本发明公开了一种纺织用荧光染料,包括以下重量份的原料:丙烯酸乳液100‑120份、聚氨酯20‑40份、聚酯纤维45‑65份、茜草10‑18份、红花25‑45份、辣椒5‑15份、香豆素衍生物14‑22份、山梨糖醇1‑10份、丙酸钠8‑16份、氯化钠10‑30份、荧光剂2‑6份。本发明所制得的染料具有较强的附着效果,颜色纯正,可以有效改善传统的染料固色不理想的问题,适合推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及染料技术领域,尤其涉及一种纺织用荧光染料。
背景技术
纺织染料是用于纺织品染色的一种染剂,分为天然染料和合成染料,其含有使纤维染成鲜明而坚牢色泽的有机化合物,从而在纺织物上进行操作染色。具有染料的通性:有颜色;与溶于水或水形成分散体系;可以上染纤维;有一定牢度,随着人们生活水平的日益提高,对不同纺织染料的需求也来越大,带有荧光的纺织染料日益受到人们的关注,现有的荧光染料没有添加植物染料,其染料通常有特殊气味,染料使用时常常染色不均匀,稳定性较差,为此我们提出了一种纺织用荧光染料,用来解决上述问题。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种纺织用荧光染料。
本发明提出的一种纺织用荧光染料,包括以下重量份的原料:丙烯酸乳液100-120份、聚氨酯20-40份、聚酯纤维45-65份、茜草10-18份、红花25-45份、辣椒5-15份、香豆素衍生物14-22份、山梨糖醇1-10份、丙酸钠8-16份、氯化钠10-30份、荧光剂2-6份。
优选地,包括以下重量份的原料:丙烯酸乳液105-115份、聚氨酯25-35份、聚酯纤维50-60份、茜草12-16份、红花30-40份、辣椒7-13份、香豆素衍生物16-20份、山梨糖醇3-8份、丙酸钠10-14份、氯化钠15-25份、荧光剂3-5份。
优选地,包括以下重量份的原料:丙烯酸乳液110份、聚氨酯30份、聚酯纤维55份、茜草14份、红花35份、辣椒10份、香豆素衍生物18份、山梨糖醇5份、丙酸钠12份、氯化钠20份、荧光剂4份。
优选地,所述丙烯酸乳液、聚氨酯、聚酯纤维的重量比为105-115:25-35:50-60。
优选地,所述茜草、红花、辣椒的重量比为12-16:30-40:7-13。
优选地,所述香豆素衍生物、山梨糖醇、丙酸钠的重量比为16-20:3-8:10-14。
优选地,所述染料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1,按照份量配比称取茜草、红花、辣椒,放进容器中,再放入8-10倍重量份的水进行蒸煮,持续1-2h后,过滤得到滤液;
S2,按照份量配比称取丙烯酸乳液、聚氨酯、聚酯纤维、山梨糖醇、丙酸钠,将聚氨酯、聚酯纤维、山梨糖醇、丙酸钠添加入丙烯酸乳液中,使用超声波进行超声分散,超声分散的速度为120-220转/min,时间30-50min,温度35-55℃,得到混合液;
S3,在混合液中依次加入氯化钠、荧光剂和滤液,持续搅拌1-2h后,即可得到一种纺织用荧光染料。
优选地,所述S2中,按照份量配比称取丙烯酸乳液、聚氨酯、聚酯纤维、山梨糖醇、丙酸钠,将聚氨酯、聚酯纤维、山梨糖醇、丙酸钠添加入丙烯酸乳液中,使用超声波进行超声分散,超声分散的速度为160转/min,时间40min,温度45℃,得到混合液。
本发明中,该染料气味非常小,可以给人们的生活带来更多的方便,染色不容易脱落。本发明荧光纺织染料配方科学,制备方法简单易行,茜草、红花、辣椒为自然植物,已获得,颜色纯正,荧光纺织染料配方中含有荧光剂,使其在黑暗环境下能发出荧光,其用途广泛,可应用于特种行业工作服印染中,例如环卫供人服装染制,本发明所制得的染料具有较强的附着效果,颜色纯正,可以有效改善传统的染料固色不理想的问题,适合推广。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步解说。
实施例一
本发明提出的一种纺织用荧光染料,包括以下重量份的原料:丙烯酸乳液100份、聚氨酯20份、聚酯纤维45份、茜草10份、红花25份、辣椒5份、香豆素衍生物14份、山梨糖醇1份、丙酸钠8份、氯化钠10份、荧光剂2份。
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1,按照份量配比称取茜草、红花、辣椒,放进容器中,再放入8-10倍重量份的水进行蒸煮,持续1h后,过滤得到滤液;
S2,按照份量配比称取丙烯酸乳液、聚氨酯、聚酯纤维、山梨糖醇、丙酸钠,将聚氨酯、聚酯纤维、山梨糖醇、丙酸钠添加入丙烯酸乳液中,使用超声波进行超声分散,超声分散的速度为120转/min,时间30min,温度35℃,得到混合液;
S3,在混合液中依次加入氯化钠、荧光剂和滤液,持续搅拌1h后,即可得到一种纺织用荧光染料。
实施例二
本发明提出的一种纺织用荧光染料,包括以下重量份的原料:丙烯酸乳液105份、聚氨酯25份、聚酯纤维50份、茜草12份、红花30份、辣椒7份、香豆素衍生物16份、山梨糖醇3份、丙酸钠10份、氯化钠15份、荧光剂3份。
