技术领域
本发明属于陶瓷产品技术领域,具体涉及一种抗菌且有沙石质感的陶瓷及其制作工艺。
背景技术
高温陶瓷是特种陶瓷的重要组成部分,有时也作为高温耐火材料的组成部分。可作为高温结构材料,用于宇航、原子能、电子技术、机械、化工、冶金等许多领域,是现代科学和技术不可缺少的高温工程材料,品种繁多,用途极为广泛。
但具有抗菌功能的陶瓷种类较少,传统的以银系抗菌陶瓷和钛系抗菌陶瓷最为常见使用,银系杀菌效果非常好,但是缺点在于:银离子应用在陶瓷上如果高温烧制时,釉面就会变色造成釉面不雅,如银离子分量不足,杀菌效果不理想,还有在高温烧制时银离子会挥发,造成控菌效果不佳;钛系抗菌陶瓷的缺点在于:高温烧制时控菌效果差,并且需要光催化才能杀菌;控菌膜与陶瓷容易脱落。
故本发明旨在提供一种银系和钛系抗菌陶瓷之外的具有抗菌功能的陶瓷,且对其制作工艺进行改进,相对传统的多步煅烧更加节能环保。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术的不足而提供一种抗菌且有沙石质感的陶瓷及其制作工艺,该陶瓷具有抗菌以及净化空气的作用,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率均高达98%以上,且能净化有机类有毒气体;具有沙石质感,增加摩擦力,适用于各类日用陶瓷类及各类卫生洁具等;该制作工艺采取一次烧成法,在保证产品质量的基础上同时节能环保。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种抗菌且有沙石质感的陶瓷,包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:龙岩高岭土16-25份、锂辉石7-12份、普通石英砂14-20份、钠长石15-23份、废瓷渣6-10份、滑石粉1-5份、氧化钙3-7份、二氧化钛2-4份、甲壳质2-5份。
以上所述的一种抗菌且有沙石质感的陶瓷,包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:龙岩高岭土21份、锂辉石10份、普通石英砂18份、钠长石19份、废瓷渣8份、滑石粉3份、氧化钙5份、二氧化钛3份、甲壳质4份。

(1)将锂辉石、钠长石和废瓷渣分别挑选去杂,并粉碎至粒径小于4mm;
(2)将甲壳质进行脱乙酰处理;
(3)将除普通石英砂以外的各组分按配方进行混合并加入清水,然后放入球磨机研磨24h,泥浆细度以可通过300-400 目筛为标准进行筛选;
(4)进行磁选,去除泥浆原料中所含的铁杂质;
(5)向泥浆中加入普通石英砂,混合均匀;
(6)对上步所得泥浆进行压滤、练泥、成型装坯;
(7)在坯体表面施加一层普通透明釉,然后在1240℃-1350℃的氧化焰中一次烧成。
进一步,所述步骤(6)中进行压滤后泥浆的含水率小于21%。
进一步,所述步骤(7)中烧成温度为1280℃。
本发明的有益效果为:
第一,本发明的陶瓷配方中加入甲壳质,其脱乙酰后丰富的氨基呈现出来,具有抗菌以及净化空气的作用,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率均高达98%以上,且能净化有机类有毒气体,如甲醛;
第二,本发明的陶瓷具有沙石质感,增加摩擦力,适用于各类日用陶瓷类及各类卫生洁具等,既能防止打滑,又吸水率小,使用寿命长;
第三,本发明的制作工艺采取一次烧成法,在保证产品质量的基础上同时节能环保。

实施例1
一种抗菌且有沙石质感的陶瓷,包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:龙岩高岭土16份、锂辉石7份、普通石英砂14份、钠长石15份、废瓷渣6份、滑石粉1份、氧化钙3份、二氧化钛2份、甲壳质2份。
上述的一种抗菌且有沙石质感的陶瓷的制作工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)将锂辉石、钠长石和废瓷渣分别挑选去杂,并粉碎至粒径小于4mm;
(2)将甲壳质进行脱乙酰处理;
(3)将除普通石英砂以外的各组分按配方进行混合并加入清水,然后放入球磨机研磨24h,泥浆细度以可通过300目筛为标准进行筛选;
(4)进行磁选,去除泥浆原料中所含的铁杂质;
(5)向泥浆中加入普通石英砂,混合均匀;

