Abstract
本发明公开了一种显示面板、显示面板制作方法及驱动方法、显示装置,属于显示器领域。所述显示面板包括:有机发光二极管OLED面板、设置在OLED面板上的反射式液晶显示器LCD面板、以及驱动电路;所述驱动电路用于根据控制信号驱动所述OLED面板或所述反射式LCD面板进行显示。本发明通过将OLED面板和反射式LCD面板设置在一起,并通过驱动电路控制OLED面板或反射式LCD面板进行显示,解决了现有显示器件显示方式较为单一的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及显示器领域,特别涉及一种显示面板、显示面板制作方法及驱动方法、显示装置。
背景技术
目前,显示技术主要包括有机发光二极管(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,简称OLED)技术和液晶显示器(Liquid Crystal Display,简称LCD)技术两大类。
然而,现有的OLED显示器件和LCD显示器件的显示方式均较为单一。
发明内容
为了解决现有的显示器件的显示方式较为单一的问题,本发明实施例提供了一种显示面板、显示面板制作方法及驱动方法、显示装置。所述技术方案如下:
第一方面,本发明实施例提供了一种显示面板,所述显示面板包括:有机发光二极管OLED面板、设置在OLED面板上的反射式液晶显示器LCD面板、以及驱动电路;
所述驱动电路用于根据控制信号驱动所述OLED面板或所述反射式LCD面板进行显示。
在本发明实施例的一种实现方式中,所述显示面板还包括:与所述驱动电路连接的控制模块;
所述控制模块,用于获取用户输入指令;根据所述用户输入指令生成所述控制信号;或者,
获取外部环境光的亮度;根据所述外部环境光的亮度生成所述控制信号。
在本发明实施例的另一种实现方式中,所述显示面板还包括:光感应传感器,所述控制模块与所述光感应传感器连接,所述光感应传感器用于检测所述外部环境光的亮度;
所述控制模块,用于当所述外部环境光的亮度大于或等于设定值时,生成控制所述反射式LCD面板显示的控制信号;当所述外部环境光的亮度小于所述设定值时,生成控制所述OLED面板显示的控制信号。
在本发明实施例的另一种实现方式中,所述OLED面板包括基板,依次设置在所述基板上的阳极、发光层和阴极,以及设置在所述基板上且包裹所述阳极、发光层和阴极的封装层;
反射式LCD面板包括像素电极、上基板以及设置在所述像素电极和所述上基板之间的液晶,所述像素电极设置在所述封装层上;
所述OLED面板的阴极为所述反射式LCD面板的反射层。
在本发明实施例的另一种实现方式中,当所述反射式LCD面板为平面转换IPS型或高级超维场转换ADS型LCD面板时,所述驱动电路用于在所述反射式LCD面板显示时,向所述阳极输入公共信号,在所述OLED面板显示时,向所述阳极输入阳极信号。
在本发明实施例的另一种实现方式中,所述基板包括衬底基板和设置在所述衬底基板上的TFT电路,所述TFT电路分别与所述像素电极、所述阳极和所述驱动电路连接;
所述TFT电路包括:多根平行设置的栅线、多根平行设置的数据线、多个第一晶体管、多个选择电路、多个第二晶体管,所述栅线和所述数据线交叉设置,每根所述栅线和所述数据线交叉处设置一个所述第一晶体管、一个所述选择电路和一个所述第二晶体管,所述第一晶体管的栅极连接所述栅线,所述第一晶体管的源极连接所述数据线,所述第一晶体管的漏极连接所述选择电路的输入端,所述选择电路的第一输出端连接所述第二晶体管的栅极,所述选择电路的第二输出端连接所述像素电极,所述选择电路的控制端用于在所述控制信号的作用下接通输入端和第一输出端或者第二输出端,所述第二晶体管的源极连接电源电压,所述第二晶体管的漏极连接所述阳极,所述栅线、所述数据线和所述选择电路的控制端均与所述驱动电路连接。
在本发明实施例的另一种实现方式中,所述选择电路包括P型金属氧化物半导体场P-MOS晶体管和N型金属氧化物半导体N-MOS晶体管,所述P-MOS晶体管和所述N-MOS晶体管的栅极同时连接控制信号,所述P-MOS晶体管和所述N-MOS晶体管的源极同时连接所述第一晶体管的漏极,所述N-MOS晶体管的漏极连接所述像素电极,所述P-MOS晶体管的漏极连接所述第二晶体管的栅极。
