Abstract

本发明公开了一种白色家电用抗菌塑料,由下述重量份的原料制备而成:PP树脂95‑105份、氢氧化镁5‑15份、二乙烯三胺基丙基三甲氧基硅烷1‑5份、紫外吸收剂0.5‑1.5份、无机抗菌剂1‑5份。本发明所述一种白色家电用抗菌塑料,通过合理的配比,优选出适合提高塑料的无机填料、紫外吸收剂、无机抗菌剂的种类及用量,提高了抗紫外性能、抗菌性能和强度,是一种理想的白色家电用抗菌塑料。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料,尤其涉及一种白色家电用抗菌塑料。
背景技术
自从1872年德国科学家拜耳首次人工合成酚醛树脂以来,高分子材料的研究与应用得到了飞速的发展,尤其是塑料已经成为最重要的材料之一,广泛应用于国民经济的各个领域。塑料制品以其优美的外形,鲜艳的色彩和低廉的价格,同时具有质轻、耐蚀、绝缘性好、比强度高、加工工艺简单、成本低廉等优点,使其在家电行业应用十分广泛。
本发明提供了一种塑料,强度高,并具有优异的抗菌、抗紫外性能。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种白色家电用抗菌塑料。
本发明目的是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种白色家电用抗菌塑料,由下述重量份的原料制备而成:PP树脂95-105份、氢氧化镁5-15份、二乙烯三胺基丙基三甲氧基硅烷1-5份、紫外吸收剂0.5-1.5份、无机抗菌剂1-5份。
优选地,所述的紫外吸收剂为5-氯-2-(((二甲氨基)亚甲基)氨基)二苯甲酮、5-溴-2-氨基二苯甲酮、4-(N-碘乙酰氨基)二苯甲酮中一种或多种的混合物。
更优选地,所述的紫外吸收剂由5-氯-2-(((二甲氨基)亚甲基)氨基)二苯甲酮、5-溴-2-氨基二苯甲酮、4-(N-碘乙酰氨基)二苯甲酮混合而成,所述5-氯-2-(((二甲氨基)亚甲基)氨基)二苯甲酮、5-溴-2-氨基二苯甲酮、4-(N-碘乙酰氨基)二苯甲酮的质量比为(1-3):(1-3):(1-3)。
优选地,所述的无机抗菌剂为草酸锌、钨酸锌、磷酸二氢锌中一种或多种的混合物。
更优选地,所述的无机抗菌剂由草酸锌、钨酸锌、磷酸二氢锌混合而成,所述草酸锌、钨酸锌、磷酸二氢锌的质量比为(1-3):(1-3):(1-3)。
优选地,所述的无机抗菌剂的粒径为70-90nm。
本发明所述一种白色家电用抗菌塑料,通过合理的配比,优选出适合提高塑料的无机填料、紫外吸收剂、无机抗菌剂的种类及用量,提高了抗紫外性能、抗菌性能和强度,是一种理想的白色家电用抗菌塑料。

实施例中各原料介绍:
PP树脂:CAS号:9003-07-0,采用中国石油化工股份有限公司茂名分公司生产的牌号为N-T30S的聚丙烯树脂。
氢氧化镁,CAS号:1909-42-8,采用山东鲁华化工有限公司的粒径为0.5-5μm氢氧化镁。
二乙烯三胺基丙基三甲氧基硅烷,CAS号:35141-30-1。
5-氯-2-(((二甲氨基)亚甲基)氨基)二苯甲酮,CAS号:40678-73-7。
5-溴-2-氨基二苯甲酮,CAS号:39859-36-4。
4-(N-碘乙酰氨基)二苯甲酮,CAS号:76809-63-7。
草酸锌,CAS号:547-68-2,粒径为80nm。
钨酸锌,CAS号:13597-56-3,粒径为80nm。
磷酸二氢锌,CAS号:13598-37-3,粒径为80nm。
实施例1
白色家电用抗菌塑料原料(重量份):PP树脂100份、氢氧化镁10份、二乙烯三胺基丙基三甲氧基硅烷2份、紫外吸收剂0.9份、无机抗菌剂3份。
所述的紫外吸收剂由5-氯-2-(((二甲氨基)亚甲基)氨基)二苯甲酮、5-溴-2-氨基二苯甲酮、4-(N-碘乙酰氨基)二苯甲酮按质量比为1:1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。
所述的无机抗菌剂由草酸锌、钨酸锌、磷酸二氢锌按质量比为1:1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。
白色家电用抗菌塑料制备:
将各组分加入到高速混合机中,室温下控制转速在350转/分,混合8分钟,取出后转入双螺杆挤出机中,双螺杆挤出机的加工温度240℃,主机转速为350转/分;挤出后冷却牵条、风干切粒。得到实施例1的白色家电用抗菌塑料。
实施例2
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅在于:所述的紫外吸收剂由5-溴-2-氨基二苯甲酮、4-(N-碘乙酰氨基)二苯甲酮按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例2的白色家电用抗菌塑料。
实施例3
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅在于:所述的紫外吸收剂由5-氯-2-(((二甲氨基)亚甲基)氨基)二苯甲酮、4-(N-碘乙酰氨基)二苯甲酮按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例3的白色家电用抗菌塑料。
实施例4
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅在于:所述的紫外吸收剂由5-氯-2-(((二甲氨基)亚甲基)氨基)二苯甲酮、5-溴-2-氨基二苯甲酮按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例4的白色家电用抗菌塑料。
实施例5
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅在于:所述的无机抗菌剂由钨酸锌、磷酸二氢锌按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例5的白色家电用抗菌塑料。
实施例6
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅在于:所述的无机抗菌剂由草酸锌、磷酸二氢锌按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例6的白色家电用抗菌塑料。
实施例7
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅在于:所述的无机抗菌剂由草酸锌、钨酸锌按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例7的白色家电用抗菌塑料。
测试例1
分别将实施例1-7制得的白色家电用抗菌塑料放入硫化机中压制成厚度为1mm的片,再经过冷压成型,切制成2cm×5cm的样品条。
按GB/T16422.2—1999塑料实验室光源曝露试验方法,置于氙灯曝晒光老化试验箱中照射,然后按GB2409—80塑料黄色指数试验方法,测其黄色指数,得到其变黄指数△YI如下表1所示。

