技术领域
本发明涉及防水、保温建材领域,尤其涉及一种应用于寒冷地区的建筑物屋顶的防水复合金属板,比如,大型工厂厂房屋面的抗寒型高分子防水复合金属板。
背景技术
现有的防水卷材通过防水卷材复合金属板来提高防水卷材的强度,防止防水卷材在建筑施工中碰碎或者碰裂。
参见中国专利CN2517805,该实用新型专利公开了一种新型防水卷材,以金属板材为基材,在其两面压制有若干个凹凸斑点,并复合一层高分子材料保护层;虽然其提高了产品的撕裂强度以及不透水性,但是在实际运用中,仍存在以下问题:
1、高分子材料保护层的热收缩系数高,容易在高温日晒中与金属板层发生拉脱。
2、恶劣天气抗击能力差,容易被冰雹破坏。
发明内容
本发明提供一种抗寒型高分子防水复合金属板及其制备方法,其目的是要解决现有柔性的防水卷材与硬质性的金属板的复合问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明一方面提供了一种抗寒型高分子防水复合金属板,所述复合金属板本体沿厚度方向自上而下依次由第一高分子防水卷材层、玻璃纤维非织物内增强层、第二高分子防水卷材层、无纺布复合层、第一胶粘层和金属板层连接而成;
所述玻璃纤维非织物内增强层沿厚度方向自上而下依次由第一玻璃纤维层、第二胶粘层、非织物基材层、第三胶粘层以及第二玻璃纤维层组成;
所述第一玻璃纤维层由多个玻璃纤维条沿复合金属板本体的长度或宽度方向依次平行排列而成;所述第二玻璃纤维层由多个玻璃纤维条沿复合金属板本体的长度或宽度方向依次平行排列而成。
上述技术方案中的有关内容解释如下:
1、上述方案中,所述第二高分子防水卷材层的厚度小于所述第一高分子防水卷材层的厚度。

第一步,制作好玻璃纤维非织物内增强层;
第二步,第一台挤出机挤出第一高分子防水卷材层,挤出的同时,将第一高分子防水卷材层热复合到玻璃纤维非织物内增强层的上面;
第三步,第二台挤出机挤出第二高分子防水卷材层,挤出的同时,将第二高分子防水卷材层热复合到玻璃纤维非织物内增强层的下面,形成一防水卷材层;
第四步,将第三步的防水卷材层的下面加热,并在其下面热复合一层无纺布复合层,形成一防水卷材复合层;
第五步,将第四步的防水卷材复合层收卷;
第六步,将金属板层的下面加热,并在金属板层的上面涂上第一胶粘层;
第七步,将第五步的防水卷材铺于第一胶粘层上,并通过两个压辊挤压成复合金属板。
本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点和效果:
1、本发明金属板层具有热胀冷缩的性质,而第一高分子防水卷材层和第二高分子防水卷材层具有热收缩系数高的性质,通过在第一高分子防水卷材层和第二高分子防水卷材层中间设置收缩系数低的玻璃纤维非织物内增强层来控制第一高分子防水卷材层和第二高分子防水卷材层的尺寸变化率,防止其在高温或者日晒的情况下与所述金属板层拉脱。
2、本发明玻璃纤维非织物内增强层的玻璃纤维采用沿所述复合金属板本体的长度或者宽度方向依次排列的布置方式;由于玻璃纤维条的铺设方向是单一方向性,这种布置方式让第一高分子防水卷材层和第二高分子防水卷材层在受热收缩时受到单向的力,防止第一高分子防水卷材层和第二高分子防水卷材层受到双向的拉扯力从而被破坏。
3、本发明第一玻璃纤维层的多个玻璃纤维条沿复合金属板本体的宽度方向依次间隔排列;所述第二玻璃纤维层的多个玻璃纤维条沿复合金属板本体的长度方向依次排列;由此,所述第一高分子防水卷材层与第二高分子防水卷材层在受热收缩时受不同方向的力,既保证第一高分子防水卷材层与第二高分子防水卷材层本身不易被破坏,又通过双向的力防止整个防水卷材复合层在受热收缩时与金属板层拉脱。
4、本发明的第二高分子防水卷材层的厚度小于第一高分子防水卷材层的厚度,由于所述第二高分子防水卷材层的厚度较小,所以通过玻璃纤维非织物内增强层可以控制其整体受温度影响较小,从而防止其在受热时收缩,进而防止整个防水卷材层与金属板层拉脱;如果所述第二高分子防水卷材层的厚度较大,玻璃纤维非织物内增强层仅能控制其上表面受温度影响较小,而第二高分子防水卷材层的下表面仍受温度影响较大,在受热收缩时,所述第二高分子防水卷材层仍会与金属板层拉脱,进而导致整个防水卷材复合层与金属板层拉脱。
5、本发明无纺布的热收缩系数小于高分子防水卷材层,所述无纺布复合层设于第二高分子防水卷材层与所述金属板层之间起到缓冲的作用,防止第一高分子防水卷材层和第二高分子防水卷材层在受热收缩时与金属板层拉脱;同时,无纺布复合层由多层无纺布复合而成,无纺布由定向的纤维编织而成,无纺布由于其结构特点,因此具有支撑的作用,本发明的复合金属板利用无纺布复合层的支撑可以在大面积的工厂屋面上使用,且增加了无纺布复合层的复合金属板防寒效果更好。

