本发明涉及防水卷材领域,具体为一种建筑用改性沥青防水卷材。
背景技术
改性沥青防水卷材是以SBS橡胶改性石油沥青引为侵渍覆盖层,以聚酯纤维无纺布、黄麻布、玻纤毡等分别制作为胎基,以塑料薄膜为防粘隔离层,经选材、配料、共熔、侵渍、复合成型、卷曲等工序加工制作。这种卷材具有很好的耐高温性能,可以在-25到+100℃度的温度范围内使用,其低温柔性好,温度到达-25℃时不裂纹,其耐热性能高,温度达到90℃时不流淌,有较高的弹性和耐疲劳性,以及高达1500%的伸长率和较强的耐穿刺能力、耐撕裂能力,延伸性能好,使用寿命长,施工简便,污染小。产品适用于Ⅰ、Ⅱ级建筑的防水工程,尤其适用于低温寒冷地区和结构变形频繁的建筑防水工程,广泛应用于工业和民用建筑的屋面、地下室、卫生间等防水工程以及屋顶花园、道路、桥梁、隧道、停车场、游泳池等工程的防水防潮。
改性沥青防水卷材在建设中对屋面进行铺贴时,需要将隔离膜撕下,但当隔离膜受力断裂导致撕扯不完全时,残留的隔离膜留在胶料层的表面,易出现空鼓、渗水的现象,影响卷材的防水性能;因此市场急需研制一种建筑用改性沥青防水卷材来帮助人们解决现有的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种建筑用改性沥青防水卷材,以解决上述背景技术中提出的铺贴时残留的隔离膜留在表面,进行铺贴时易出现空鼓等影响卷材防水功能的问题。

1、该发明通过海绵层的设置,将海绵层代替传统隔离膜的功能,在未使用时,将改性沥青防水卷材主体之间进行分隔,避免互相粘连,使用时在建筑中砂浆平整后将卷材覆盖在砂浆表面,其中水泥素浆能进入海绵层内的挤压孔,填满挤压孔,水泥素浆干燥后硬化,因海绵层以嵌入水泥素浆中,海绵层硬化,能够增强水泥素浆覆盖面的强度,且减少热胀冷缩导致的伸缩缝现象,挤压孔的贯穿结构使水泥素浆能够接触到自粘性改性沥青胶料层,与传统的卷材铺贴原理一样,自粘性改性沥青胶料层粘连在硬化的水泥素浆面上,能够进行防水,且此种结构既不会残留隔离膜,又不会出现辊压不完全时出现的空鼓现象。
2、该发明通过矿物粒料层的设置,其中设置有粗骨料颗粒、细骨料颗粒和第二隔离膜增强表面的隔离性能,粗骨料颗粒和细骨料颗粒相互配合填补粘合层的空隙,既能提高防水性能,又耐腐蚀、耐霉菌。
3、该发明通过橡胶保温层的设置,比传统的改性沥青防水建材的保温性能更加良好,使改性沥青防水卷材的使用温度范围增大,在我国北方温度低于零下二十五度的地区依旧能通过此种方式进行防水,不会因温度过低冻裂本改性沥青防水卷材,使改性沥青防水卷材的表面出现裂缝,增加其使用范围。

进一步,隔离层14上设置有复合分子层20,此复合分子层20在外力挤压下会破损,其设置是为了在改性沥青防水卷材主体2未使用时,将隔离层14与自粘性改性沥青胶料层13分开,避免自粘性改性沥青胶料层13粘在海绵层21的表面,进入挤压孔22中的水泥素浆的数量受到限制,在水泥素浆硬化时,不能使海绵层21一起硬化,使内部有柔软的弹性纤维,容易在后期使用上出现“鼓包”现象,且因挤压孔22中水泥素浆的容量限制,水泥素浆与自粘性改性沥青胶料层13结合面的面积低于预估范围,可能在后期使用中同样出现问题,复合分子层20的下端面设置有海绵层21,海绵层21的内部设置有挤压孔22。
进一步,自粘性改性沥青胶料层13上设置有经线纤维23,经线纤维23的一侧设置有纬线纤维24,经线纤维23水平方向设置,纬线纤维24竖直方向设置,经线纤维23和纬线纤维24穿插排列,在自粘性改性沥青胶料层13中设置纤维网能够增强强度,进一步提高改性沥青防水卷材主体2的柔韧性,增强其拉伸性能。