在本发明实施例的另一种实现方式中,所述TFT电路与所述像素电极通过设置在所述封装层外部的走线连接;或者,
所述封装层上设有过孔,所述TFT电路与所述像素电极通过所述过孔连接。

第三方面,本发明实施例还提供了一种显示面板制作方法,用于制作权利要求第一方面所述的显示面板,所述方法包括:
在OLED面板上设置反射式LCD面板;
将所述OLED面板和所述反射式LCD面板与驱动电路电连接,所述驱动电路用于根据控制信号驱动所述OLED面板或所述反射式LCD面板进行显示。
在本发明实施例的一种实现方式中,所述在OLED面板上设置反射式LCD面板,包括:
制作所述反射式LCD面板,所述反射式LCD面板包括衬底基板;
将所述反射式LCD面板的衬底基板剥离后,贴合到所述OLED面板上。
在本发明实施例的另一种实现方式中,所述将所述OLED面板和所述反射式LCD面板与驱动电路电连接,包括:

在本发明实施例的另一种实现方式中,所述根据所述外部环境光的亮度生成所述控制信号,包括:
当所述外部环境光的亮度大于或等于设定值时,生成控制所述反射式LCD面板显示的控制信号;当所述外部环境光的亮度小于所述设定值时,生成控制所述OLED面板显示的控制信号。
在本发明实施例的另一种实现方式中,所述方法还包括:当所述反射式LCD面板为IPS型或ADS型LCD面板时,在所述反射式LCD面板显示时,向所述阳极输入公共信号,在所述OLED面板显示时,向所述阳极输入阳极信号。
本发明实施例提供的技术方案带来的有益效果是:
本发明通过将OLED面板和反射式LCD面板设置在一起,并通过驱动电路控制OLED面板或反射式LCD面板进行显示,解决了现有显示器件显示方式较为单一的问题。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本发明实施方式作进一步地详细描述。
图1是本发明实施例提供的一种显示面板的结构示意图,参见图1,显示面板包括:有机发光二极管OLED面板100、设置在OLED面板100上的反射式液晶显示器LCD面板200、以及驱动电路300;驱动电路300用于根据控制信号驱动OLED面板100或反射式LCD面板200进行显示。
本发明通过将OLED面板100和反射式LCD面板200设置在一起,并通过驱动电路300控制OLED面板100或反射式LCD面板200进行显示,解决了现有显示器件显示方式较为单一的问题。
再次参见图1,该显示面板还可以包括:与驱动电路300连接的控制模块400;控制模块400,用于获取用户输入指令;根据用户输入指令生成控制信号;或者,获取外部环境光的亮度;根据外部环境光的亮度生成控制信号。也就是说,在本发明中,控制模块400根据用户输入或者外部环境光来生成控制信号,将控制信号传输给驱动电路300,从而控制OLED或LCD进行显示,实现OLED和LCD显示的切换;上述两种控制信号生成方式,分别能够实现该显示面板的手动或者自动控制。
当控制模块400根据外部环境光的亮度生成控制信号时,该显示面板还可以包括:光感应传感器,控制模块400与光感应传感器连接,光感应传感器用于检测外部环境光的亮度;控制模块400,用于当外部环境光的亮度大于或等于设定值时,生成控制反射式LCD面板200显示的控制信号;当外部环境光的亮度小于设定值时,生成控制OLED面板100显示的控制信号。
由于反射式LCD面板200可以利用环境光反射作为背光源,因此在外部环境光亮度较高时,采用反射式LCD面板200进行显示,反射式LCD面板200没有背光源,节省了背光源所需能量,功耗低;而当外部环境光亮度较低时,可以采用OLED面板100进行显示,避免只采用反射式LCD面板200时,显示面板在这种情况下无法显示;采用这种反射式LCD面板200和OLED面板100结合的显示方式,使得显示面板在可以在环境光亮度高时间采用反射式LCD面板200显示,其余时间内采用OLED面板100显示,使得平均功耗低于普通LCD和OLED的功耗。
