Abstract
本发明提供一种用于玻璃切割机工作台面的绒布复合材料,涉及玻璃机械领域,由绒布、石墨粉、石蜡、硅油制成,以绒布作为基础材料,在绒布的表面喷涂由石墨粉、石蜡和硅油组成的混合物,每平方米的绒布表面喷涂混合物25g,其中包含墨粉4.5g、石蜡8.5g、硅油12g,混合物是以高温高压的氮气为载体喷涂在绒布上,氮气的温度为85‑90℃,氮气喷出的流速为3m/s。本发明提供的绒布复合材料具有良好的弹性,相比较传统绒布,本发明的绒布复合材料表面摩擦力小,并具有更好的延展性和抗磨损性能,弹性回复能力强。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及玻璃机械领域,尤其涉及一种用于玻璃切割机工作台面的绒布复合材料。
背景技术
玻璃切割机是指专用于玻璃加工与下料的一种加工机械,玻璃切割机包括首尾排列的气浮式送片台、双桥立交式切桌。气浮式送片台的台面和双桥立交式切桌的台面共同构成了用于玻璃切割机工作台面的绒布复合材料,用于玻璃切割机工作台面的绒布复合材料通常包覆一层绒布,绒布直接与待切割的平板玻璃接触,起到缓冲和保护平板玻璃的目的,但现有技术中使用的绒布要保证其具有较好的缓冲和保护作用,就必须具有一定的厚度,绒布表面的绒毛具有一定的长度。但绒布较厚,绒布表面的绒毛较长,对平板玻璃的摩擦力较大,会阻碍平板玻璃的移动,不便于加工操作。并且平板玻璃在竖直方向上受力不均,容易导致平板玻璃失去水平状态,影响切割精度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于玻璃切割机工作台面的绒布复合材料以及用于包覆该工作台的绒布复合材料,以解决上述技术问题。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种用于玻璃切割机工作台面的绒布复合材料,其特征在于:由绒布、石墨粉、石蜡、硅油制成,以绒布作为基础材料,在绒布的表面喷涂由石墨粉、石蜡和硅油组成的混合物,每平方米的绒布表面喷涂混合物25g,其中包含石墨粉4.5g、石蜡8.5g、硅油12g,混合物是以高温高压的氮气为载体喷涂在绒布上,氮气的温度为85-90℃,氮气喷出的流速为3m/s。
作为优选,所述绒布纵向平展开,以高温高压的氮气为载体携带混合物均匀喷涂在绒布上,绒布悬空设置,氮气流穿过绒布,氮气流携带的混合物粘附在绒布表面和绒布空隙内,然后将绒布送入冷藏室内固化即得,冷藏室的温度保持在2-5℃,固化时间为3小时。
作为优选,所述绒布是经过拉绒后表面呈现丰润绒毛状的棉织物。
一种玻璃切割机的工作台面,其特征在于:由基板和包覆在基板表面的绒布复合材料构成,绒布复合材料的厚度为1.5-2mm,基板与绒布复合材料通过弹性胶体粘合。
弹性胶体是由如下质量配比的原料制成:
二甲基亚砜3、羧甲基纤维素钠0.15、甲苯0.5、水8、丙三醇0.6、钛白粉0.5;
二甲基亚砜、羧甲基纤维素钠、甲苯、水按比例加入到反应釜中搅拌混合,然后进行加热,加热温度为85℃,保持2小时,然后降温至45℃,保持0.5小时,降温至常温,出料得物料A;
将丙三醇、钛白粉按比例加入到反应釜中,搅拌混合均匀后出料,得物料B;
将物料A与物料B加入反应釜中,升温至62℃,搅拌25min,降温至45℃,即可使用。
作为优选,所述弹性胶体均匀涂覆后,将基板与绒布复合材料粘合,然后送入温度-2℃的环境中,冷藏1.5小时。经过冷藏处理,弹性胶体可以将基板与绒布复合材料牢固的粘合,并且使弹性胶体具有良好的弹性。
弹性胶体具有较好的弹性回复能力,耐高低温,抗老化,粘附力强,可将绒布复合材料牢固的粘附在玻璃切割机工作台面的基板上。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供的绒布复合材料具有良好的弹性,相比较传统绒布,本发明的绒布复合材料表面摩擦力小,并具有更好的延展性和抗磨损性能,弹性回复能力强;采用该绒布复合材料包裹制成的用于玻璃切割机工作台面的绒布复合材料,不仅耐磨损,可以对平板玻璃起到更好的保护作用,而且可保证平板玻璃处于自然状态下的水平度。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明,但下述实施例仅仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非全部。基于实施方式中的实施例,本领域技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得其它实施例,都属于本发明的保护范围。
制备弹性胶体,由如下质量配比的原料制成:
二甲基亚砜3、羧甲基纤维素钠0.15、甲苯0.5、水8、丙三醇0.6、钛白粉0.5;
步骤为:
(1)二甲基亚砜、羧甲基纤维素钠、甲苯、水按比例加入到反应釜中搅拌混合,然后进行加热,加热温度为85℃,保持2小时,然后降温至45℃,保持0.5小时,降温至常温,出料得物料A;
(2)将丙三醇、钛白粉按比例加入到反应釜中,搅拌混合均匀后出料,得物料B;
(3)将物料A与物料B加入反应釜中,升温至62℃,搅拌25min,降温至45℃,即可使用。
制备绒布复合材料,以绒布作为基础材料,在绒布的表面喷涂由石墨粉、石蜡和硅油组成的混合物,每平方米的绒布表面喷涂混合物25g,其中包含石墨粉4.5g、石蜡8.5g、硅油12g,混合物是以高温高压的氮气为载体喷涂在绒布上,氮气的温度为85-90℃,氮气喷出的流速为3m/s;绒布纵向平展开,以高温高压的氮气为载体携带混合物均匀喷涂在绒布上,绒布悬空设置,氮气流穿过绒布,氮气流携带的混合物粘附在绒布表面和绒布空隙内,然后将绒布送入冷藏室内固化即得,冷藏室的温度保持在2-5℃,固化时间为3小时。
玻璃切割机的工作台面,由基板和包覆在基板表面的绒布复合材料构成,绒布复合材料的厚度为1.5-2mm,基板与绒布复合材料通过弹性胶体粘合,弹性胶体均匀涂覆在基板表面以后,将绒布复合材料粘合在基板上,然后将基板与绒布复合材料一起送入温度-2℃的环境中,冷藏1.5小时。

1.一种用于玻璃切割机工作台面的绒布复合材料,其特征在于:由绒布、石墨粉、石蜡、硅油制成,以绒布作为基础材料,在绒布的表面喷涂由石墨粉、石蜡和硅油组成的混合物,每平方米的绒布表面喷涂混合物25g,其中包含石墨粉4.5g、石蜡8.5g、硅油12g,混合物是以高温高压的氮气为载体喷涂在绒布上,氮气的温度为85-90℃,氮气喷出的流速为3m/s;
所述绒布纵向平展开,以高温高压的氮气为载体携带混合物均匀喷涂在绒布上,绒布悬空设置,氮气流穿过绒布,氮气流携带的混合物粘附在绒布表面和绒布空隙内,然后将绒布送入冷藏室内固化即得,冷藏室的温度保持在2-5℃,固化时间为3小时。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于玻璃切割机工作台面的绒布复合材料,其特征在于:所述绒布是经过拉绒后表面呈现丰润绒毛状的棉织物。