(1)将锂辉石、钠长石和废瓷渣分别挑选去杂,并粉碎至粒径小于4mm;
(2)将甲壳质进行脱乙酰处理;
(3)将除普通石英砂以外的各组分按配方进行混合并加入清水,然后放入球磨机研磨24h,泥浆细度以可通过300目筛为标准进行筛选;
(4)进行磁选,去除泥浆原料中所含的铁杂质;
(5)向泥浆中加入普通石英砂,混合均匀;
(6)对上步所得泥浆进行压滤、练泥、成型装坯;
(7)在坯体表面施加一层普通透明釉,然后在1260℃的氧化焰中一次烧成。
实施例3

(1)将锂辉石、钠长石和废瓷渣分别挑选去杂,并粉碎至粒径小于4mm;
(2)将甲壳质进行脱乙酰处理;
(3)将除普通石英砂以外的各组分按配方进行混合并加入清水,然后放入球磨机研磨24h,泥浆细度以可通过350 目筛为标准进行筛选;
(4)进行磁选,去除泥浆原料中所含的铁杂质;

(1)将锂辉石、钠长石和废瓷渣分别挑选去杂,并粉碎至粒径小于4mm;
(2)将甲壳质进行脱乙酰处理;
(3)将除普通石英砂以外的各组分按配方进行混合并加入清水,然后放入球磨机研磨24h,泥浆细度以可通过400 目筛为标准进行筛选;
(4)进行磁选,去除泥浆原料中所含的铁杂质;
(5)向泥浆中加入普通石英砂,混合均匀;
(6)对上步所得泥浆进行压滤、练泥、成型装坯;
(7)在坯体表面施加一层普通透明釉,然后在1320℃的氧化焰中一次烧成。

一种抗菌且有沙石质感的陶瓷,包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:龙岩高岭土25份、锂辉石12份、普通石英砂20份、钠长石23份、废瓷渣10份、滑石粉5份、氧化钙7份、二氧化钛4份、甲壳质5份。
上述的一种抗菌且有沙石质感的陶瓷的制作工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)将锂辉石、钠长石和废瓷渣分别挑选去杂,并粉碎至粒径小于4mm;
(2)将甲壳质进行脱乙酰处理;
(3)将除普通石英砂以外的各组分按配方进行混合并加入清水,然后放入球磨机研磨24h,泥浆细度以可通过400 目筛为标准进行筛选;
(4)进行磁选,去除泥浆原料中所含的铁杂质;
(5)向泥浆中加入普通石英砂,混合均匀;
(6)对上步所得泥浆进行压滤、练泥、成型装坯;
(7)在坯体表面施加一层普通透明釉,然后在1350℃的氧化焰中一次烧成。
对照例1
其余与实施例3相同,不同的是没有添加甲壳质这一组分。
对照例2
其余与实施例3相同,不同的是将龙岩高岭土替换为广西高岭土。
性能测试
对本发明实施例1-5及对照例1-2所得产品进行性能测试,结果如下表:

由上表可见,本发明的陶瓷具有抗菌以及净化空气的作用,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率均高达98%以上,且能净化有机类有毒气体,如甲醛;
具有沙石质感,增加摩擦力,适用于各类日用陶瓷类及各类卫生洁具等,既能防止打滑,且吸水率小,使用寿命长;本发明使用的龙岩高岭土比广西高岭土各成分配比更为适合,效果更好。

1.一种抗菌且有沙石质感的陶瓷,其特征在于,包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:龙岩高岭土16-25份、锂辉石7-12份、普通石英砂14-20份、钠长石15-23份、废瓷渣6-10份、滑石粉1-5份、氧化钙3-7份、二氧化钛2-4份、甲壳质2-5份。

3)将除普通石英砂以外的各组分按配方进行混合并加入清水,然后放入球磨机研磨24h,泥浆细度以可通过300-400 目筛为标准进行筛选;
4)进行磁选,去除泥浆原料中所含的铁杂质;
5)向泥浆中加入普通石英砂,混合均匀;
6)对上步所得泥浆进行压滤、练泥、成型装坯;
7)在坯体表面施加一层普通透明釉,然后在1240℃-1350℃的氧化焰中一次烧成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种抗菌且有沙石质感的陶瓷的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(6)中进行压滤后泥浆的含水率小于21%。