当控制模块400根据用户输入指令生成控制信号时,该显示面板还可以包括:用户输入模块,控制模块400与用户输入模块连接,用户输入模块用于将用户输入信号传输给控制模块400。控制模块400包括控制开关、键盘、触控面板等部件中的至少一个。
图2是图1提供的显示面板中OLED面板100和反射式LCD面板200的一种结构示意图,参见图2,OLED面板100包括基板101,依次设置在基板101上的阳极102、发光层103和阴极104,以及设置在基板101上且包裹阳极102、发光层103和阴极104的封装层105;反射式LCD面板200包括像素电极201、上基板202以及设置在像素电极201和上基板202之间的液晶203,像素电极201设置在封装层105上;OLED面板100的阴极104为反射式LCD面板200的反射层。将反射LCD的反射层与OLED的阴极104复用,节省材料,降低显示面板厚度。
采用上述结构制成的OLED面板100既可以是顶发射型OLED(发出的光是从器件的顶部出射),也可以是底发射型OLED(发出的光是从器件的底部出射)。
其中,阳极102可以包括依次设置在基板101上的氧化铟锡(Indium Tin Oxide,简称ITO)走线层、银(Ag)反射层和ITO电极层。其中,ITO走线层和ITO电极层也可以采用氧化铟锌(Indium Zinc Oxide,简称IZO)走线层和IZO电极层等代替。
其中,阴极104可以采用银、银镁(Mg)合金等材料制成。
其中,像素电极201可以由透明导电材料制成,例如可以是ITO或IZO薄膜电极。
其中,封装层105为透明绝缘层,例如氮化硅层、树脂层等,在实现绝缘保护的同时增强透光性。
其中,上基板202为彩膜基板,彩膜基板通常包括衬底基板、色阻层和黑矩阵等结构。
在本发明实施例中,当反射式LCD面板200为平面转换IPS型或高级超维场转换ADS型LCD面板200时,驱动电路300用于在反射式LCD面板200显示时,向阳极102输入公共信号,在OLED面板100显示时,向阳极102输入阳极信号。将LCD的公共电极与OLED的阳极102复用,减小显示面板厚度,节省材料。
在本发明实施例中,基板101可以包括衬底基板和设置在衬底基板上的TFT电路,TFT电路分别与像素电极201、阳极102和驱动电路300连接。TFT电路同时与像素电极201、阳极102和驱动电路300连接,实现一个TFT电路同时控制OLED面板100和反射LCD面板200,省去了反射LCD中的TFT电路,减小了显示面板厚度。
其中,衬底基板可以是玻璃基板、塑料基板、硅基板等。
其中,TFT电路可以包括:多根平行设置的栅线、多根平行设置的数据线、多个第一晶体管、多个选择电路和多个第二晶体管。图3为本发明实施例提供TFT电路的电路图(仅显示了TFT电路的一部分),如图3所示,TFT电路中栅线gate和数据线data交叉设置,每根栅线和数据线交叉处设置一个第一晶体管T1、一个选择电路101A和一个第二晶体管T2,第一晶体管T1的栅极连接栅线,第一晶体管T1的源极连接数据线,第一晶体管T1的漏极连接选择电路101A的输入端111,选择电路101A的第一输出端112连接第二晶体管T2的栅极,选择电路101A的第二输出端113连接LCD的像素电极201,选择电路101A的控制端114用于在控制信号的作用下接通输入端111和第一输出端112或者第二输出端113,第二晶体管T2的源极连接电源电压Vdd,第二晶体管T2的漏极连接OLED的阳极102(图未示出),栅线、数据线和选择电路101A的控制端114均与驱动电路300连接。通过在TFT电路中加入选择电路101A,从而选择OLED和LCD面板200中的一个进行显示,省去了反射LCD中的TFT电路,减小了显示面板厚度。
