果在图中所示的槽侧壁10、11以及导向面15、16朝向槽底22的区域具有一个略微朝槽底22方向收缩的取向。这与槽侧壁10、11和导向面15、16相互并与轴线12平行的实质并不矛盾,也与钻尖部分3对应面的相应取向不矛盾。然而无论如何这种收缩的取向使钻尖部分3嵌入方便。
在按图11的第二种结构形式中带槽宽28的槽7具有一个类似于第一种结构形式中槽7的结构。这里槽具有参考符号27,在这种结构形式中钻头体1在大致中心部位也开了平行于槽27并从槽底出发沿轴线方向6的槽(槽23)。在这种结构形式中槽底32从槽侧壁10、11出发从两侧径向向内逐渐升高直到轴向槽23,从而以它的底面33、34形成一个屋顶形状。钻尖部分43的底面35制成相应于槽底32的屋顶形状,它具有一个比槽底32的屋顶倾角31略小的尖顶角30。
钻尖部分43沿轴线方向6这样地相对于槽底32夹紧,特别是用螺钉拧紧,使夹紧压力在槽27的侧壁10、11上产生相向的夹紧压力。一个与轴心线12大致同心的、穿过槽23的、以它的螺纹拧入钻尖部分43的、可以从钻头尾部40的下面或后面伸进来的固定螺钉41用来夹紧钻尖部分。它可以做成紧固螺钉。在钻尖部分43上受力或材料合适地镶入一个带螺孔的套42是合适的,因为直接在硬质合金零件上做一个紧固螺孔可能会有问题。在本实施例中带螺孔的套42做成可以用榫头插入槽底32的钻尖部分43的轴向附件,并用来作为钻尖部分43的径向定心零件。固定螺钉41也可以作为这种定位零件。
Claims (12)
1.钻头,带一个:
包含钻削刃的,
特别是完全由硬质合金整体组成的和
在由工具钢制成的钻头体(1)的端头(2)上可拆卸地固定的钻尖部分(3),
一其中钻头体(1)的端头(2)有一条径向的且其平面在钻头体(1)的轴线方向(6)延伸的、用来安装钻尖部分(3)的槽(7),并且在槽的区域包含钻尖部分(3)的定心装置,