进一步,改性沥青防水卷材主体2的厚度设置为四毫米,是市场上改性沥青防水卷材标准厚度的一种,处于中间数值,其防水性能较优,且较为轻薄,改性沥青防水卷材主体2的长度设置为十米,一般改性沥青防水卷材长度为十米或者十五米,但因本改性沥青防水卷材主体2的厚度较厚,设置较短能避免改性沥青防水卷材主体2成卷时的直径过大,改性沥青防水卷材主体2的宽度设置为一米,保护膜4设置为圆柱结构,保护膜4与改性沥青防水卷材主体2贴合连接,起到固定改性沥青防水卷材主体2的作用,且改性沥青防水卷材主体2的上下两端也被保护膜4覆盖,绑扎带3与保护膜4贴合连接,且绑扎带3设置为环形结构,进一步约束改性沥青防水卷材主体2,绑扎带3设置有两个,支撑轴棍1设置为圆柱结构,且支撑轴棍1的长度设置为一百一十厘米,支撑轴棍1的直径设置为十五厘米。
进一步,隔离层14与自粘性改性沥青胶料层13粘贴连接,自粘性改性沥青胶料层13的宽度设置为一千一百毫米,自粘性改性沥青胶料层13的一侧设置有搭接边,搭接边的设置为了两道改性沥青防水卷材主体2之间能够紧密连接,不会两道改性沥青防水卷材主体2之间出现缝隙,且搭接边的宽度设置为一百毫米,搭接边的长度设置为十米,与改性沥青防水卷材主体2的长度相同,第一隔离膜15的宽度设置有一百毫米,且第一隔离膜15的长度设置为十米,自粘性改性沥青胶料层13的搭接边与第一隔离膜15贴合连接,第一弹性体沥青胶料层6、第二弹性体沥青胶料层8、第三弹性体沥青胶料层10和第四弹性体沥青胶料层12的厚度相同,主要是连接各材料层,其连接性能良好,且不透水。
进一步,粗骨料颗粒17和细骨料颗粒18交叉排列,使内部的空隙尽可能的缩至最小,从而实现第一步防水性能,及时有外力刺破第二隔离膜16,粗骨料颗粒17和细骨料颗粒18小幅度运动,填补刺破物周围的缝隙,其实用性能更好,粗骨料颗粒17和细骨料颗粒18嵌入粘合层19的内部,粗骨料颗粒17的粒径大于细骨料颗粒18的粒径。
进一步,复合分子层20与隔离层14粘贴连接,挤压孔22贯穿海绵层21的内部,挤压孔22能够使水泥素浆进入,在硬化后增加强度,且增加了改性沥青防水卷材主体2与屋面的粘结性,使用中不出现空鼓的情况,未进行铺贴时海绵层21则代替传统隔离膜的功能,隔离改性沥青防水卷材主体2,避免改性沥青防水卷材主体2之间互相粘连,且不用撕扯隔离膜,铺贴更方便,防水性能更好。
工作原理:使用时,将需要铺贴改性沥青防水卷材主体2的屋面清洗干净,例如杂物、油污、砂子,凸出表面的石子、砂浆疙瘩等,并修补平整表面,铲除排水口、管壁上的附着物,调配一定比例的水泥素浆,将其均匀的覆盖在屋面表面,在水泥素浆半干时,先通过屋面的形状进行合理定位,确定卷材铺贴方向,并在屋面表面固定卷材控制线,将绑扎带3和保护膜4扯开,根据屋面的尺寸计划对改性沥青防水卷材主体2进行剪裁处理,由两人从改性沥青防水卷材主体2的两端配合抬起,铺贴在待铺位置上,其中海绵层21直接接触水泥素浆,一道改性沥青防水卷材主体2铺贴完后,将第一隔离膜15撕开,铺贴第二道改性沥青防水卷材主体2,以此类推,在全部改性沥青防水卷材主体2铺贴完后,用辊筒在矿物粒料层5上辊压,水泥素浆受力进入挤压孔22内,且直接接触自粘性改性沥青胶料层13表面,待水泥素浆硬化后,自粘性改性沥青胶料层13与水泥素浆粘结,且海绵层21硬化增加改性沥青防水卷材主体2的强度,在后续使用中,矿物粒料层5进行第一道防水和防霉菌,第一胎基层9和第二胎基层11保证其抗拉性能,在出现热胀冷缩的现象时不脆裂。

Claims (9)