图4为本发明实施例提供的选择电路的电路图,如图4所示,选择电路101A包括P型金属氧化物半导体场P-MOS晶体管T3和N型金属氧化物半导体N-MOS晶体管T4,P-MOS晶体管T3和N-MOS晶体管T4的栅极(选择电路101A的控制端)同时连接控制信号,P-MOS晶体管T3和N-MOS晶体管T4的源极(选择电路101A的输入端)同时连接第一晶体管T1的漏极,N-MOS晶体管T4的漏极(选择电路101A的第二输出端)连接像素电极201(属于LCD),P-MOS晶体管T3的漏极(选择电路101A的第一输出端)连接第二晶体管T2(属于OLED)的栅极。采用P-MOS晶体管T3和N-MOS晶体管T4实现选择电路101A,实现不同控制信号导通不通P-MOS晶体管T3或N-MOS晶体管T4,进而选择OLED和LCD面板200中的一个进行显示。
再次参见图2,显示面板还包括设置在封装层105外部的走线106A。TFT电路与像素电极201通过走线106A连接。图5是本发明实施例提供的显示面板的俯视图,参见图5,像素电路201通过走线106A与OLED面板100的TFT电路电连接,驱动电路300通过信号线301与OLED面板100电连接。
图6是图1提供的显示面板中OLED面板100和反射式LCD面板200的另一种结构示意图,图6所示的结构与图2相比,区别在于封装层105上设有过孔106B,TFT电路与像素电极201通过过孔106B连接,而不需要通过外部走线连接TFT电路与像素电极201。
在图2和图6所示的显示面板中,反射式LCD面板200均设置在OLED面板100的封装层105上,一方面方便显示面板的制作,另一方面方便走线。当然,也可以将反射式LCD面板200设置在OLED面板100的基板101上,这里不做赘述。
在本发明实施例中,反射式LCD面板200还可以包括封框胶204,封框胶设置在像素电极201和上基板202之间。
在本发明实施例的一种实现方式中,反射式LCD面板200还可以包括取向层205,取向层205设置在上基板202和像素电极201之间,且在像素电极201和上基板202上分别设置有一取向层,取向层205用于实现液晶203取向。在本发明实施例的另一种实现方式中,还可以通过在液晶203中掺杂高分子聚合物实现液晶取向。
在本发明实施例中,反射式LCD面板200还可以包括柔性基板206,柔性基板206用于将制备好的反射式LCD面板直接贴合到OLED面板100上。柔性基板206为聚酰亚胺等柔性材料制成的基板。柔性基板206的厚度小于10微米,相位延迟量Rth小于100,透过率大于75%,按上述要求设计的柔性基板206透过好,不易窜色。
本发明实施例还提供了一种显示装置,显示装置包括图1提供的显示面板。
在具体实施时,本发明实施例提供的显示装置可以为手机、平板电脑、电视机、显示器、笔记本电脑、数码相框、导航仪等任何具有显示功能的产品或部件。
本发明通过将OLED面板和反射式LCD面板设置在一起,并通过驱动电路控制OLED面板或反射式LCD面板进行显示,解决了现有显示器件显示方式较为单一的问题。
图7是本发明实施例提供的一种显示面板制作方法的流程图,该方法用于制作权利要求图1所示的显示面板,参见图7,该方法包括:
步骤501:在OLED面板上设置反射式LCD面板。
步骤502:将OLED面板和反射式LCD面板与驱动电路电连接,驱动电路用于根据控制信号驱动OLED面板或反射式LCD面板进行显示。
本发明通过将OLED面板和反射式LCD面板设置在一起,并通过驱动电路控制OLED面板或反射式LCD面板进行显示,解决了现有显示器件显示方式较为单一的问题。
在本发明实施例的一种实现方式中,步骤501可以包括:
第一步:制作反射式LCD面板,反射式LCD面板包括衬底基板。
第二步:将反射式LCD面板的衬底基板剥离后,贴合到OLED面板上。
即先分别制作OLED面板和反射式LCD面板,然后组合到一起,制作工序复杂度较低。
其中,制作LCD面板包括:制作下基板;制作上基板;将下基板和上基板进行对盒。
其中,制作下基板可以包括:提供一衬底基板、在衬底基板上制作柔性基板、在柔性基板上制作像素电极。制作上基板可以包括:提供一衬底基板、在衬底基板上制作色阻层、黑矩阵等结构。将下基板和上基板进行对盒可以包括:取向层制备与取向;间隔物散布与固着;封框胶制备等。
