Abstract

本发明涉及一种连铸大包长水口氩封保护装置。大包长水口一端有碗口，碗口的轴心有钢流孔，大包长水口的碗口外密封固定套筒，套筒与碗口外表面之间有空腔，套筒壁上有与空腔相通的接头，套筒上有与所述的钢流孔对应的风流孔。它结构简单，氩封通气孔不会被堵死，氩气完全将钢流与空气隔绝，对钢流起到保护作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种连铸大包长水口，特别涉及一种连铸大包长水口氩封保护装置。
背景技术
如图1所示，目前，大包长水口12的氩封通气孔11在碗口10的侧壁上，在浇钢过程中经常被溅钢溅渣堵死，起不到氩封的效果，使得钢水被二次氧化，造成质量事故。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺点，本发明提供一种连铸大包长水口氩封保护装置。它结构简单，氩封通气孔不会被堵死，氩气完全将钢流与空气隔绝，对钢流起到保护作用。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：大包长水口一端有碗口，碗口的轴心有钢流孔，大包长水口的碗口外密封固定套筒，套筒与碗口外表面之间有空腔，套筒壁上有与空腔相通的接头，套筒上有与所述的钢流孔对应的风流孔。
本发明结构简单，氩封通气孔不会被堵死，氩气完全将钢流与空气隔绝，对钢流起到保护作用。

具体实施方式
如图2所示，大包长水口7一端有碗口1，碗口1的轴心有钢流孔2，大包长水口7的碗口1外密封固定套筒4，套筒4与碗口1外表面之间有空腔5，套筒4壁上有与空腔5相通的接头6，套筒4上有与所述的钢流孔2对应的风流孔3。
所述套筒4的内壁上固定有导流板(图中未画出)。作用一是保证空腔5的间隙均匀、固定不变，二是对引导风向，使风流孔3出风均匀。
所述的导流板为多头螺旋板。
所述的导流板为直板。

1.一种连铸大包长水口氩封保护装置，其特征在于：大包长水口(7)一端有碗口(1)，碗口(1)的轴心有钢流孔(2)，大包长水口(7)的碗口(1)外密封固定套筒(4)，套筒(4)与碗口(1)外表面之间有空腔(5)，套筒(4)壁上有与空腔(5)相通的接头(6)，套筒(4)上有与所述的钢流孔(2)对应的风流孔(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连铸大包长水口氩封保护装置，其特征在于：所述套筒(4)的内壁上固定有导流板(图中未画出)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的连铸大包长水口氩封保护装置，其特征在于：所述的导流板为多头螺旋板。
4.根据权利要求2所述的连铸大包长水口氩封保护装置，其特征在于：所述的导流板为直板。