1.一种建筑用改性沥青防水卷材,包括改性沥青防水卷材主体(2),其特征在于:所述改性沥青防水卷材主体(2)的外表面设置有保护膜(4),所述保护膜(4)外表面的上下两端均设置有绑扎带(3),所述改性沥青防水卷材主体(2)的中间位置处设置有支撑轴棍(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑用改性沥青防水卷材,其特征在于:所述改性沥青防水卷材主体(2)上设置有隔离层(14),所述隔离层(14)的上端面设置有自粘性改性沥青胶料层(13),所述自粘性改性沥青胶料层(13)上端面的一侧设置有第一隔离膜(15),所述自粘性改性沥青胶料层(13)上端面的另一侧设置有第四弹性体沥青胶料层(12),所述第四弹性体沥青胶料层(12)的上端面设置有第二胎基层(11),所述第二胎基层(11)的上端面设置有第三弹性体沥青胶料层(10),所述第三弹性体沥青胶料层(10)的上端面设置有第一胎基层(9),所述第一胎基层(9)的上端面设置有第二弹性体沥青胶料层(8),所述第二弹性体沥青胶料层(8)的上端面设置有橡胶保温层(7),所述橡胶保温层(7)的上端面设置有第一弹性体沥青胶料层(6),所述第一弹性体沥青胶料层(6)的上端面设置有矿物粒料层(5)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种建筑用改性沥青防水卷材,其特征在于:所述矿物粒料层(5)上设置有第二隔离膜(16),所述第二隔离膜(16)的下端面设置有粘合层(19),所述粘合层(19)内设置有粗骨料颗粒(17)和细骨料颗粒(18),且粗骨料颗粒(17)设置在细骨料颗粒(18)的一侧。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种建筑用改性沥青防水卷材,其特征在于:所述隔离层(14)上设置有复合分子层(20),所述复合分子层(20)的下端面设置有海绵层(21),所述海绵层(21)的内部设置有挤压孔(22)。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种建筑用改性沥青防水卷材,其特征在于:所述自粘性改性沥青胶料层(13)上设置有经线纤维(23),所述经线纤维(23)的一侧设置有纬线纤维(24),所述经线纤维(23)水平方向设置,所述纬线纤维(24)竖直方向设置,所述经线纤维(23)和纬线纤维(24)穿插排列。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑用改性沥青防水卷材,其特征在于:所述改性沥青防水卷材主体(2)的厚度设置为四毫米,所述改性沥青防水卷材主体(2)的长度设置为十米,所述改性沥青防水卷材主体(2)的宽度设置为一米,所述保护膜(4)设置为圆柱结构,所述保护膜(4)与改性沥青防水卷材主体(2)贴合连接,所述绑扎带(3)与保护膜(4)贴合连接,且绑扎带(3)设置为环形结构,所述绑扎带(3)设置有两个,所述支撑轴棍(1)设置为圆柱结构,且支撑轴棍(1)的长度设置为一百一十厘米,支撑轴棍(1)的直径设置为十五厘米。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种建筑用改性沥青防水卷材,其特征在于:所述隔离层(14)与自粘性改性沥青胶料层(13)粘贴连接,所述自粘性改性沥青胶料层(13)的宽度设置为一千一百毫米,所述自粘性改性沥青胶料层(13)的一侧设置有搭接边,且搭接边的宽度设置为一百毫米,搭接边的长度设置为十米,所述第一隔离膜(15)的宽度设置有一百毫米,且第一隔离膜(15)的长度设置为十米,所述自粘性改性沥青胶料层(13)的搭接边与第一隔离膜(15)贴合连接,所述第一弹性体沥青胶料层(6)、第二弹性体沥青胶料层(8)、第三弹性体沥青胶料层(10)和第四弹性体沥青胶料层(12)的厚度相同。
8.根据权利要求3所述的一种建筑用改性沥青防水卷材,其特征在于:所述粗骨料颗粒(17)和细骨料颗粒(18)交叉排列,所述粗骨料颗粒(17)和细骨料颗粒(18)嵌入粘合层(19)的内部,所述粗骨料颗粒(17)的粒径大于细骨料颗粒(18)的粒径。
9.根据权利要求4所述的一种建筑用改性沥青防水卷材,其特征在于:所述复合分子层(20)与隔离层(14)粘贴连接,所述挤压孔(22)贯穿海绵层(21)的内部。