在制作反射式LCD面板前,该方法还包括制作OLED面板。制作OLED面板可以包括:制作基板;在基板上依次制作阳极、发光层、阴极和封装层。
在该实现方式中,步骤502可以包括:
在将反射式LCD面板贴合到OLED面板上后,通过设置在OLED面板的封装层外部的走线连接反射式LCD面板的像素电极和OLED面板上的TFT电路,TFT电路与驱动电路连接。通过外部走线实现驱动电路与像素电极连接。
在本发明实施例的另一种实现方式中,步骤501可以包括:
在OLED面板上制作反射式LCD面板。
上述制作方法,先制作OLED面板,然后在OLED面板上制作反射式LCD面板,制作工序少,减少制作用时。
其中,在OLED面板上制作反射式LCD面板包括:在OLED面板上制作像素电极;制作上基板;将OLED面板和上基板进行对盒。制作上基板可以包括:提供一衬底基板、在衬底基板上制作色阻层、黑矩阵等结构。
在该实现方式中,反射式LCD面板中的液晶采用聚合物掺杂方式实现取向。由于反射式LCD面板中液晶采用聚合物掺杂方式实现取向,避免采用常规取向工艺造成的高温对OLED面板的破坏。
所以,将OLED面板和上基板进行对盒可以包括:采用聚合物掺杂方式进行取向;间隔物散布与固着;封框胶制备等。
在该实现方式中,步骤502可以包括:
在制作反射式LCD面板后,通过设置在OLED面板的封装层外部的走线连接反射式LCD面板的像素电极和OLED面板上的TFT电路;或者,在制作反射式LCD面板前,在OLED面板上制作过孔,在制作反射式LCD面板时,将反射式LCD面板的像素电极通过过孔与OLED面板上的TFT电路连接;TFT电路与驱动电路连接。通过外部走线连接或过孔连接实现驱动电路与像素电极连接。
在本发明实施例中,外部走线通过绑定(bonding)方式(如图5所示),或者喷墨(inkjet)方式打印导电银胶实现。
图8是本发明实施例提供的一种显示面板驱动方法的流程图,该方法用于驱动图1所示的显示面板,参见图8,该方法包括:
步骤601:获取控制信号。
步骤602:根据控制信号驱动OLED面板或反射式LCD面板进行显示。
本发明通过将OLED面板和反射式LCD面板设置在一起,并通过驱动电路控制OLED面板或反射式LCD面板进行显示,解决了现有显示器件显示方式较为单一的问题。
在本发明实施例的一种实现方式中,获取控制信号可以包括:
获取用户输入指令;根据用户输入指令生成控制信号;或者,
获取外部环境光的亮度;根据外部环境光的亮度生成控制信号。
根据用户输入或者外部环境光来实现OLED和LCD显示的切换,实现显示面板的手动或自动控制。
其中,根据外部环境光的亮度生成控制信号可以包括:
当外部环境光的亮度大于或等于设定值时,生成控制反射式LCD面板显示的控制信号;当外部环境光的亮度小于设定值时,生成控制OLED面板显示的控制信号。
由于反射式LCD面板可以利用环境光反射作为背光源,因此在外部环境光亮度较高时,采用反射式LCD面板进行显示,反射式LCD面板没有背光源,节省了背光源所需能量,功耗低;而当外部环境光亮度较低时,可以采用OLED面板进行显示,避免只采用反射式LCD面板时,显示面板在这种情况下无法显示;采用这种反射式LCD面板和OLED面板结合的显示方式,使得显示面板在可以在环境光亮度高时间采用反射式LCD面板显示,其余时间内采用OLED面板显示,使得平均功耗低于普通LCD和OLED的功耗。
进一步地,该方法还可以包括:当反射式LCD面板为IPS型或ADS型LCD面板时,在反射式LCD面板显示时,向阳极输入公共信号,在OLED面板显示时,向阳极输入阳极信号。将LCD的公共电极与OLED的阳极复用,减小显示面板厚度,节省材料。
以上仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种显示面板,其特征在于,所述显示面板包括:有机发光二极管OLED面板、设置在OLED面板上的反射式液晶显示器LCD面板、以及驱动电路;
所述驱动电路用于根据控制信号驱动所述OLED面板或所述反射式LCD面板进行显示。