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1,按照份量配比称取茜草、红花、辣椒,放进容器中,再放入8.5倍重量份的水进行蒸煮,持续1.25h后,过滤得到滤液;
S2,按照份量配比称取丙烯酸乳液、聚氨酯、聚酯纤维、山梨糖醇、丙酸钠,将聚氨酯、聚酯纤维、山梨糖醇、丙酸钠添加入丙烯酸乳液中,使用超声波进行超声分散,超声分散的速度为145转/min,时间35min,温度40℃,得到混合液;
S3,在混合液中依次加入氯化钠、荧光剂和滤液,持续搅拌1.25h后,即可得到一种纺织用荧光染料。
实施例三
本发明提出的一种纺织用荧光染料,包括以下重量份的原料:丙烯酸乳液110份、聚氨酯30份、聚酯纤维55份、茜草14份、红花35份、辣椒10份、香豆素衍生物18份、山梨糖醇5份、丙酸钠12份、氯化钠20份、荧光剂4份。
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1,按照份量配比称取茜草、红花、辣椒,放进容器中,再放入9倍重量份的水进行蒸煮,持续1.5h后,过滤得到滤液;
S2,按照份量配比称取丙烯酸乳液、聚氨酯、聚酯纤维、山梨糖醇、丙酸钠,将聚氨酯、聚酯纤维、山梨糖醇、丙酸钠添加入丙烯酸乳液中,使用超声波进行超声分散,超声分散的速度为170转/min,时间40min,温度45℃,得到混合液;
S3,在混合液中依次加入氯化钠、荧光剂和滤液,持续搅拌1.5h后,即可得到一种纺织用荧光染料。
实施例四
本发明提出的一种纺织用荧光染料,包括以下重量份的原料:丙烯酸乳液115份、聚氨酯35份、聚酯纤维60份、茜草16份、红花40份、辣椒13份、香豆素衍生物20份、山梨糖醇8份、丙酸钠14份、氯化钠25份、荧光剂5份。
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1,按照份量配比称取茜草、红花、辣椒,放进容器中,再放入9.5倍重量份的水进行蒸煮,持续1.75h后,过滤得到滤液;
S2,按照份量配比称取丙烯酸乳液、聚氨酯、聚酯纤维、山梨糖醇、丙酸钠,将聚氨酯、聚酯纤维、山梨糖醇、丙酸钠添加入丙烯酸乳液中,使用超声波进行超声分散,超声分散的速度为200转/min,时间45min,温度50℃,得到混合液;
S3,在混合液中依次加入氯化钠、荧光剂和滤液,持续搅拌1.75h后,即可得到一种纺织用荧光染料。
实施例五
本发明提出的一种纺织用荧光染料,包括以下重量份的原料:丙烯酸乳液120份、聚氨酯40份、聚酯纤维65份、茜草18份、红花45份、辣椒15份、香豆素衍生物22份、山梨糖醇10份、丙酸钠16份、氯化钠30份、荧光剂6份。
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1,按照份量配比称取茜草、红花、辣椒,放进容器中,再放入10倍重量份的水进行蒸煮,持续2h后,过滤得到滤液;
S2,按照份量配比称取丙烯酸乳液、聚氨酯、聚酯纤维、山梨糖醇、丙酸钠,将聚氨酯、聚酯纤维、山梨糖醇、丙酸钠添加入丙烯酸乳液中,使用超声波进行超声分散,超声分散的速度为220转/min,时间50min,温度55℃,得到混合液;
S3,在混合液中依次加入氯化钠、荧光剂和滤液,持续搅拌2h后,即可得到一种纺织用荧光染料。
经测试,实施例三制得的染料效果良好,具有较强的附着效果,颜色纯正,可以有效改善传统的染料固色不理想的问题,适合推广。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织用荧光染料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:丙烯酸乳液105-115份、聚氨酯25-35份、聚酯纤维50-60份、茜草12-16份、红花30-40份、辣椒7-13份、香豆素衍生物16-20份、山梨糖醇3-8份、丙酸钠10-14份、氯化钠15-25份、荧光剂3-5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织用荧光染料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:丙烯酸乳液110份、聚氨酯30份、聚酯纤维55份、茜草14份、红花35份、辣椒10份、香豆素衍生物18份、山梨糖醇5份、丙酸钠12份、氯化钠20份、荧光剂4份。

7.根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织用荧光染料,其特征在于,所述染料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1,按照份量配比称取茜草、红花、辣椒,放进容器中,再放入8-10倍重量份的水进行蒸煮,持续1-2h后,过滤得到滤液;
S2,按照份量配比称取丙烯酸乳液、聚氨酯、聚酯纤维、山梨糖醇、丙酸钠,将聚氨酯、聚酯纤维、山梨糖醇、丙酸钠添加入丙烯酸乳液中,使用超声波进行超声分散,超声分散的速度为120-220转/min,时间30-50min,温度35-55℃,得到混合液;
S3,在混合液中依次加入氯化钠、荧光剂和滤液,持续搅拌1-2h后,即可得到一种纺织用荧光染料。
