本发明涉及一种自粘防水卷材,包括防水卷材本体,所述防水卷材本体包括从上到下依次排列的防水层、中间隔离膜层、自粘层和隔离膜层,自粘层的一端一体连接有自粘层粘接边,防水层的一端一体连接有防水层粘接边,自粘层粘接边和防水层粘接边分别位于防水卷材本体的两侧,施工时相邻的防水卷材之间的接边更紧密,密封性好,接边处不易产生渗漏,防水效果好;所述防水层包括间隔排列的PCM强力交叉膜层和增强层,强度高,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防水卷材,具体的说,涉及一种自粘防水卷材,属于建材技术领域。
背景技术
防水卷材主要用于建筑墙体、屋面、以及隧道、公路、垃圾填埋场等处,起到抵御外界雨水、地下水渗漏的一种可卷曲成卷状的柔性建材产品,作为工程基础与建筑物之间无渗漏连接,是整个工程防水的第一道屏障,对整个工程起着至关重要的作用。防水卷材产品主要有沥青防水卷材和高分子防水卷材。沥青防水卷材以石油沥青油毡为主,但这类材料存在着自身难以克服的缺点,正在被逐渐淘汰。高分子防水卷材是以合成橡胶、合成树脂或二者的共混体为基料,加入适量的化学助剂和填充剂等,采用密炼、挤出或压延等橡胶或塑料的加工工艺所制成的可卷曲片状防水材料。
自粘防水卷材是一种极具发展前景的新型防水材料,使用时,直接将隔离层材料去除,自粘胶层与水泥基材料粘接即可,具有低温柔性、自愈性、及粘结性能好的特点,可常温施工,施工速度快。但目前使用的防水卷材在施工时,相邻的防水卷材之间密封性差,易产生渗漏,防水效果差。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是针对以上不足,提供一种自粘防水卷材,克服了现有技术中相邻的防水卷材之间易产生渗漏的缺陷,采用本发明的防水卷材后,具有防水卷材接边连接紧密、密封性好、防水效果好且强度高的优点。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种自粘防水卷材,包括防水卷材本体,其特征在于:所述防水卷材本体包括从上到下依次排列的防水层、中间隔离膜层、自粘层和隔离膜层;所述自粘层的一端一体连接有自粘层粘接边;所述防水层的一端一体连接有防水层粘接边;所述自粘层粘接边和防水层粘接边分别位于防水卷材本体的两侧,所述自粘层粘接边的宽度为30~50mm,所述防水层粘接边的宽度为30~50mm,所述防水层包括间隔排列的PCM强力交叉膜层和增强层,所述PCM强力交叉膜层设有三层,相邻两层PCM强力交叉膜层之间设有增强层。
再进一步的优化方案,所述PCM强力交叉膜层的厚度为0.15~0.2mm。
更进一步的优化方案,所述增强层为聚酯毡层或玻纤毡层;
所述增强层的厚度为0.12~0.15mm。
进一步的优化方案,所述隔离膜层的一侧一体连接有与自粘层粘接边配合的延长部。
再进一步的优化方案,所述中间隔离膜层的两端分别连接有与自粘层粘接边和防水层粘接边配合的延长部。
更进一步的优化方案,所述自粘层为橡胶改性沥青自粘胶层,其厚度为0.3~0.5mm。
本发明采用以上技术方案后,与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:防水层与自粘层分别连接有粘接边,施工时相邻的防水卷材之间的接边更紧密,密封性好,接边处不易产生渗漏,防水效果好;
防水层包括间隔排列的PCM强力交叉膜层和增强层,强度高,使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
实施例,如图1所示,一种自粘防水卷材,包括防水卷材本体,所述防水卷材本体包括从上到下依次排列的防水层4、中间隔离膜层3、自粘层2和隔离膜层1,所述自粘层2的一端一体连接有自粘层粘接边5,所述防水层4的一端一体连接有防水层粘接边6,所述自粘层粘接边5和防水层粘接边6分别位于防水卷材本体的两侧;所述隔离膜层1的一侧一体连接有与自粘层粘接边5配合的延长部11,所述中间隔离膜层3的一端一体连接有与自粘层粘接边5配合的延长部31,中间隔离膜层3的另一端一体连接有与防水层粘接边6配合的延长部32, 所述自粘层2为橡胶改性沥青自粘胶层,其厚度为0.3~0.5mm,所述自粘层粘接边5的宽度为30~50mm,所述防水层粘接边6的宽度为30~50mm。
如图2所示,所述防水层4包括间隔排列的PCM强力交叉膜层41和增强层42,所述PCM强力交叉膜层41设有三层,相邻两层PCM强力交叉膜层41之间设有增强层42,所述增强层42可选用聚酯毡或玻纤毡,所述PCM强力交叉膜层41的厚度为0.15~0.2mm,所述增强层42的厚度为0.12~0.15mm。
施工时,先清理基层后,涂刷基层处理剂;再将本发明的防水卷材摊开预铺定位;然后缓缓抽出中间隔离膜层3 后,用压辊压实,由于防水层与自粘层均连接有粘接边,相邻的防水卷材之间接边更紧密,防水效果好,不易发生渗漏。
Claims (7)
1.一种自粘防水卷材,包括防水卷材本体,其特征在于:所述防水卷材本体包括从上到下依次排列的防水层(4)、中间隔离膜层(3)、自粘层(2)和隔离膜层(1);所述自粘层(2)的一端一体连接有自粘层粘接边(5);所述防水层(4)的一端一体连接有防水层粘接边(6);所述自粘层粘接边(5)和防水层粘接边(6)分别位于防水卷材本体的两侧,所述自粘层粘接边(5)的宽度为30~50mm,所述防水层粘接边(6)的宽度为30~50mm,所述防水层(4)包括间隔排列的PCM强力交叉膜层(41)和增强层(42)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种自粘防水卷材,其特征在于:所述PCM强力交叉膜层(41)设有三层,相邻两层PCM强力交叉膜层(41)之间设有增强层(42)。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种自粘防水卷材,其特征在于:所述PCM强力交叉膜层(41)的厚度为0.15~0.2mm。
4.如权利要求2所述的一种自粘防水卷材,其特征在于:所述增强层(42)为聚酯毡层或玻纤毡层;所述增强层(42)的厚度为0.12~0.15mm。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种自粘防水卷材,其特征在于:所述隔离膜层(1)的一侧一体连接有与自粘层粘接边(5)配合的延长部(11)。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种自粘防水卷材,其特征在于:所述中间隔离膜层(3)的两端分别连接有与自粘层粘接边(5)和防水层粘接边(6)配合的延长部。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种自粘防水卷材,其特征在于:所述自粘层(2)为橡胶改性沥青自粘胶层,其厚度为0.3~0.5mm。
