Abstract

PRODUTO PLANO TêXTIL COM REVESTIMENTO APERFEIçOADO, SUA PREPARAçãO E APLICAçãO. A invenção refere-se a um produto plano têxtil, com um revestimento de duas camadas que se situam uma sobre a outra, de adesivos de selagem a quente termoplásticos de diferente composição, sendo que o segundo adesivo de selagem a quente, aplicado sobre o primeiro adesivo de selagem a quente, apresenta um ponto de fusão > 135°C e um valor de ìndice de Escoamento em Fusão (MFI) de 50 até 250 g/10 minutos (190°C/2,16 Kg). A invenção também se refere a um processo para a preparação de um produto plano têxtil englobando as etapas: a) preparação de um produto plano têxtil por uma técnica de formação de superfície, b) aplicação de uma camada de um primeiro adesivo de selagem a quente sobre o produto plano têxtil, e c) aplicação de uma camada de um segundo adesivo de selagem a quente sobre o produto plano têxtil, de modo que se forme uma d) camada do segundo adesivo de selagem a quente sobre a camada de um primeiro adesivo de selagem a quente, sendo que, como primeiro e segundo adesivos de selagem a quente, sendo que, como segundo adesivo de selagem a quente, é empregado um tal com ponto de fusão > 135°C e um valor de ìndice de Escoamento em Fusão (MFI) de 50 até 250 g/10 minutos (190°C/2,16 Kg). Os produtos planos têxteis podem ser empregados como revestimentos internos intermediários ou tecidos para forro para elevada solicitação no caso do tratamento de manutenção.
