技术领域
本发明涉及一种防水卷材,尤其是一种含玻璃纤维的聚乙烯防渗卷材,属于防水材料技术领域。
背景技术
防水卷材主要是用于建筑墙体、屋面、以及隧道、公路、垃圾填埋场等处,起到抵御外界雨水、地下水渗漏的一种可卷曲成卷状的柔性建材产品。目前,用于隧道、地下室、车库顶板、人防工程、堤坝、各类水池的防水抗渗的施工工程越来越多,用以防水的材料主要是涂料和各种各样的片材或卷材。但现有的防水卷材存在低温柔性差、易老化、易断裂、使用寿命短的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种环保,抗断裂,使用寿命长的含玻璃纤维的聚乙烯防渗卷材。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种含玻璃纤维的聚乙烯防渗卷材,其特征是,该卷材自上而下依次设有再生无纺布层、聚乙烯防渗层、玻璃纤维层、氯乙烯塑料膜层以及粘结密封胶层,再生无纺布层与聚乙烯防渗层之间设有热熔胶层,其余各层之间分别通过热压粘结成一体。
所述玻璃纤维层编织成网格状。
所述粘结密封胶层厚度为0.5-1.2mm。
所述玻璃纤维层厚度为0.2-0.8mm。
所述再生无纺布层上表面还设有乙烯- 醋酸乙烯共聚物制成的防老化层。
本发明中所用玻璃纤维层使得卷材具有优异的抗撕裂、抗穿刺、耐磨损特性,能够大大加强防了水卷材的牢固程度, 提高了防水卷材的抗断裂特性,从而使得整个卷材具有良好的抗渗性、防水性,延长了使用寿命。
粘结密封胶层在水泥、混凝土凝固过程中与水泥和混凝土形成物理吸附和卯榫作用,达到结合紧密、牢固粘结效果。防老化层的设置使防水卷材具有良好的抗辐射性能、温度稳定性及抗老化性能,不易破损。
本发明防水效果好,结构简单,节能环保,造价低,强度高,施工方便,在生产过程中无有害物质,卷材不粘连,柔软度、强度和韧性高,尤其适用于地铁,隧道和堤坝涵闸顶面的施工。
本发明的施工方法非常的简单易行,便于操作,先配好水泥素浆,将基面湿润,在基面上涂水泥素浆,然后在粘结密封胶层上也涂一遍水泥素浆,把卷材贴在基面上压紧即可。

具体实施方式
一种含玻璃纤维的聚乙烯防渗卷材,其自上而下依次设有再生无纺布层1、聚乙烯防渗层3、玻璃纤维层4、氯乙烯塑料膜层5以及粘结密封胶层6。再生无纺布层与聚乙烯防渗层之间设有热熔胶层2,其余各层之间分别通过热压粘结成一体。
粘结密封胶层厚度为0.5-1.2mm,玻璃纤维层厚度为0.2-0.8mm。玻璃纤维层编织成网格状,再生无纺布层上表面还设有乙烯- 醋酸乙烯共聚物制成的防老化层。

1. 一种含玻璃纤维的聚乙烯防渗卷材,其特征是,该卷材自上而下依次设有再生无纺布层(1)、聚乙烯防渗层(3)、玻璃纤维层(4)、氯乙烯塑料膜层(5)以及粘结密封胶层(6),再生无纺布层与聚乙烯防渗层之间设有热熔胶层(2),其余各层之间分别通过热压粘结成一体。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种含玻璃纤维的聚乙烯防渗卷材,其特征是,所述玻璃纤维层编织成网格状。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种含玻璃纤维的聚乙烯防渗卷材,其特征是,所述粘结密封胶层厚度为0.5-1.2mm。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种含玻璃纤维的聚乙烯防渗卷材,其特征是,所述玻璃纤维层厚度为0.2-0.8mm。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种含玻璃纤维的聚乙烯防渗卷材,其特征是,所述再生无纺布层上表面还设有乙烯- 醋酸乙烯共聚物制成的防老化层。