变黄指数△YI是表征光氧老化性能的一个重要指标,△YI越小,表示耐光照老化性能越好。
比较实施例1与实施例2-4,实施例1(5-氯-2-(((二甲氨基)亚甲基)氨基)二苯甲酮、5-溴-2-氨基二苯甲酮、4-(N-碘乙酰氨基)二苯甲酮复配)变黄指数△YI明显低于实施例2-4(5-氯-2-(((二甲氨基)亚甲基)氨基)二苯甲酮、5-溴-2-氨基二苯甲酮、4-(N-碘乙酰氨基)二苯甲酮中任意二者复配);比较实施例1与实施例5-7,实施例1(草酸锌、钨酸锌、磷酸二氢锌复配)变黄指数△YI明显低于实施例5-7(草酸锌、钨酸锌、磷酸二氢锌中任意二者复配)。
测试例2
对实施例1-7制备得到的白色家电用抗菌塑料的抗菌性能进行测试,抗(细)菌检测按照国标GB21551.2-2010《家用和类似用途电器的抗菌、除菌、净化功能抗菌材料的特殊要求》进行测试。大肠杆菌ATYCC 25922、金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC 6538。具体测试结果见表2:

比较实施例1与实施例2-4,实施例1(5-氯-2-(((二甲氨基)亚甲基)氨基)二苯甲酮、5-溴-2-氨基二苯甲酮、4-(N-碘乙酰氨基)二苯甲酮复配)抗菌性能明显优于实施例2-4(5-氯-2-(((二甲氨基)亚甲基)氨基)二苯甲酮、5-溴-2-氨基二苯甲酮、4-(N-碘乙酰氨基)二苯甲酮中任意二者复配);比较实施例1与实施例5-7,实施例1(草酸锌、钨酸锌、磷酸二氢锌复配)抗菌性能明显优于实施例5-7(草酸锌、钨酸锌、磷酸二氢锌中任意二者复配)。

Claims (2)

1.一种白色家电用抗菌塑料,其特征在于,由下述重量份的原料制备而成:PP树脂95-105份、氢氧化镁5-15份、二乙烯三胺基丙基三甲氧基硅烷1-5份、紫外吸收剂0.5-1.5份、无机抗菌剂1-5份。
所述的紫外吸收剂由5-氯-2-(((二甲氨基)亚甲基)氨基)二苯甲酮、5-溴-2-氨基二苯甲酮、4-(N-碘乙酰氨基)二苯甲酮混合而成,所述5-氯-2-(((二甲氨基)亚甲基)氨基)二苯甲酮、5-溴-2-氨基二苯甲酮、4-(N-碘乙酰氨基)二苯甲酮的质量比为(1-3):(1-3):(1-3)。
所述的无机抗菌剂由草酸锌、钨酸锌、磷酸二氢锌混合而成,所述草酸锌、钨酸锌、磷酸二氢锌的质量比为(1-3):(1-3):(1-3)。
2.如权利要求1所述的白色家电用抗菌塑料,其特征在于:所述的无机抗菌剂的粒径为70-90nm。