2.根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述显示面板还包括:与所述驱动电路连接的控制模块;
所述控制模块,用于获取用户输入指令;根据所述用户输入指令生成所述控制信号;或者,
获取外部环境光的亮度;根据所述外部环境光的亮度生成所述控制信号。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述OLED面板包括基板,依次设置在所述基板上的阳极、发光层和阴极,以及设置在所述基板上且包裹所述阳极、发光层和阴极的封装层;
反射式LCD面板包括像素电极、上基板以及设置在所述像素电极和所述上基板之间的液晶,所述像素电极设置在所述封装层上;
所述OLED面板的阴极为所述反射式LCD面板的反射层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的显示面板,其特征在于,当所述反射式LCD面板为平面转换IPS型或高级超维场转换ADS型LCD面板时,所述驱动电路用于在所述反射式LCD面板显示时,向所述阳极输入公共信号,在所述OLED面板显示时,向所述阳极输入阳极信号。
5.根据权利要求3所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述基板包括衬底基板和设置在所述衬底基板上的TFT电路,所述TFT电路分别与所述像素电极、所述阳极和所述驱动电路连接;
所述TFT电路包括:多根平行设置的栅线、多根平行设置的数据线、多个第一晶体管、多个选择电路、多个第二晶体管,所述栅线和所述数据线交叉设置,每根所述栅线和所述数据线交叉处设置一个所述第一晶体管、一个所述选择电路和一个所述第二晶体管,所述第一晶体管的栅极连接所述栅线,所述第一晶体管的源极连接所述数据线,所述第一晶体管的漏极连接所述选择电路的输入端,所述选择电路的第一输出端连接所述第二晶体管的栅极,所述选择电路的第二输出端连接所述像素电极,所述选择电路的控制端用于在所述控制信号的作用下接通输入端和第一输出端或者第二输出端,所述第二晶体管的源极连接电源电压,所述第二晶体管的漏极连接所述阳极,所述栅线、所述数据线和所述选择电路的控制端均与所述驱动电路连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述选择电路包括P型金属氧化物半导体场P-MOS晶体管和N型金属氧化物半导体N-MOS晶体管,所述P-MOS晶体管和所述N-MOS晶体管的栅极同时连接控制信号,所述P-MOS晶体管和所述N-MOS晶体管的源极同时连接所述第一晶体管的漏极,所述N-MOS晶体管的漏极连接所述像素电极,所述P-MOS晶体管的漏极连接所述第二晶体管的栅极。
7.一种显示装置,其特征在于,所述显示装置包括权利要求1至6任一项所述的显示面板。
8.一种显示面板制作方法,用于制作权利要求1所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
在OLED面板上设置反射式LCD面板;
将所述OLED面板和所述反射式LCD面板与驱动电路电连接,所述驱动电路用于根据控制信号驱动所述OLED面板或所述反射式LCD面板进行显示。
9.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在OLED面板上设置反射式LCD面板,包括:
制作所述反射式LCD面板,所述反射式LCD面板包括衬底基板;
将所述反射式LCD面板的衬底基板剥离后,贴合到所述OLED面板上;
或者,所述在OLED面板上设置反射式LCD面板,包括:
在所述OLED面板上制作所述反射式LCD面板。
10.一种显示面板驱动方法,用于驱动权利要求1至6任一项所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
获取控制信号;
根据所述控制信号驱动所述OLED面板或所述反射式LCD面板进行显示。
