Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of muck cleaning, in particular to an earth moving device for transporting earthwork and a muck dumping method thereof.
Background
In present urban subway construction, the earth-moving mode of foundation ditch excavation mainly uses integral type soil box. The using steps of the integrated soil box are that soil at the bottom of a pit is sent into the soil box through an excavator, and then four lifting hooks of the soil box are hooked by a tower crane to lift the soil box; when the muck needs to be poured, two lifting hooks on one side of the soil box are loosened, so that the muck can be poured out by inclining the soil box.
It is worth noting that, when the existing integrated soil box is actually operated, the following technical problems exist:
1) when dumping soil slag, the existing soil box needs to be hung in the air and dumped to dump the soil slag on one side, so that the operation steps are complicated, the working strength of constructors is increased, the working efficiency is reduced, and the danger coefficient of the constructors is increased.
2) The existing soil box structure is mainly formed with a bottom wall and a top opening which are opposite, four side walls are arranged between the top and the bottom to form a surrounding structure, and the side walls have relatively low structural strength because the top is formed into the opening; however, when the conventional soil box dumps the soil, the soil and the slag tend to concentrate on the same side wall at the same time, so that the side wall is easily deformed and damaged due to sudden gravity pressurization, and the service life of the soil box is shortened.
3) Because the cohesive force of the cohesive soil body exists to a certain extent, the situation that partial muck remains on the inner wall of the soil box is easy to occur even if the soil box is not structurally damaged, a muck retention area is easier to form for the soil box which is deformed after dumping operation, and more muck is accumulated in the soil box, so that the effective soil loading capacity of the soil box and the use efficiency of the soil box are reduced;
4) most of the existing slag removal tools adopt manual cleaning, and the problems of low working efficiency, incomplete slag removal and the like exist;
5) at present, the technical scheme of cleaning the slag of the soil box in a non-manual mode is adopted, wherein the efficiency of vibration cleaning is highest; however, the existing vibration cleaning apparatus has the following technical problems in practical use:
(1) the vibration is generated by impacting the bottom wall of the soil box through the vibrator, so that great noise pollution can be generated;
(2) the consumed energy is high. The need to continuously generate kinetic energy to the equipment;
(3) most vibrators are fixedly arranged at the bottom of the soil box, the cleaning effect on the muck on the side wall is quite limited, and particularly, the deformed side wall is difficult to clean.
Accordingly, there is a need for an improved integral earth box.