所述第一高分子防水卷材层1和第二高分子防水卷材层3均为片材,且所述第二高分子防水卷材层3的厚度小于所述第一高分子防水卷材层1的厚度;具体的,所述第一高分子防水卷材层1为TPO防水卷材层或者PVC防水卷材层;所述第二高分子防水卷材层3为TPO防水卷材层或者PVC防水卷材层。

所述无纺布复合层4由至少两层无纺布复合而成,无纺布由定向的纤维编织而成,无纺布由于其结构特点,因此具有支撑的作用。
所述第一胶粘层5为压敏胶层,该压敏胶包括聚氨酯弹性体、增塑剂、增粘树脂、促进剂、润滑剂以及填料,该压敏胶层用于粘结防水卷材复合层和金属板层,避免了高温或者日晒的情况下,防水卷材复合层与金属板层拉脱。
一种抗寒型高分子防水复合金属板的制备方法,依次包括下列步骤:
第一步,制作好玻璃纤维非织物内增强层2;
第二步,第一台挤出机挤出第一高分子防水卷材层1,挤出的同时,将第一高分子防水卷材层1热复合到玻璃纤维非织物内增强层2的上面;
第三步,第二台挤出机挤出第二高分子防水卷材层3,挤出的同时,将第二高分子防水卷材层3热复合到玻璃纤维非织物内增强层2的下面,形成一防水卷材层;
第四步,将第三步的防水卷材层的下面加热,并在其下面热复合一层无纺布复合层4,形成一防水卷材复合层;
第五步,将第四步的防水卷材复合层收卷;
第六步,将金属板层6的下面加热,并在金属板层6的上面涂上第一胶粘层5;
第七步,将第五步的防水卷材铺于第一胶粘5上,并通过两个压辊挤压成复合金属板。

1.一种抗寒型高分子防水复合金属板,其特征在于:所述复合金属板本体沿厚度方向自上而下依次由第一高分子防水卷材层、玻璃纤维非织物内增强层、第二高分子防水卷材层、无纺布复合层、第一胶粘层和金属板层连接而成;
所述玻璃纤维非织物内增强层沿厚度方向自上而下依次由第一玻璃纤维层、第二胶粘层、非织物基材层、第三胶粘层以及第二玻璃纤维层组成;
所述第一玻璃纤维层由多个玻璃纤维条沿复合金属板本体的长度或宽度方向依次平行排列而成;所述第二玻璃纤维层由多个玻璃纤维条沿复合金属板本体的长度或宽度方向依次平行排列而成;
所述第二高分子防水卷材层的厚度小于所述第一高分子防水卷材层的厚度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗寒型高分子防水复合金属板,其特征在于:所述第一高分子防水卷材层为TPO防水卷材层或者PVC防水卷材层;所述第二高分子防水卷材层为TPO防水卷材层或者PVC防水卷材层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗寒型高分子防水复合金属板,其特征在于:所述无纺布复合层由至少两层无纺布复合而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗寒型高分子防水复合金属板,其特征在于:所述非织物基材层为纤维纸。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抗寒型高分子防水复合金属板,其特征在于:所述第一胶粘层为压敏胶层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的抗寒型高分子防水复合金属板,其特征在于:所述第二胶粘层和第三胶粘层均为环氧树脂层。
7.根据权利要求1所述的抗寒型高分子防水复合金属板,其特征在于:所述第一玻璃纤维层由多个玻璃纤维条沿复合金属板本体的长度方向依次间隔平行排列而成;所述第二玻璃纤维层由多个玻璃纤维条沿复合金属板本体的宽度方向依次间隔平行排列而成。
8.根据权利要求1~7任意一项所述的抗寒型高分子防水复合金属板的制备方法,其特征在于:依次包括下列步骤:
第一步,制作好玻璃纤维非织物内增强层;
第二步,第一台挤出机挤出第一高分子防水卷材层,挤出的同时,将第一高分子防水卷材层热复合到玻璃纤维非织物内增强层的上面;
第三步,第二台挤出机挤出第二高分子防水卷材层,挤出的同时,将第二高分子防水卷材层热复合到玻璃纤维非织物内增强层的下面,形成一防水卷材层;
第四步,将第三步的防水卷材层的下面加热,并在其下面热复合一层无纺布复合层,形成一防水卷材复合层;
第五步,将第四步的防水卷材复合层收卷;
第六步,将金属板层的下面加热,并在金属板层的上面涂上第一胶粘层;
第七步,将第五步的防水卷材复合层铺于第一胶粘层上,并通过两个压辊挤压成复合金属板。
